Grand Opening Review! Dolly's Lounge has officially opened in Wheaton! They bring an offering of Natural Wines, Cocktails, Beer, Shareable Bites, and Seafood Plates. The inside feels like an European speakeasy with old world artwork, large feature bar, comfortable banquet seating, and some tables near the front windows that open up to the sidewalk. I visited with a larger group and tried a variety of their cocktails. I ordered the Velvet Blossom & Golden Forager. The Velvet Blossom was floral, bright, and had a good lemon curd tasting finish to it. The Golden Forager was sweeter, bright, and I loved the mascarpone cream. My friends also tried the Rub Me the Wrong Way, Crimson Serpent, Dolly's Martinez, and The Walnut & Apple. My favorite of these was the Dolly's Martinez which came with a caviar bite! I'm normally not the biggest gin fan but all drinks were well balanced. The owners were making rounds to all guests to check in how their experience was going, if we liked what we ordered, and gave some backstory behind Dolly's inspiration for them. They were extremely kind and you could see their pride in opening within the Wheaton area. Highly recommend coming out to check out this new spot!

I had the pimento dip, the 3 cheese breadsticks, and the baguette with fig spread and honestly considered canceling the rest of my day and just living there. Everything tasted fresh, thoughtful, and ridiculously good. The bread was perfect, the cheeses were rich and flavorful, and the fig spread with the baguette deserved its own fan club. The drinks absolutely held their own too. The Summer Spritz was crisp and refreshing, while the sangria came in with a polite smile and then quietly reminded me to respect it because wow, it was strong and delicious. Beyond the food and drinks, the whole place has this warm, beautiful French market vibe that feels cozy, elevated, and welcoming all at once. Great atmosphere, amazing flavors, and the kind of spot that makes you start planning your next visit before you've even paid the bill. Highly recommend.

They have so many different cheese options and new ones every time we come here. Don't be afraid to ask for samples if you're unsure! They'll gladly cut you a tiny piece to try. We love to buy the cheese to take and create our own charcuterie board at home, but we've also gotten theirs at the store to eat. You can pick 4 cheeses or meat for $20. They also sell everything else you might need to create a charcuterie board, like wine, jams, chocolate, bread, and crackers. I still need to try one of their sandwiches.

Adds to the unique atmosphere--been there on a packed "wine release" Friday and on a more mellow dark, winter evening with a hot tea. I'd love nothing more than everyone to patronize and appreciate this because it is truly a one of a kind small business which serves up gorgeous cocktails and delicious espresso drinks and teas.

The spot itself is decorated beautifully. Indoor and out, this was very well thought out. It is a cute yet sophisticated place to grab coffee (or adult drinks), get some work done, or meet up with a few friends and just enjoy. The outdoor patio is beauuuuutiful. If you look at photos before it was a patio, wowwwww. It needed a lot of TLC and that is exactly what it got. I stopped in during a weekday morning and asked the staff member what was the most popular coffee drink. She said it was the amaretto latte which I did end up ordering. This is probably the only coffee place that carries amaretto syrup. My advice? Get it, you might not be able to try it anywhere else. It's nutty, sweet and delicious. Prices are on the higher side, however, it's a small and locally owned coffee shop. I might be wrong but this might actually be the only small and locally owned coffee shop in Warrenville. Who doesn't love supporting local?
