Once we were seated our server, ZOE, didn't come over for 10 minutes after we sat down. She took the kids orders and then walked away. Didn't come check on us until way after we were ready to order, which was like another 20 mins. We ordered our food and then didn't see her again until our food was almost ready. Didn't come check on us, didn't ask if we wanted refills, we had to ask for refills. Mind you she didn't have many other tables but was checking on them multiple times. Our meals came out before our appetizers. The one appetizer which was the bruschetta, it was supposed to be a plated bruschetta, we've had this before and was so delicious it's the bread with mozzarella, topped with bruschetta and arugula and then a balsamic glaze is drizzled over it, this was a bowl of bruschetta and cold pieces of bread. One of us ordered a meatball parm on a sub roll, you could tell it was left out sitting. The cheese was cold and congealed and the meatballs were cold in the middle like they had been microwaved. One of us ordered Mac and cheese and it was all watery and it came with garlic bread which was hard and had raw garlic on it. The last adult meal was there cheeseburger meal and the burger was frozen, we're not dumb and could tell it was frozen not fresh burger and drowned in ketchup. They did take the things we weren't happy with off our bills. But the server acted annoyed that she had to even do that. After there was a slight issue with the check and what was supposed to be on them our server, ZOE, (I've read in different reviews that she acts fake nice once it comes to paying). I'm usually a good tipper based off of the service that I'm given. We paid our bills and didn't tip because of Zoe's service. She noticed my one friends check and how she didn't tip. She looked at me, plastered on a fake smile and said in a fake voice, "thanks for coming in and I hope you guys have a great day". So freaking fake it was ridiculous and rubbed me the wrong way, you work in the service industry and shouldn't treat customers with that type of attitude. Should've just gone to McDonald's for this sub par food and customer service.

I will not be ordering from this Domino's again. I NEVER have problem when ordering during day time. I order the specialty chicken - classic hot buffalo, I ask that they do not put the buffalo sauce on the chicken just put it on the side...NO PROBLEM. I ordered it tonight, (ordered at night once before), and both times it came with the sauce on it, last time they did replace it. Tonight, I was told the manager said I could not order it without the sauce on it, I told them I have the container from last time and could bring it in, I was told NO the sauce comes on it. I tried to again explain every time I have ordered it the sauce is on the side....image my surprise when I was told he was not going to argue with me and hung up the phone on me. I was ordering there probably 6 times a month...NEVER will I do business there.. I have paid for something I will not eat...the hot sauce is horrible.. I like my own better plus the tip and delivery fee! I am also going to tell my friends, relatives and those who use my business that they should stay away from this domino's, I mean if they have a manager who thinks it is to hard to cook the chicken without the sauce well, how he is a manager is beyond me. read more

Huge shoutout to the managers on shift this afternoon working hard while the place was slammed, and still delivering the best hot meal even while training staff during a rush. i love dominos pizza, especially the new crust/sauce (chicken kickers on the side). this place is a little suspect if you go with pick-up at 12am and beyond but the pizza is still amazing. the delivery is almost unbelievable. i cant believe how fast they get the pizza to the door. never had a problem with delivery. read more

All in all, I can't really complain. I don't come to Little Ceasars for a neighborhood pizza experience, I come for cheap eats, prepared quickly to satisfy my craving.
