I had a nail in my tire and came here to get it fixed. After I explained what the issue was to the team here, they took great care of my car! They pointed out some issues with my other tires as well. Even though I wasn't planning to buy new tires the price was too good to pass up. They gave me a discount on the total price as well which helped a lot. The manager had run out to get pizza for his team while my car was being worked on. When he got back he even offered me some! Great customer service for sure! They are nice but do not take a luxury car over there. Maybe it's my fault in doing so. BMW 650 XI V8: Four staggered new tires to install. Should be 275 tires at the rear, 245 tires at the front as I told them before they even touch the car. Well they put one 275 tire and one 245 tire at the front, and same at the back! Car won't backup when they said the service was over. Finally they realized what happened and switched the tires. Doing so, my tire pressure sensor cap was taken off, until I realized it and have them put it back. Also after arriving home, I noticed that the BMW logo at the center of one of the wheel was missing:) Terrible. I won't go back there in the next million years. read more

I came to this tire shop for an alignment and to place TPMS inside my tires. Before the alignment began a mechanic, who I am assuming is the owner of the shop, showed me how my control arm is loose on my car. I do not know about control arms and how they can affect the alignment. The mechanic also did not make it seem like the control arm is an issue that can affect the alignment. So we proceeded with the alignment and the sensors. I then brought the car to my dad, who is a diesel mechanic to have him inspect the control arm. My diesel mechanic father informed me an alignment should not have been done when the control arm needs to be tightened because now I need another alignment. So I wasted 80 dollars, mind you I was quoted 75 over the phone but I let it slide. I called the shop to see if they have a warranty or if it can be redone since I shouldn't have had it done in the first place and all they could offer was a discount. I then noticed that my tires were switched around. I have front wheel drive and I had new tires on the front and older ones on the back. They put the new tires on the back and the worn ones on the front. 0/10 do not recommend, it seems as if they like to cause car issues so you can return instead of being respectable mechanics that actually care about the car and not their pockets. As a block woman that does not know about cars this is an establishment that you have to go to with an experienced car person or mechanic to make sure they don't get over on you. read more

Came in with a spare tire hanging on its last limb by the recommendation of a friend who claimed this place was 'the best for used tires.' He didn't lie. Quick, friendly, efficient service delivered with a smile! I was in and out within 15 minutes, even on a busy Saturday. Pricing was great, and I'm 100% sure I got the 'pretty girl discount', which allowed me to walk out spending wayyy less than I thought I originally was going to have to pay. ;) A+ / 5 stars for service, but a word to the wise: the the service lot here is quite small. This is the BEST tire place I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Their customer service is beyond phenomenal and very prompt. Plus, they actually answer the phone and are nice about answering any questions. It's strictly walk in only (no appointments), but it's best you call ahead to ensure they have your tires in stock before traveling to the location. If they don't, they can order them the same day if you call early enough in the morning. It's a very small location and can easily be missed, but well worth your time if you need any tire maintenance. Thanks, Tire World!!! I read the reviews and decided to stop by, hoping they could fix an issue that Pep Boys couldn't fix despite purchasing all four of my tires from them. Great customer service from the second I stepped out of my car. What cost me over $100.00 at Pep Boys, cost me only $50 and 10 minutes of my time. Prior to pulling off the lot, Lee came out in the freezing cold to be sure that my tire pressure light was off...when it wasn't, he worked his magic and got it off in seconds. I was told by Pep Boys that I would have to drive the car for a while and the light would eventually go off. Those guys at Tire World are the best! Don't let the outside fool you. This may not be the prettiest place but their customer service is EXCELLENT. I've been to all the name brand time places and this one exceeds them all. We have been here for tires 2x. My husband handles the phone call and ordering and I just show up. They are very respectful and they never try to sell me anything additional. From my experience, all gentlemen work here. As a woman, it's not often that I feel comfortable coming to an automotive place on my own, but they make you feel at ease. Just got the two front tires done on my car here this morning. I looked at the yelp reviews and drove 30 minutes to get to this place because of all the great things everyone has to say. Called ahead of time and when I arrived, they had the tires out and waiting for me ready to install. It took about 30 minutes for them to install the new tires on my car. The manager was very pleasant and helpful. They also let me know about A leak that was going on to be aware of and get checked out. I also get to have free alignment and repair within the lifetime of the tires. Very helpful! Price can't be beat. They're honest and great guys. Will be returning. read more

