When I opened the box a week later, the product inside was damaged. I brought it to the store expecting an argument (since I just argued with the Medford store manager) and I was taking back by how nice everyone was here. Employees took it out of my trunk, brought it to the service rep he smiled, put it through and called for the store manager to approve it. In which she did with a smile. What a wonderful store and team! Thank you for making my terrible day a little easier. It was appreciated.

The bins are the main event, they are essentially the un sorted items that are received before they go out on the floor priced, sold by the pound there is a chance to get something good for cheap and always a lot of turn around.

The couple who owns the store are gem of a people and nothing you ask is ever too much trouble for them. Even if you need a specific product, they go out of their way to get it for you. They even sell Mutton on demand. Anytime I am looking for something, I just text them on this business number and they reply instantly and get the item for me at their earliest. Thank you guys for the wonderful service every single time I visit the store, which is pretty much weekly.
