Roadhouse veggie burger and southwestern chopped salad
    Angie K.

Met some friends at Harry's by their suggestion. I got the veggie burger and a salad, and wow! It was one of the best veggie burgers I've had. Made of veggies rather than mashed soy protein and also the beet mayo was so delightful and flavorful (that's the red stuff). I got my choice of salad's as my side and the southwest salad was a great choice. All the veggies were fresh and tasty. The service was great and was very attentive with refilling the coffee and making sure we had everything we needed for our meal. I will definitely need to go back to try more menu items. It's outside of the crazy crowded areas of Santa Fe, a bit of a drive but not really that much, with the advantage of lots of parking and not insanely crowded. If you're up in Santa Fe and looking for something not on the plaza give this place a try!

I had a delicious breakfast at Harry's Roadhouse. It was the first time I've ever been here but I've heard really good things about it. I had the veggie omelette that comes stuffed with swiss cheese, mushrooms, spinach, and scallions served with home fries and sour dough toast. I ordered a hot mocha latte which was delicious. The ambiance of Harry's is very trendy and colorful. We had great service and everybody was very friendly there and attentive. I will definitely be back.

Friends took us here for breakfast on a Labor day Sunday. We got a great table near the open windows, so a nice breeze and you could see the hummingbirds flitting. Service excellent. Delicious coffee. The wife had lamb hash with eggs on top. She ate every bite. I had migas with corn/flour tortillas and black beans. Delicious.

I love the food in New Mexico! I love when asked if I want something smothered, I can say Christmas and know I'm getting best of both worlds with red and green. We have visited Harry's on many of our visits to the area. The food is always good and the service is always on point. We sat in one of the side rooms so it didn't feel crowded. I ordered Huevos Rancheros with two basted eggs. The eggs were on top of a blue corn tortilla and there was a side of black beans to go with. The red and green chile smothered it to perfection. I could eat this meal breakfast, lunch and dinner. I was parched so my beverage of choice was water. My husband had the California Dreamin' hand-held burrito and a house margarita. He wasn't sure if he wanted a salted rim so our server offered to have half of it rimmed with salt. That was the perfect balance for him. My sis-in-law got a Turkey Reuben for her lunch and paired it with a martini. She said it was delicious and her drink was great.

Had an impromptu stop here for brunch around 10:30ish and was met with an inviting atmosphere and friendly staff which is always nice. They promptly seated us and service was really fast, not rushed but orderly and timely. The dishes we had were excellent! Would recommend stopping here if you have a chance. 4.5/5

Now, the tamale oh my goodness I've never had such a moist tamale maybe the best tamale I've ever had. The pupusa was delicious and they didn't skimp on the cabbage salad. I expected something different with the beef stew. It was much thinner and Brosier than I expected, but it had an absolutely delicious flavor and plenty of meat. The cheeseburger was very tasty. The grilled salmon tacos were good but served with flavorless beans and bland rice. Not a place we'd refuse to visit again, but definitely not one we're eager to return to either.

The place is popular, especially given very high quality of pastry products and the line is often a bit long (given so many locals/tourists stop by this place)...and simply..the place is one of the best pastry shops in Santa Fe. Parking is a little limited in their own parking lot and the shop is sort of crowded, but you can always park on a street outside (albeit some small parking fees). Overall, I really enjoyed the pastries here...although I think the drink (I got matcha latte...true, true, matcha latte isn't much of a western drink..so maybe I'm wrong to judge a restaurant by this drink) wasn't so much of my highlights. I would, definitely recommend this place for pastries for sure though!

I stopped by Revolution Bakery about an hour before closing and unfortunately they were all out of bread - but that's to be expected around closing time. I ended up getting a breakfast bar that contained egg and green chile and a personal-sized cherry chocolate bread pudding. There weren't prices posted which I hate. Please put prices on the case. Those two items together were $14.58!!! Unfortunately I wasn't offered a receipt so I'm not exactly sure the breakdown of the price of each item. Seating was only available outside of the bakery as it is a very small operation, which is fine. As someone from out of town, I didn't have a kitchen or anything, plus I wanted to eat the breakfast bar immediately. I wasn't asked if I wanted the food warmed up and just assumed they would be room temperature, which is fine. Unfortunately the breakfast bar was ice cold. I definitely didn't enjoy eating ice cold hard boiled egg in the breakfast bar. It was so disappointing that at this price point, there just wasn't care from the staff to even warn me that the breakfast bar needed to basically thaw before being eaten. Prices need to be displayed and receipts offered by staff automatically, prices are one-off treat level, not affordable enough to be a weekly option for a celiac and lastly, food should be offered to be warmed up if they're going into the case frozen or refrigerated.
