The lady who threaded my eyebrows made them uneven and too thin after I just asked for a clean up. She was also not nice, didn't even say hi or how are you. I was so desperate for a threading service thankfully I found this place! Their threading is so cheap! I paid $7 for threading for eyebrows, upper lip, and chin! I make it a point to go here whenever I am in the burbs because the $2 eyebrow threading can't be beat. I've never had an issue until yesterday when I had the WORST threader in the world. She missed one hair so I asked her to get it out and she clearly didn't know what I was talking about and kept trying to get a non-existent hair out resulting in cutting me all up! She must be new. I don't often leave negative reviews but this place deserves one. I've been coming here for years and lately they have been treating most customers terribly. If you have an easy time getting your eyebrows done from just anyone, you're fine. If you have any specific way you like your eyebrows, some of the women don't listen! They do whatever they think is best and roll their eyes if you ask for something slightly different. They butchered my eyebrows for my wedding and then blamed me for having unequal eyebrows. read more

Got a Brazilian for $30, which is pretty cheap. I was in the area so I thought "why not". But you know what they say, you get what you pay for. I should've known... I read the reviews and I thought I would give it a try. 1. The girl who did it for me finished within 15 mins. 2. The job wasn't done cleanly. 3. The waxing room is small, tiny, and dirty. Dirty enough that I do not even want to go into details. 4. Last but not least, the girl ripped my skin in 4 different places. The workers most of them are good , prices are reasonable but it's unhygienic especially the wax bowls , they dip the same stick that they used on one persons face / body for another person. A good chance to spread infections . Bacteria and viruses don't die at 45 degree Celsius . Hope the owner paid more attention to maintaining hygiene and cleanliness. Gowns / towels used for facials are reused with out washing .Black head removers are not sterilized etc. read more

terrible, the lady who did my eyebrows did fine, but messed up my mother's shape she specifically asked for a clean up but they made her eyebrows very thin. As for me she waxed my forehead and said I would look better with a bigger forehead, but the eyebrow lady was nice. To add on the lady who did my hair all she did was complain And have a rude attitude. She said my hair was to tangled and made me brush my own hair, she said she is gonna have to charge me extra because my hair was apparently "too curly". She also said my prior hairstylist did a bad job which is completely false, and she took advantage of my quiet demeanour. Needless to say the haircut was bad, I look botched and I will never go here again and neither should you after what I experienced. I came in and specifically asked for a clean up and to keep the shape and thickness the same. The next thing I know I'm walking out with thin uneven eyebrows with patches of hair missing at different places on both brows. The shape of my eyebrows is absolutely horrendous, and both shapes of my brows are different as well. I cannot comprehend how this lady managed to do this. Ok guys I found a lady name Vimmi who is excellent at waxing and threading. She is patient and makes sure that I have no hair left behind. I been to many places but she makes me feel comfortable and I don't have to tell her how to do her job. DO NOT make the mistake of going here. And if you do be very careful. And test the skills of the person you get before you allow them to do too much. After threading and trimming - My left eyebrow ended up with an obvious gap I never had before. I now have to use a dark pencil to fill in the gap and my chin has multiple cuts that continued to bleed after I reached home 20+ mins later. Prices are cheap but so is the level of service. Unheard of from I come from (distant land of CA)- again the theory of supply and demand got its hand in the threading and waxing business- I tried it - I specifically indicated clean up only! Worst place to get eyebrows done. None of these girls know how to shape brows. I've gotten my brows done from every girl that works there but every single one of them has ruined my brows. These girls are just busy talking and talking and don't pay attention. I am sooo mad right now. I grew out my eyebrows and again the girl took out hair from places that she shouldn't have. One of my eyebrows is higher and skinner than the other one. I grew out my eyebrows for 1 month just to have them messed up again. I recently had my eyebrows done at this location and was absolutely amazed at the level of service and cleanliness. I was nervous to go because of Covid-19 and was pleasantly surprised to see all the protocols being followed, including temperature checks, mask wearing and hand sanitizers. I was greeted by the friendly and jovial owner who goes out of her way to make you feel welcomed. The service was quick and painless. They were not following the regulations for the store, they burned my face, and increased the prices on the store. Okay, here's the real deal with this place. It's cheap. Period. Just cheap. Where else in the western hemisphere could you possibly get your eyebrows done for a whopping $1.95?!?! Today was my first time going. They don't seem to have an established clientele, just a lot of stragglers/walk-ins most likely due to the big "eyebrow special $1.95" sign out front. No one inside was waiting for one girl in particular (which is usually how you can tell who is actually good and won't butcher your brows) and none of the reviews here were consistent on recommending, not that it would have mattered anyway since again, no name tags. Anywho, so my brows were done by a young girl who had thick Amy Winehouse (RIP, love) style eyeliner on. She seemed sweet enough and appeared to have a good command of English. Told her I wanted my brows just like hers with a slight arch. She said "no problem sweetie." Tell me why I have two rounded brows with no shape right now ::sigh:: When I told her I wanted an arch she said "grow out and come back in 2 weeks, perfect." Avoid this woman unless you want thin rounded generic eyebrows: like someone just drew a half circle on your face. Honestly, I'm willing to say this was a waste of $2.00 C'mon people, can anyone recommend some other place/more importantly a someone (name!) that understands the art of eyebrow threading?? The key to going to this place is getting one lady who's your go-to threader. In my experience going to a random person just makes it all the more likely that your brows will get messed up. I like this place a lot... It's inexpensive $2 eyebrow threading and the ladies are all nice. However, I only let Vimi do my brows. She always gets them right... Never threads too thin like some other experiences I've had. My advice, tell them what you want ahead of time and if you feel like too much hair is getting removed...take a peek in the mirror. I went there to get arm and legs wax done... Whoever lady was doing it, kept pushing me to get other services done while she is doing waxing..... This was was so annoying... And it didn't just happened once!... Every time I go there all waxing ladies keep pushing to get eyebrow, facial etc done even though u r just there to get wax!!!..... Also when you come out to pay, they always ask you whether you giving tip or not!!!!! and they are not consistent....
