On 11/5/25 at approximately 7:00pm, I repeatedly called and the phone wasn't answered, then the fax machine would come on, so I would hang up and call back. I spent 30 minutes trying to make a to go order. I walked in the dinner while listening to the phone ringing on my phone , however no phone was ringing in the dinner. In side was a cook , a waitress, a waiter, 2 tables with customers, and a young lady waiting for her DoorDash order. Oh and a Manager( whom I requested to talk to about the phone issue) who went by the name "T". After I stated my dissatisfaction in attempt to order to go food, the manager stated that they were very busy. I looked at the 2 tables with customers and replied " Two tables with customers is not busy." To which the manager then replied that he was doing dishes. And I stated so dishes are more important than answering the phone? He said yes when we are shorthand like tonight! I said that is ridiculous. Do you want to place an order he asked and I replied not anymore. But don't worry I will talk to Jim about it. I left and went to your competition and spent over $100 on dinner for my family. Then went thru the same irritation with the phone on 11/7 or 11/8. Question if restaurant is open shouldn't they be answering the phone if not to take in more sales , at least in case the Owner calls, or heaven forbid a family emergency for one the employees working? That being said, I frequent this location during the morning shift , and have NEVER had to deal with anything other than the occasional under cooked egg. First off, I usually have had good breakfasts at this location. This time as I was putting syrup on my pancakes a fly came out of the dispenser onto my plate. I lost my appetite but when my wonderful waitress came to see how I was doing, I brought it to her attention. She apologized and went to talk to the manager. I didn't raise a stink because I know these things can happen. When the waitress came back she said that the manager would only charge for half of the meal. She apologized again and to avoid making her feel bad, I told her that I felt sorry for the fly as he was still struggling but was in an impossible predicament. She talked to the fly and told him, "You shouldn't be in there little guy." Things happen, and the waitress offered to bring some fresh pancakes but I declined. The waitress handled the situation perfectly, but I will let you decide if the manager resolved the matter adequately. I will go back but I hope that this feedback will help. Things may have been worse if it happened to a squeamish person. read more

Stopped here for brekkie on way back to ABQ from Abiquiu. Had not been to any Denny's anywhere for decades but we were hungry and options were limited. Wow! Surprise! This place was great. From entry to exit service was excellent and friendly. Although some parts of our meal were at room temp the overall experience was positive. read more

Denny's is America's dinner. The food is good and the service was great. I recommend the cheesesteak.

The food is typical Denny's, pretty good and fast. The downside is it is a quasi 24 hour restaurant. Though they say 24 hour, it is take out only. Such as today, I was there at 6:20am and you couldn't sit in the restaurant, before I had asked when is someone allowed to sit and I was told by the server they didn't know. Ordered a burger with ketchup and mayo and they forgot the ketchup. Also the bun was very soggy with grease. I got a mix of fries and onion rings. They gave me the seasoned fries even though I asked for the regular ones and the onion rings were cold. I told both the waitress and cashier that the meal was bad and neither of them asked any questions or offered to reduce the price. So, overall a meal that wasn't edible for $18. read more

Passing through at about 8pm on Tuesday night. Not busy. Seated promptly but that was about it for the service. Waited 15 minutes and nobody even acknowledged us. Flagged down the hostess and told her we were ready. She seemed surprised and looked like she went to find a server but 10 minutes later still nothing we WALKED OUT. I watched two tables seated after us and got drink orders immediately after they sat down. 3 servers in our section and not one blinked an eye at us.
