Came to pick up a few things while in town for a few days. The store was large, well stocked and fairly well maintained. I decided to pick up a few extra things so I walked around a bit. The reason for the 3 stars is the pick up area inside the store seemed unattended. I approached the area to pick up an order and there was no counter or anything, just a standing booth with no one there. I waited around and asked an employee if anyone was available, she just said I'd need to wait until they were back inside from taking out drive up orders. At this massive location, you'd think they'd have a better system in place. read more

I don't typically shop at Target, so this review will be coming from a place of not knowing much about their culture. Compared to a lot of the Target I've been to, this one had a good variety of products. There was an extensive amount of 100% cotton towels (I loved the mauve and terracotta) and a really large book section. I was creating a care basket for one of my friends and was able to pick up a Where's Waldo Now? Book that was perfect for him. I've never even seen a Where's Waldo book before today, so I'm glad Target not only had them but a few to choose from. Most everywhere I wandered, the shelves were full. I liked how they carried some more modern products like Lifestraw, Amy's and some herbal supplements. One thing I will say, I wish the medication they had didn't have food dyes in them. I think it's a bit ridiculous that any medicine would have food dye, it's simply unnecessary. Their card selection for "get well soon" was also minimal, if you're looking for one of these then check Hallmark or elsewhere. Lastly, I felt their prices were pretty decent for firsthand items. I saw a Harry Potter Lego set for $9! $9 for Lego in 2025 is pretty amazing. read more

This store gets worse by the hour. I was informed they take one merchandise card per transaction. They are really hurting on money because the sales are real low. Less and less people are shopping there and I'm one of them. When I went to complain to the return desk and ask when this policy took effect they said nothing. Anyhow I asked the manager if she was Hispanic and she responded it's none of your business. Target lost my money and refused to fix their own mistake. Over the holidays I used a prepaid Visa gift card along with my credit card to make a purchase. Later I returned some of the items. During the return I explicitly told the employee that I did not want the refund sent back to the prepaid Visa card because the card had already been fully used and Target had physically thrown it away. They processed the return anyway and sent the refund back to the prepaid Visa card that no longer exists. I attempted to resolve this, but because the return was done on New Year's Eve, I was unable to contact anyone within 24 hours. I was then told that because more than 24 hours had passed, the return could not be canceled or corrected. So now my money is sitting on a card that Target itself discarded, and Target is saying it is "too late" to fix their own error. When I raised this in the store, the manager was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. They told me to contact corporate instead of trying to fix the problem they created. Corporate told me to contact Visa. Visa told me they cannot do anything without the card number, which I do not have because Target threw the card away. Visa told me to go back to Target. I asked Target to contact Visa themselves since they caused the issue and have the transaction details. They refused and said "there's nothing we can do." I responded that they can fix it and are simply refusing to. When I tried to escalate further, I was told "leadership says we won't be doing anything for this, call Visa." This is entirely Target's mistake. Target processed the refund incorrectly after being explicitly told not to. Target threw away the card. Target created the situation where my money is now inaccessible. Target is a billion dollar company. The fact that they refuse to issue a simple store credit or contact Visa themselves to correct their own documented error is absurd. Instead of taking responsibility, they passed me between departments and companies until I gave up. This should have been a simple fix. Target chose to make it a nightmare. Unacceptable. read more

Target is always my happy place. I love the renovations but honestly the floor looks incomplete. Not sure if they're done or if meant to have so many different designs and then all the scuff marks. Obvi not enough to stop me from shopping here. Bank account is still a love letter to Target. The grocery section is pretty decent sized. The one thing I'm less than thrilled about is how small the plus size section is getting. Like seriously, it's basic fat shaming by making the footprint smaller and smaller. It's incredibly disrespectful. Not everyone that shops here is not plus size. Target needs to do better here. Prices are reasonable still. Great experience at this location today. We were in the area and decided to stop and check it out while picking up a few items we needed. The location was clean, numerous employees greeted me and asked if I needed anything and service at checkout was friendly and quick. The selection of items was good and they were actively refilling the shelves that weren't full. Prices are fair and with the Target Circle app you have to option to save more. read more

As customers I think we are all getting tired of not finding what we're looking for in this store, trying to place an order to have it shipped only to learn that it only ships with a $35 order. Case in question. Bush's Garbanzo Beans. What is becoming clear is that this particular store more often than not does not carry what I am looking for. What this means is that if I really want the item, I have to drive to another Target store which is inconvenient. Usually, I just go to a nearby grocery store to buy it. I expect higher standards for cleanliness for a Target in North Scottsdale, but the restroom was filthy and the store felt dirty. Areas look messy like a Ross store. Wal-marts always has clean restrooms and neat looking stores. The parking is always busy here and full like a Costco parking lot, no matter when you visit. read more

