I almost always love timber for their food and drinks. The only issue that lies herein is how they treat customers. My friend was threatened in this establishment and even tho he was a VIP customer, the restaurant provided zero support and wouldn't even call the cops despite claiming they did.

It is clear this is the "fancy" restaurant in town. Traveling for work our party of 2 were seating quickly and service was fast and efficient. Prime rib with mashed potatoes is what my co worker ordered and said it was just ok. I ordered the lobster bisque and it was a large size and VERY delish. I also got the crab cakes (for my meal) and they were just ok. If I make it back to this area of the state I would try again as many of the pasta and pizza options look yummy!

Hotel restaurants don't always have the same allure for me, but this place was hopping and I can't say enough good things about it! Wonderful service, starting with hostesses and ending with the wait staff and clean up crew. Upscale dining, but not crazy prices. Complimentary bread and an extensive kids menu. It's so unusual to get to enjoy fine dining AND be able to find a kid friendly meal! Beautiful decor, comfy cushioned seats, clean and not spacious. Indoor and Outdoor seating. The blueberry cobbler martini was so pretty and tasted just as good. The fired pizza, seared scallops, and Mac n cheese were all above average. So flavorful! Highly recommend Timber!

I deal with food restrictions and the staff here were amazing with providing me a separate menu a s assuring I wasn't accidentally given food that would make me sick. The staff were very friendly and the food was AMAZING!!!

If you are in the Bangor area, this a must-stop for you and your family. The decor has a very nice modern country style, but they bring some old school wood on the walls and the ceilings with a nice ambience of lighting. Your timing has to be impeccable as they do get busy quickly during lunch and dinner times. Surprisingly they do offer outside seating in the winter using these igloos style domes that are heated with nice lighting. I hadn't seen this before in the many spots I have tried. The food quality is amazing and is a farm-to-table as nothing appears to be frozen. Everything is made fresh and they have great oven brick pizza. You are going to pay typical prices for a hotel restaurant, but the quality and quantity of the food is well worth it. They say you eat with your eyes first and when they place your meal in front of you, your eyes will be amazed at the care that goes into the appearance of every dish that leaves the kitchen. Drinks are a bit on the pricey side and some are worth it, but their drink menu is quite larger and may seem overwhelming to some. My family and I had no issues with any of the food we had. The backed stuff cod had a nice flakey and flavorful fish along with the pesto risotto, alongside some blistered tomatoes and parmesan flavored green beans. The smokey tomato pizza was cooked to perfection and had a nice swirl of pesto creating an amazing experience in both taste and aroma. The BBQ ribs were fall of the bone and the bbq sauce was not too sweet for me. The ribs came with a pretty dense cornbread, vegan baked beans and a creamy corn succotash. They start you off with some bread of which one of them has cranberry in it and it tastes phenomenal. Even the butter has additional flavor with some chives in it. This place is a MUST stop for anyone looking for a farm-to-table atmosphere and want to experience some amazing food.

We travel for work and it's taboo to eat at a hotel restaurant so we were super skeptical- especially seeing how large the restaurant was upon check in Glad everyone recommended it, because it truly was great. Nice interior. We sat at the chefs table which overlooked their pizza oven & 2 other stations. Food was great- pizza looked AMAZING Steak frites were great- the butter definetly helped with the flavor, great size ribeye The lobster bisque was the only let down that evening as it was the one thing I was looking forward to eating since we're in Maine, beautiful presentation though slower service was a let down too but felt a little justified since they were busy. would come back! Trust the reviews on TripAdvisor- they're #1 for a reason- plus them leaving "write us a review on TripAdvisor" flyer with your check probably helps too!

The prime rib was one of the specials for the evening. It was excellent. I enjoyed every bite. It's been a few weeks since I have had this meal and I've thought about it a handful of times! Our server was excellent and did a wonderful job. I also enjoyed my Tiramisu. The piece was large and could be shared with another person.

They say everything is better with bacon but I guess they haven't tried lobster . The Mexican corn dip with lobster was the perfect way to start a meal then followed it with lobster bisque. We actually started with seasonal cocktails and the winter pear was the perfect combination of vodka, st. Getmain, and champagne. My daughter had a cranberry mule that was also very good. Love the decor (wish we could have experienced the igloos). Service was really great as well. Was super surprised this is in a Marriott Residence Inn, but it is a separate entrance. It was very busy on a Tuesday in March which says a lot. Glad we tried it on our visit to Maine after a long day of hiking in Acadia.

During our vacation in town, we decided to try this spot after reading the reviews, and I'm so glad we did. We started with the lobster elote dip--absolutely a 10/10. For mains, we had the lobster ravioli (delicious, but could use a touch of lemon for balance, so 9.5/10), the seafood chowder (7/10, since it was a bit light on seafood), and the pig pizza, which was a solid 10/10. We ended with the buckeye dessert--easily an 11/10, though we all wished it had a bit more marshmallow fluff, as they were pretty stingy with it.

BLUEBERRY-TARRAGON SHRUB MARTINI -subbed for Planteray Rum; not a vodka/gin lover and it was superb made by Wyatt

Multiple servers available to suppor; variety of food options and specials for all different palates. Also a large variety of spirits/alcohol; i was surprised to see them house Barbancourt but was not available at the moment.

We went for dinner because two people in our party were vegan and this menu had vegan options which we appreciate so much. I don't believe it's her fault as there is no kitchen in this establishment, but the food was bad. Some of it was not fit for consumption, and, to their credit, I was not charged for those items that were inedible. I suspect the food would be great if she had what she needed to do her job, because the menu was really interesting. It's a local place with nice local people and we always try to support those businesses when we visit a town. But you cannot cook meals using one hot plate and an air fryer, or store restaurant grade food in a college refrigerator for extended periods. Go for the beer, but don't eat the food until this team can upgrade to keep everyone safe.

She felt it necessary to tell me "You always have such an issue every time you order" when I asked for "spaghetti" instead of "linguine" on my meal. She also announced loudly as she walked away "And I won't ask you again if you want another beer!" This has happened twice prior with her when I sat at the bar while she was the server. When I finished my meal she was clearly avoiding coming over to us. I waited 20 minutes (yes, I timed it) for her to come over to ask me how my meal was and if i needed a box to go, but she never came over. She was not busy and the bar was 2/3 empty by this time. (I was so disgusted with her at that point that I wanted to see how long it would take). Check your Bar camera from Monday night June 22, 2026, you will see her throw a heavy Beer glass into the trash with quite a smashing force! She was obviously pissed off! That kind of behavior was dangerous and very aggressive, and does not belong in any customer service establishment. I own a vacation rental and often get asked what restaurants I would recommend near the Bangor Waterfront during concert events. Seasons will be OFF my list, mainly due to Nicole at the bar. I don't want the embarrassment of getting a bad review for the recommendation, and I will not be coming to Seasons any time soon. I sincerely hope the management addresses her and straightens out her bad attitude. This review would be less than one star if i had the option.
