Usually order from this place faithfully. Probably about once to twice a week. Ordered a pizza last night at 10:48p, not checking what time they closed. They COMPLETED my order but I NEVER received the pizza. So an employee went home with MY free pizza. I called to try and get my points back OR even the FREE pizza I ordered with my points but when the manager got on the phone he was rude and clueless. DEFINITELY will not get my business any further. this five star review is not for the food but about the service. The food is good, it's Domino's, it's consistent. last night, my family ordered pizza and a side of chicken. When the pizza arrived, the box was dented and the pizza was incorrect with the topping sticking to the lid. I decided to call to let them know the pizza was incorrect and it turns out we had received the wrong pizza. The manager or whoever answered, the phone was so accommodating they let us keep the incorrect food and remade our entire order. I don't usually leave but I felt like I had to this time because they really did a stellar job. They also sent me a coupon for points and apologized profusely. Good ! read more

Tried placing order on app, didn't work, called the store to place my order, person I talked to was very rude. Went in to pay when order was ready, was double charged, called to speak to manager who was also very rude was told nothing he could do but wait for call from someone higher up, 2 weeks later still no call still no refund! Domino's in general has always taken @least 20 minutes to make. No biggy. But I got to say employees were slower than usual. Maybe that's why there was a crowded line next door. I still gobbled up our order, after all their pizza crust is delicious. read more

This pizzeria is actually quite rude when you call them by phone. I accidentally called their number and asked for some information and instead of correcting me and saying they weren't the right place, they immediately assumed I was harassing them and blocked me instantly. The employees also talk with no friendliness and in a monotonous tone, where it almost seems like they don't care at all. read more

Attempted to get a pizza delivered tonight. 50 minutes and 2 calls later, the driver finally arrived with 1 pizza (ordered 2!!!). He offered to go back to the store and retrieve the 2nd one. I am a year round resident so I have dealt with them off season and tourist season. I finally gave up. The order is wrong 75% of the time. From the wrong style of pizza to missing items. They stopped participating in most of the promotions. ( I even got a coupon in the mail for this location and they didn't accept it ). Driver left and when I opened the box there was a cheese pizza with shredded steak on top! We had been working all day and were extremely hungry so we consumed half of it. At 12pm on a Sunday I called to order. They placed me on hold immediately with a "dominos, hold". I sat on hold for 5 minutes until I got a not so happy young girl. I asked if they were able to deliver to my area, being that I am roughly 18-20 mins away. She placed me on hold for another 3 minutes. She comes back on the phone and says, " we do, but it's about 45 min to an hour for delivery, sooooo...." . I say that's ok and place my order. Now usually at the end of a conversation with a customer there would be a "thank you" or a "thanks for calling". Instead I thank her for taking my order. I get a "yup" click. Maybe have a nicer employee on phone duty. It may just raise your rating. read more

