First visit here and we were very satisfied with our sandwiches. The place is clean and staff was courteous. My sandwich was really above my expectations, fresh bread , fresh lettuce and tomatoes and the turkey was homestyle tasty. The sandwich was very filling with only a half of a medium being eaten. The sandwich was in no way sparse! I look forward to trying their other offerings on my next visit. Also they have a rewards program so sign up for savings. read more

My first visit here and I can't complain. I thought the staff were friendly and pleasant, the atmosphere was nice and the food tasted good and was fresh. The Classic Italian was very tasty. It was the perfect portion size for lunch. Had plenty of meats and not an overload of toppings. It was just right! I would definitely recommend this place! read more

I have loved this organization for many years. Today I ordered my usual fresh turkey. Very disappointed today. I was eating fresh turkey sub and I bit into what It was cartilage from the fresh turkey. This was the third piece or cartilage I bit into before I became concerned. The Bobbie sub is the best. In California I used to get something similar called the Thanksgivinger sub. I'm glad I found this one. Because it is amazing! One thing, though you could do less dressing and a little more cranberry, but besides that it's great. read more

The special sub package for 9.99 was not worth the money. The subs are 4 inches and if you order a cheese steak it is $2.00 extra. The only good think about the special was the potato chips. Won't be going back anytime soon. read more

the negative reviews are crazy to me. I order from here 3-4 times per month and never have an issue. they have an awesome oven roasted turkey (fresh, not deli meat) which is just incomparable to anywhere else. And their wagyu cheesesteak will scratch that authentic Philly itch. love this place, just wish they were open later. read more

Grabbed a Bobbie to-go this past weekend. Not did it take forever to come out, it was absolutely disgustingly dry. I opened it as soon as I got to the car and saw that had I taken a bite it was so bad that I wouldn't have been able to swallow it. I figured I'd wait to get home and just pour some warmed up canned gravy on it to try and salvage that poor, poor too-many-days-past leathery turkey. There were pieces of MEAT that were so sharp that I thought it was bone. Then a few more bites in and holy crap, there *are* bones and not just a tiny little one missed (see picture). After Googling it to find out the correct spelling of this establishment, I see someone complaining of the exact same thing. Totally unacceptable! Imagine if an unassuming child not paying attention were to bite into this and swallow; these are beyond a choking hazard, this is a visit to the ER territory. These were found 4 bites in BTW not including the one I partially chewed up and nearly ate. This location needs to pull themselves together. The carelessness of their prep is dangerous. read more

Subs are not the same- I have been eating Capriotti's subs for 20 years and there is less cheese and significantly less meat. The medium was much more expensive than the small and imperceptibly bigger. We will not return to this location. read more

Only reason I gave a 4 for service is that the server was very, very personable. The turkey on my sandwich was impossible to eat. Stringy and had a piece of bone in it. Ordered the Classic Steak sandwich with everything but ketchup. Menu states Classic comes with mushrooms, grilled onions, hot peppers and/or sweet peppers. I got onions but no recognizable mushrooms or peppers. There was a ton of chopped steak in the sandwich so maybe the other ingredients got lost in the meat. This place sucks, I got a chicken cheesesteak the bread was dry, the chicken was dry and the cheese was not even melted. What a dive, hope they go out of business. So If you are from NY, NJ or Penn and know what a cheesesteak is suppose to taste like don't bother going to this joint. Terrible, Terrible and more Terrible. I spent $72 on 3 large subs. There was enough meat and cheese on them to put on 2 pieces of bread. The roll was soft and had a good taste.. Will not go there again. What happen to the good subs you once made. Would not recommend if you like subs or are hungry. read more

I put an order on their online app in July 2023 only to go to pick up my order and found out they were closed for the day; my card was still charged. I called and inquired about this and the employe said they would need to talk to their boss about the refund I never heard back I've left my name and phone number and have called and stopped in and several times since then with no avail. I stopped in yesterday 9/21/2023 and they again Siad they would have to talk to their manager. This is unacceptable. read more

The food is ordinary on a good day but catch them on a bad day and you will get quite a lot less than you were holing for. Today we ordered two hot sandwiches and an order of fries. The fries were disgusting, cold and hard. Not crispy, hard. One sandwich was warmish but the cheese steak was cold and tasted like the beef my mom used to serve the next day as leftovers.
