I notice that I was having a slow leak in my tire so I knew I had to go to Quick Tires. So I got my tires fix it was so fast I was literally in & out with in thirty minutes. I have had my tires plugged & I've purchase tires from here they are lower in price then the other guys that's around. I been going to Quick tires for a while now I have never been disappointed with the service. That I have received this is there new location the old space was literally a walk down the sidewalk. My coworker asked me to join her on a quick tire plug. After trying to find a location nearby two other coworkers recommended Quick Tires. With the location right off Randolph Road, it was slightly hard to find... Keep your eyes open and you'll be sure to see a small sign. My coworker called ahead to get a price quote and was informed that a patch/plug is about $15 per tire. This price quote seemed in line with others in the area. Once we arrived it was a little hard to figure out what door we were supposed to enter through. My recommendation would be to put up a sign. Once inside there is a small waiting room with limited drinks for purchase. Check in was easy and the car was brought back within 10 minutes. Unfortunately my coworkers tires could not be repaired and she needed to buy new ones. The front desk representative offered my coworker a set of nice used tires for $80 each. $10 off the normal price. I really enjoyed that the representative took us out to the tires and explained why new tires were needed. This did not feel like a shop that was trying to gouge every penny out of you. If you're in need of new tires, or a quick plug I would recommend checking this place out. They were fast and friendly! read more

My partner and I were driving and our tire pressure light came on. We filled the tires with air and noticed there was something in the tread of our practically brand new tires. We pulled up to Quick tires, they took our car immediately, pulled the tire off, water tested to find something that resembled a nail or plug. They gave us the options and prices to put in a plug or a patch. We decided to get the more expensive (only by about $15 more) option of the patch for longevity. They patched it and had us in and out in less than half an hour and our bill was $35. I've had mechanics quote me over $500 for a new tire for something similar but this place is honest and gives a great deal for their work. We've driven with the patch for 2 days so far and have had no issues! I would make the drive for an honest mechanic and this place is it! Also great for Spanish or Portuguese speakers as the receptionist and mechanics are multilingual! read more

Lady at the front she's very professional and she understands for any concern, also, workers are very polite and respectful. They clean my trunk and place the temporal tire on his place. I had tirelessly (pun intended) looked for a new tire over the weekend after getting a flat tire on Friday. Everyone had to order my tire in, which was leaving me out of commission for the weekend. I mean, how fast can you drive on a donut anyway? As I was headed home, I saw the flag waving through the wind. I turned in for the heck of it, just to see if by some miracle I would find the answer to my problem. A kind lady and her cute little dog greeted me warmly. She had a tire for my vehicle, $99 new, installed! They also sell used tires for less but I opted for a new one. The wait was short, about 30 minutes. The gentlemen changing my tire were very kind and even found a nail in my other tire upon testing of the tire for any leak since it was really low on air pressure. Overall, excellent customer service, no hassling, I got what I wanted at a great price and fast. Definitely coming back to get three more new tires soon! read more

I left my car there to fix the clock spring at 10:00 am. My car was there all day. At 7:00 pm when I went there pick it up, they didn't fix anything because they ordered a wrong part from the junk yard. So, my car was there all day, they didn't fix it, they order the wrong part, and I had to pay $80.00 for labor fee. That's ridiculous . How come they charged labor fee if they didn't fix anything? I was quoted a price that changed once it was time for me to pay. I asked to lady at the desk why did the price go up. She responded with " Your tires are heavy." Which should have been mentioned during the quote. They also made it seem like I was causing a problem due to there misquote. They eventually charge me the price they originally quoted me. Also, I felt very left out of the conversation about the service that was needed for my car. There is no problem speaking your native language. But you must be able to communicate what is needed to the customer so they understand. I felt like everyone was talking around me about me car. I needed a flat tire repaired ASAP, I searched yelp and found this place. On yelp and their website it says they close at 7pm. I pulled up at 6:30, hours posted on their door also say they close at 7pm. There's also a giant neon sign that says "Come in, we're open!" I go to the front desk only to be told they close at 6:30 and they can't help me. When I say..."all of your signs say 7pm" I was just met with a blank stare. Thanks for wasting my time! Noticed that the psi on the front two tires I replaced with Quick Tires are 50 and 41. Manufacturer recommendation is 41. C'mon. I just paid you guys $450. Also, 4 days after getting my car, my rear tire blew out. What a cowinkidink. I took it to another shop and they told me that the tire needs to be replaced due to a gash on the inside tire wall and that the other rear tire will probably blow out in a month. They avoid calling back now and whenever they get pigeonholed on the phone, they claim that they're looking into it. I read the reviews. Then I went there because I ran over a nail. I walked in, told them I had a slow leak, they asked me to show them to my car, I handed over the keys, and less than five minutes later they asked me to come to the car. They showed me where the nail was in my tire. They said they would plug it. I sat in the waiting room for about ten minutes and it was over. In and out in under 20 minutes on a Monday morning and paid a VERY REASONABLE price ($15) for this tremendous service. I am their customer for life! read more

I have 18x8.5 wheels on my Volvo S60R, and already had the front 2 damaged by a differnt tire place on install. Quick Tires (Alex) said they could do it no problem (05/07/2018) My fault for not checking before leaving... Alex damaged the rear 2 wheels during install, not a little, A LOT! 3" long section along rim of scraped up/missing powder coating. The other had minor damage to powder coating. Neither wheel had damage prior to Quick Tires, as they are ONLY 1 year old summer wheels/tires and sat in my basement all fall/winter of this year. Upon cleaning them this morning (05/08/2018) I noticed the damage and immediately called Quick Tires. Wouldnt you know, Alex answers and tells me this damage was already there when he installed the tires. Classic case of denial by the person who did the work - "You did this, No I didnt". After 3 or 4 polite exchanges, i asked for the manager since I obviously was not getting anywhere with Alex. Come on, Man up Alex. you did it, make it right! Wouldnt you know...Manager's not in call back. At least the 1st tire place (which I wont name) were honest and took ownership of the damage. I was given the option of discount on tires or bringing back an invoice for the wheel repair. Not Quick Tires! Denial, lies, no responsibility, and no manager to be found! My wife and I ran into a curb while running errands in Rockville resulting in a flat just down the street from Quick Tires so we decided to pop in and try our luck. They were able to help us and mount a new tire right away, and they happened to have a used tire in perfect condition that was an exact match to our other tires. They were friendly, helpful, and the prices were absolutely rock bottom; we will be coming here in the future when necessary and highly recommend them to anyone needing to replace a tire.