Disrespectful. Came in and very nicely showed them how they messed up my pizza last time, they said they couldn't do anything about it even though it was literally just baked dough in the center. I ordered pizza for the people helping me move and when it was done one employee was very disrespectful and said "I don't care about this persons fake name" it was my mothers name you ass. The pizza at the Longneck location is always made to perfection. Love going there. On the corporate level, I don't like the fact that after I place the order I still have to call and ask not to have the garlic buttery on the crust. Absolutely Unacceptable attitude from the General Manager Terry. She was very aggressive and short tempered as soon as she answered the phone and throughout the entirety of the call her attitude escalated to the point she was almost yelling into the phone over top of what i was trying to ask her. I had placed an order for delivery at 1:30PM on Jan 6 2018 to be delivered at 5:00PM. It was 2 medium, 1 topping pizzas, cheesy bread and cinnamon desert. I left the neat status bar on my internet. At around 5:10 the status changed to Delivered, even though the driver had not arrived. The conditions outside were 2 days after 13 inch snowfall and so i waited patiently till around 5:20 to place a call to inquire to the whereabouts of the order. A CSE answered the phone and said she would not be able to tell me anything and asked to place me on hold, I kindly agreed and the General Manager answered the phone and asked how she could help. I explained that the order was late but had already status'd delivered on my screen and asked if she could tell how long it was gonna be and asked when the food had been made for the order. I was concerned that food made for a 5 o'clock delivery was gonna be late if the quality of that food would be assured. She said that the driver was at least 10 min away from my location and that the food should be warm. I asked that since the time was 30 min from requested delivery why the store nor the driver had attempted to contact my phone to inform me of the estimated time of delivery. It was at this point her attitude went from annoyed and irritated to extremely rude, condescending and aggressive. She stated the weather conditions were "Blizzard conditions" which was a stretch, but I understand the weather was hazardous driving conditions. I stated I was more than understanding of the road conditions but a call would have been appreciated. She angrily stated "I have a mind to just cancel your order". So i stated that I would then negativity review the restaurant on yelp as well as here. She flipped out and yelled that i was threatening her (not making this up.) After this she began to loudly talk over me and yell some more about cancelling the order and so I asked for information to make a formal complaint about her attitude, she wouldn't answer me and handed me off to another employee who kept saying hello like he couldn't hear me, then promptly hung up saying that my order had been cancelled. I tell my wife (in her 37th week of pregnancy) that her and the 3 other kids would have to wait while I drove down to the restaurant to sort out the issue. I left my house around 5:30 and still no sign of the driver. I entered the establishment and requested to speak with the general manager so I could get information for the Owner/Operated so I could file a formal complaint. She refused to give me any information on the franchise, she said i could contact corporate at the number 424-1600 and would only give me her first name. While trying to make a call to that number she began yelling at me in front of other customers and employees to get out of her store, kept yelling that I had threatened her and needed to leave. I went out to the car and contacted the Corporate office at (734) 930 3030 because the 424 number just rang. I had a small hold time to speak with a corporate representative who was very polite and asked for information about my experience. He was extremely polite and very attentive to my concerns and made a formal report to be followed up by our local Franchisee/owner. At about 5:50 my wife called to inform me that the Driver had arrived and delivered the food, and said we didn't have to sign for it, that he was told to just leave it and go. The food was Mildly warm. I am guessing that the food had been made between 4:45 and 5:00 PM and had not arrived until 5:40, anywhere between 40-55 min old. My wife placed the pizzas into the oven to warm them. The delivery driver was VERY polite and apologized for the issues, something the General Manager NEVER did. Hope the call was recorded and looking forward to the follow up with the Franchisee Owner. I want to take a moment to again recognize the driver for his polite behavior as I know driving in tonight's road conditions is less than fun and I am sure an overall stressful work night. Had I been home when he arrived I would have gotten his name to mention him personally here, all I know is he was a younger man, skinny with square black glasses. Very thankful for his attitude towards my wife while I was being berated and yelled at by his boss. Also a thank you to the Corporate Rep who was very polite in reporting the issue. I understand bad road conditions, working late and stressful work conditions. I also work in the food industry and try to extend an ample amount of leeway and patience. This could have easily been resolved with a good customer service attitude. read more

if only we could put 0 stars as a rating. this is by far the worst dominos i have ever been in. for one, it is not an attractive place to walk into. the employees are not very kind. we wanted to order the 5.99 large pizza with sauce and bread twists but it must have been too complicated because all we received was medium pizzas and all the sauce forgotten. when trying to talk to the employees about it they just reacted as if it was my fault and can not be fixed yet i paid for the large pizzas. horrible service will never return. read more

I am a local so I know the kind of stress businesses are under when tourist season hits, but this establishment is not very good in season or out of season. My family was visiting and wanted to get some pizza delivered. There aren't too many places to call in a delivery from, so against my better judgment we ordered from the domino's in Millsboro. The pizza was over an hour late and when it was delivered half of the pizza was smashed into the top of the box. The pizza itself wasn't very good either and it wasn't cut into normal slices for pizza. We ordered an extra large and a large pizza for six people and we got two pizzas of almost the exact same size (on the smaller side) that were both cut into 4 slices. I haven't ordered from this domino's or any domino's in a long time because of terrible experiences, but wanted to give it one more shot...needless to say I was disappointed. I will not be ordering from this establishment again nor would I recommend it to anyone else. The only thing I can say that was pleasant was the kindness of the delivery man. He was very nice and I hope he is appreciated at his place of work. Other than that, however, my experience was very displeasing. read more
