Came here for the first time and told I didn't need a reservation. Came again to celebrate a special occasion and they told me that I had needed a reservation. I left since I wasn't going to wait for 1 hour. Meanwhile, plenty of tables open. Never going back again. read more

Called in a takeout order and arrived when I was told the order would be ready. They took my payment and told me it would be right up. After waiting another 25 minutes, I asked when my order would be ready. That's when they finally realized my order had been sitting on the shelf right next to them the entire time. They then tried to hand me the food as-is, even though it was now cold. To make matters worse, I opened the bag and discovered that the soup wasn't even what I had ordered. When I pointed this out, I was told, "We don't always give the soups on the menu to takeout orders." Seriously? That's certainly something a customer should be told when placing the order. At that point, I said, "Keep the food and give me a full refund." The owner came out and seemed genuinely embarrassed, which I appreciated. But there was no offer to remake the order or otherwise make things right. He simply gave me a cash refund, even though I had paid by credit card. Then, after handing me the cash, he asked for my phone number. When I asked why, he said it was "so you don't go call the credit card company to try to get a refund." I told him, "I'm not the problem in this scenario, your staff is," and walked out. I understand that mistakes happen. But leaving a customer's paid order sitting on a shelf for 25 minutes, serving them cold food, giving them the wrong item, and then suggesting they might try to get a second refund from their credit card company is simply unacceptable. I will not be back. I'm certainly not going to pay $80 for food I have to microwave myself. read more

Our server was a bit hurried with us. I ordered the eggplant Parmesan. I had difficulty cutting it with a knife. It was so thin it reminded me of a soggy, tough potato chip. I really wanted to like this experience/meal. I will try them again but I do NOT recommend the eggplant parm. read more

Different Cheesesteak #1249. I got the Italian Cheesesteak. I loved that I took my Italian Cheesesteak to Dewey Beer Company. I loved the roll because it reminded me of when my grandmother would make meat pies. I liked $14 very much. The cheesesteak was good, but it is not going to win any cheesesteak contests. My family and I visited Two Meatballs on Saturday, August 15th. I ordered the soup, which the waitress told me as "vegetable pasta." When the soup arrived, it was basically chicken broth, a few pasta noodles and NO VEGGIES. Terrible. read more

The food here is actually really good-- no complaints there. Everything we ordered tasted fresh and had great flavor. But for the prices they charge, the overall experience just doesn't match up. The service was slow and kind of all over the place, and it feels like the place isn't very well managed. What really turned me off were all the extra charges. You only get two small pieces of bread with your meal and if you want more, they charge you per slice. Seriously? At these prices that should be included. They also push a cash discount, which is just another way of saying you'll pay more if you use a credit card. Between that and the extra charges, it feels like they're nickel-and-diming customers. It's a shame, because the food is good, but the way this place is run really takes away from the experience. Probably won't be back anytime soon. read more

I remember when we first used to get food from two meatballs the flavor and everything was amazing!!! Even after the change in ownership it was good. Lately in the last year it has not been the same for me. And after last night not sure if I will go back. I got the gnocchi bolognese and it did not sit well with me. And it has been an issue since the middle of the night and all day today. I look forward to going back and having a different experience though I will wait a while!!!! read more

We came here for lunch and ordered Spaghetti with Meatballs and Ravioli. Both dishes came with the same sauce and it was a little tart. The cheese stuffed ravioli tasted fresh and house made. The two meatballs that came with spaghetti were smaller than ping pong balls. I was expecting more like a baseball sized meatballs if I only got 2 per plate. Felt a bit protein deprived... Great little find in Long Neck area. Unassuming place in a strip mall that serves up great food and service. Bread is amazing and available by the loaf, one of few places that does tortellini, pizzas are good and crispy. Chilled salad with fresh house dressing, terrific local desserts. Run as fast as you can away from this place! Had an issue with a server and asked to speak with the owner, Mr. Reyes. He finally came out and I very calmly explained to him the Federal Laws around service dogs and suggested he look at the ADA.gov website so he can properly train his employees. From the ADA.gov website: When it is not obvious what service an animal provides, only limited inquiries are allowed. Staff may ask two questions: (1) is the dog a service animal required because of a disability, and (2) what work or task has the dog been trained to perform. Staff cannot ask about the person's disability, require medical documentation, require a special identification card or training documentation for the dog, or ask that the dog demonstrate its ability to perform the work or task. He insisted he is allowed to ask for ID. I informed he is not and further stated there is no federal or state ID, all the IDs are private companies that are meaningless. He proceeded to escalate this discussion by yelling, telling me he is following Delaware law. Note Delaware law mimics the Federal ADA rules. He will be reported on the ADA.gov website for not providing service and not following the ADA guidelines read more

Ate here a few time and I was pleasantly surprised. I really enjoyed their pizza, The New Yorker and the sausage. ( I usually get 2 at a time, downside they are on the small size but extremely tasty). I've had entrees as well the chicken pesto pasta, chicken parm sub, etc, cheesecake I enjoyed as well.
