Dominick got me home in time for Christmas. I can't recommend him highly enough. The A/C compressor on my Mazda MX-5 seized up as I was driving from Knoxville to Toronto on December 21. Even at that busy time of year, Dom took my car in, sent a driver to Akron for a replacement compressor, picked me up at my hotel the next morning, and had me back on the road in no time. Then he really outdid himself. My engine light came on again outside Erie PA, so I pulled off the interstate to give him a call. Even though it was a different problem, he got on the phone immediately to have a local garage and mechanic work on my car that evening. When you have to put flyers out that says you have new stable workers that's very telling. In short if you value your life and your car you won't get any work done on your car here. Why do I say this? Well ... when you take your car to get your brakes fixed and when you pick it up only to drive it to Akron and back only for the brakes to fall apart in the middle of the road by Sheetz on 18 and pieces of them are flying everywhere, I would say that's not only dangerous, threatens the life of the occupants of my car. I took my car to the dealership only to find that my brakes had been put on backwards. You decide to go there if you want, but I wouldn't risk it. Also, when he promised to refund the $400 that was spent to get the brakes fixed he never did. Said the check was in the mail. He's a liar and a cheat. Not only that he decided to take it upon himself to go get my car from the dealership which he did not have my permission and drive it to my personal residence, which I did not want him, knowing where I live I was really irritated. Critical: Professionalism, Punctuality, Quality, Value BEWARE OF THIS PLACE!! I took my SUV here last week to originally have a sensor installed and my brakes looked at and he called me the same day which was nice and told me he doesn't think it was that sensor and the brakes needed replaced and he was gonna go ahead and look at other things on the SUV and I was like okay this must be a decent shop called right and away and everything and a few days later he called with the quotes I agreed on everything had the world done and called few days later saying it was done and I came up there next day picked it up as soon as I left the parking lot it was running rough and acted up again turn around took it back he gave me some bullshit excuse anyways left told me it takes a few days for computer to relearn anyways brakes started smoking took it back and they replaced the caliper. I left I wasn't really happy with the service I've have got from these people so I left a negative review on online he must have seen that called back the next day asked how things were going I told him it's still acting up he told me to come up he will put in the original sensor I wanted put in free of charge I said okay went up there they started messing around with wires I said I'll be back in an hour or so anyways after and hour I get a call from them he needs to tell me Something. I go up there and now my transmission is screwed up and won't go into reverse I told him I've never had transmission issues like that before the fluid smell burnt and was way overfilled then goes on about other billshit I'm pretty irritated at this rate and just wanna leave these people are very shady you can't trust them at all I wouldn't recommend anyone going here they obviously did something to my transmission cause of the bad review is how I see it I find it very fishy that my reverse just went out of nowhere!!! If I could give a zero I would!! How dare them!! They were supposed to fix a vehicle and instead they messed with the transmission and overfilled it and messed with the reverse band and fried reverse all because of a negative review left on google that they asked to be removed!! Because they did not fix the vehicle running rough after paying over 600.00 bunch of crooks and then the best part they had the audacity to contact law enforcement and say they suspected vandalism would happen because the customer was upset. Bad for business bad service just stay away. The good reviews are fake and we friends and or employees on google. I wasn't born yesterday. I hope they feel good about ruining someone's vehicle for a bad review. And just gonna throw out they're if a customer brings a vehicle in for brake noise after they fixed the brakes and they still smoked!! Why mess with a transmission??? It always worked fine was never overfilled was always checked and made sure the PROPER FLUID TYPE AND AMOUNT WAS USED. Please stay away!! CROOKS!!! read more