They also offer free repairs for the life of the tires as long as they are purchased brand new. I had a tire pop on two separate occasions in 2018. I called this place and asked if they could install some tires that I am providing. Never was I asked if they were used or new tires only the size of the tires. I show up and they see the tires in the back of my truck and ask me to wait until they clear some room. After about 30min they guide me in to their garage just to first tell me that the tires are bigger than they expected when I had clearly given them the size over the phone. Secondly they tell me that they do not install used tires due to liability reasons. So after all the wait they couldn't do anything for me. read more

You might remember me from some time ago when I reviewed Tire World when I bought my tires the first time. Well, I had a flat tire and went back to them to see if they could fix it and make the whole thing a cheap fix. They indeed fixed the two holes in my front tire like new. They did this in less than 15 minutes and to top it off, they didn't charge me a penny! Just because I bought the tires there 18 months ago. Contrary to this great example, several years ago I went to a national tire company in Columbia and they charged me $45 for fixing a tire I bought in their store and they took all day to complete the job! If you don't buy your tires in Tire World then you cannot comprehend the English language or you have way too much money to waste elsewhere! read more

Upon arriving they had very little space to park but what is new with tire places in pg county. I was told to pull into one area by one gentleman. Then after he left another man told me to pull my car elsewhere. Though annoyimg especially with so little space to park I made no big deal of it. I was in a rush but I knew complaining wouldn't help. Upon moving the gentleman I initially saw began working on my tire and told me how bad fix a flat can be for tire sensors. I've heard this before but I can't get anywhere with a flat tire. He plugged my tire pretty fast and I went inside to pay which cost about $20. All was well until days later I noticed my metal tire valve cap was switched out with a regular degular plastic one. Still they got the job done and I'll be ordering tire valve caps. read more

On Saturday 6/22/19, the employees of Tire World went over & beyond with their customer service towards me. I had driven over a bolt during my travels the night before and was just able to make it to this random tire shop to park my car in hopes of being serviced the next morning. In the end, they wound up handling TWO back to back issues with no problem & with ease. They were more worried about making the customer happy than raping my pockets to resolve my issues. Went to Tire World based in a recommendation from a friend who had a good experience. Having recently purchased 2 new tires from Mr. Tire, I had an expectation of what this was going to cost in both time and money (spent 2.5 hours at Mr. Tire and i had an appointment). Upon arriving, I was met by Joe. He asked if I wanted New or used tires. I said I don't know. Because I has 2 new ones already, he recommended that I go New with the other two. He went and recommended a new tire for me. He them told me the price of the tire and I was waiting for him to just give me the total when you add the stem, disposal fee, balance, mount, etc. Never happened. The price he gave me was the OUT THE DOOR price. But it gets even better. I said ok to the 2 new tires and price and Joe proceeds to tell me that he would have everything (move front tires to the rear and install new tires on front) done in 25 minutes. WHAT?? I proceeded to check emails while I waited and even watched them so their magic. 17 minutes later, I was paying Joe for a job well done. I was so amazed by the price and customer service that I asked him tongicr me prices for tires for my other vehicles. Then he hit me with another nugget. Repairs, patches and rotations every 6,000 miles are free for the life of the tires if you keep your receipt. Needless to say, I will NEVER go anywhere else for tires. I rarely write reviews but the experience I had at tire world was outstanding! I recently got home from a long work trip to two flat tires and a dead battery. Needless to say I was in a terrible mood, once I got my car started, I went down to Tire World to get the two flats fixed. The guys behind the desk was very helpful. I rolled my first tire to one of the service technicians and it was fixed just inside of 10 mins. I gave the same tech my second tire and he fixed that one even faster than he did the first.
