The pizza arrived as dough. The manager said that is how pan pizzas come. No help whatsoever ever. We had to cook our own pizza.

Regularly this dominos is 2+ hours late, the food cold, the order wrong, and the quality atrocious. I cannot understand how its still in business. They have a new item I thought I'd try called loaded tater tots. I have attached a picture of what its supposed to look like and then a photo of what they delivered, stone cold. The WORST customer service, so rude! The guy my wife spoke with should be fired or sent through customer service training at the very least. When my wife stopped to pick-up our pizza and saw that one of the pizza's had bacon instead of ham, my wife asked if they would redo the pizza with the correct topping. The guy got an attitude with her and had the nerve to say, "it's not a big deal, Bacon is the same thing as ham". My wife said we ordered ham, not bacon, and asked for the correct pizza. He said, "not my problem, I made it exactly how the receipt says". The girl who took our order was there and said she entered it incorrectly. The guy snagged the pizza from my wife's hands, threw it in the trash and couldn't have acted any more inconvenienced. All I can say, is this guy would have an attitude adjustment if I were there and heard him speaking to my wife like this. Completely unacceptable. Message to Management: Train your staff in customer service. Hold your employees accountable. I see multiple reviews of poor customer service and incorrect orders. I can assure you that your employee is going to run his mouth to the wrong person one day. It's worth the time to invest in your employees if you plan on staying in business. read more

The food is an absolute disaster--raw pizza dough and ancient, stale wings--and they rarely have the drinks you've already paid for. But the service? It's a hostile nightmare. The app feeds you lies about wait times, trapping you in your car for hours. When you finally step inside, you aren't greeted; you are verbally assaulted. The manager unhinged, literally screaming "Get out of here!" and cursing at me--after taking my money and a generous tip. I would gladly make the pilgrimage to Espanola over this. We've ordered here 3 times now for carryout and I'm not impressed. The first time was great, but the last two times were underwhelming. The toppings were fine, but everything else was so dry. We requested extra sauce on both pizzas, but ended up getting practically no sauce on either one. It's like they wanted to do the complete opposite. Wow, I just ordered a sandwich and lava cakes. Proceed to get the notification that it's on it way. Then my order canceled. Tried to order three more times, and it didn't work. This place was fine when it first opened, unfortunately it has devolved into the WORST pizza place in existence, and that's no exaggeration. It's so awful that there's nothing good to say about it. I don't know what happened (change of management?) but I will never go here again. They don't want your business and they will show you that right away, they just want you to leave them alone. Oh and every time they screw up (which is 100% of the time) they offer a free pizza, but the free pizza is pointless because when you try to get it your order will just get canceled or the "free" pizza will arrive after 4 hours and it will taste horrible. Go to Papa Murphy's instead. It's cheaper, tastes better, and is ready for pickup in 10 minutes. read more

Over an hour and a half and I ended up driving out to the location only to cancel the order. The staff was friendly so I don't blame that at all for this as they clearly were understaffed. This is 100% a management issue for a small town. If they are understaffed you need to account for that and prevent online orders instead of just taking in as many orders as you can and hoping customers will be ok with it. There were only two people working in there when I arrived and a lot of undelivered pizzas. Owner needs to be held accountable. Finally! A pizza place in Los Alamos that doesn't close up shop at 8 pm ! Los Alamos certainly has plenty of pizza places, but why oh why don't any of these locally-owned businesses get the concept of pizza? For me (and I'm pretty sure for many others) pizza is kind of the dinner of last resort. You know, when you've had to work late, or you get into town late, or you have that big project at work that absolutely has to be finished up tonight and the whole team is starving, and it's too late for anything else because all the sit-down restaurants are closed, and you're too tired to cook -- that's when you order a pizza. But not in Los Alamos. Los Alamos pizza joints actually close before many of the regular restaurants do. Until now. The new Domino's offers take-out or delivery all the way to midnight on weeknights and 'til 1 a.m. on Fri/Sat. Wow! Yes, it's just Domino's, but it seems the only way Los Alamos can get a decent service of any kind is to have a national chain come to town. It's been many years since I last ordered a Domino's pizza. They never used to be a favorite of mine. But I have to say, they've improved a lot over the years. I ordered my first Los Alamos Domino's pizza last night (a Sunday) at 11 pm (!!!!) using the online ordering service, and was very pleased with the experience. I got the thin crust, with double pepperoni, salami, tomatoes, onions, green peppers, and banana peppers. The thin crust was delicious and crispy, the sauce rich and tomatoey, and the amount of toppings generous. The delivery driver was prompt and courteous, and the pizza arrived hot. They also offer a variety of chicken dishes and pasta dishes (which I haven't tried yet), plus salads and appetizers. This is a great and much-needed addition to this often clueless little town. Domino's actual pizza is not the problem, it is what it is- but the staff could use some customer service training. The website has a tracker to see what stage of preparation your order is in and my order stayed in "quality check" for 43 minutes. I called to ask when it was going to be delivered and the guy who answered the phone said "it's going out on the second delivery". Wait, what?! We've placed online orders only to have my Debit Card charged and guess what, our pizza was never delivered and it took 30 days to receive a refund. This is the worst dominos pizza I have eaten. I have ordered twice on two different occasion and once with extra cheese and they put a ton of sauce and barely any cheese. Maybe they never have enough cheese or the cook doesn't care and makes a terrible pizza but I think if you are a cook put love into it and please make the pizza the way the customer orders it. I wish Domino's was consistent, but with all minimum wage corporate restaurants, it's more about the people they hire than the company. Yelp and their site said they were open past 11pm, yet the doors were locked. I was still able to order online, but they added Pepperoni's to the pineapple that I asked for. Is no stars an option? I ordered my pizza over the phone at 4:16, was quoted 20 minutes, got there at 4:46, not ready well I'll wait no problem. I'm not hard to please. 5:00 I ask the guy again and he says 5 minutes, alright, still not even really bugged even though I have starving impatient kids on me. At an hr I ask the guy what gives, he looks up my order and tells me he doesn't have record of taking my order. He asks if I still want it, doesn't apologize, doesn't try to figure it out. I tell him obviously I still need to eat so that would be nice, he tells me it'll be out in ten minutes, doesn't offer a discount, I didn't ask for one. Tonight, we placed an order online around 5:30 and were told (after an hour and a half) that we'd have to wait another hour. We were told they were short staffed.