I love the name of the street this Target is located - Frank Lloyd Wright Blvd. Frank Lloyd Wright is one of my most favorite architects. This Target is clean and the customer service is friendly. Everything is well stocked and neatly organized which I love. I found everything I was looking for - summer pool toys, snacks, drinks and much, much more! They have an amazing book and music selection. The wine and grocery area is impressive. Upon checking out the clerk asked if I needed batteries for my new pencil sharpener - which I did and forgot to pick up. Instead of telling me where to get it - he was kind enough to pick up a pack for me and add it to my purchase. Most of the employees were wearing facial masks to protect against covid-19. It's optional for customers to wear masks inside Target. Most of the customers were not wearing masks. I was wearing my mask. I shopped here on Sunday afternoon. Most of the people shopping were families and people clearly from the burbs. The women sporting their LV Neverfull or Tory Burch Totes and Tory Burch matching sandals. Very nice Target and location,.. always with friendly and helpful staff. The only problem I see here, is the ONE, (family), RESTROOM LOCATION, and how messy and dirty it was. (We stopped in last Monday afternoon.) Somewhere outside, is supposed to be another restroom, but I am not sure of this. FYI - The inside Family restroom is to the right after entering the building, on the other side of the pharmacy, at the end of the building. This Target is great. Organized and clean like most other ones are. I got what I needed and didn't have an issue. I stopped at the Clothing section which was a mistake since I ended up buying more than I should. It is larger than the Targets I am used to. Clothes were in the right section and not thrown everywhere like some places. I'm happy I didn't find something I really liked only to find it in the wrong size because of the hanger. This target has the most disgusting bathrooms every time you go into it. I don't get how it's always worse then any gas station bathroom I've ever seen in my entire life. They always have a lot of workers and it's always so gross you feel like you have to bathe in disinfectant after even walking into it let alone using the bathroom. It's located right off the 101 and Frank Lloyd Right on the southeast, tucked in the shopping area of the now closed Albertsons, TJ Maxx, Ross, Boston Market etc. Target is definitely the anchor store. Love the new look of this target! It looks a lot more like the newer ones you find in the southeast valley. The store was clean and bright with spacious walkways throughout. I so glad target revamped their store it kept me browsing through all the new merchandise. The infant department is adorable. And the cosmetic are had so much variety, I found all I needed and more. And with the grocery isles I skipped my usual stop at Safeway picked up the few things I needed there too. That's a win win in my book. read more

This Target is pure perfection for me. It's literally 5 minutes from my office. And even better it's near Starbucks, has a Starbucks inside it ANNND next to TJ Maxx...deals on deals plus refreshments/caffeine when you need it. Favorite things about this location: -it's pretty much a super target. I can grab lunch on the go and if I need a birthday card or an outfit change I have no problem getting it. -they have a plant protein section in the refrigerator aisle. Look for Amy's crafted selections they're amazing! -dollar section always has the perfect finds. Go now for killer Father's Day knick-knacks and fun camping accessories -and as usual they have a well organized home section I also appreciate the employees of this location. I have only been to this target twice and have so far never had an issue with the staff or the products. With that being said the last time I went here, the store was so extremely dirty. I went to use the restroom and the floor was covered in dirt, one of the stalls had not been flushed and was everywhere inside of it, paper towels were everywhere on the ground. I picked up some of the toilet paper and when to find a manager to then them know. After speaking with him, he just said "okay I'll get someone on it" and walked to away. I truthfully wouldn't come back here based of the location, it's too far from my home. If it's convenient to you then by all means but avoid the restroom read more

It's always clean and well organized when I shop here. But what I really want to talk about is how they've increased their vegan food selection. There was an entire case dedicated to frozen vegan foods, including lots of Gardein products, some of which I haven't even been able to find at my Whole Foods Market. They were having a 2/$8 sale when I went, but their normal price is comparable to WFM prices. They have a very nice fresh foods section as well. And there's a Starbucks inside this store for you caffeine fiends. Great store for one-stop-shopping. read more

My husband and I are visiting from out of town. I had to do some research but this was the only store we would find that sells HINT water. We don't have a hard time finding that stuff in Charlotte but it was quite the search to hunt it down out here. We probably looked like crazy people buying about 50 bottles of this water but it's what we like! This target was pretty neat. Staff was very friendly and the restrooms were pretty clean. My only issue with this Target was check out. Only one register open and then the self check out... there were lines at both the one register that was open as well as the self check out. You could clearly see a bunch of staff members standing around but nothing more than that. Because of the 30 minute wait... that's why I took off 2 stars. read more

This Target has really nice employees there willing to help. Only issues are the location is hard to get in and out of and parking lot seems hard to find a good space but at least it's big. The parking lot and inside of the store could use a deep cleaning. Other than that it's just a typical Target. It doesn't have a Pizza Hut in it. read more

About three years ago target slowly began reminding me of Walmart. I would go to target even if The prices were slightly higher than Walmart. The service at target was always better, The products were higher quality, and I wouldn't spend 30 minutes at the checkout because they only had one lane open out of 20. Sadly this is all happening at target. Everytime I walk Into a target there are hardly any checkout lanes open and the line is forever long. FOREVER.... especially when you have kids!!! Sure they have the self checkout open, but if you're going there with a cart-load expect to have a 30 minute check out. I always forget to use the cartwheel app/ target coupons and because the Internet is so crappy in the store it's about impossible to download the app over cell data. Why not just give you the discount? Why make you do all this extra crap when you're having to grocery shop with your three children?
