Standard Domino's, nothing exceptional or terrible about the food. The people that are working there at the time of this review are horrible. I ordered a pizza that arrived looking like it had been put in a bag and shaken up. There were loose pieces of pizza in a box essentially. During the pandemic, we decided to try Domino's for the first time. We ordered the pizza online, and we found a good discount coupon for the pizza so that was an added bonus. My husband said he liked the sauce. My piece didn't seem to have much sauce on it. Our pizza was supposed to have pepperoni, ham, sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheese. The one thing I really noticed was that the toppings were evenly distributed across the pizza. Our first pieces (shown below) were well covered in toppings. My next slice had mushrooms and pepperoni only on it. My husband said he liked the sauce, but I didn't care for the sauce -- I thought it was more "tomatoey" tasting that as a pizza sauce taste. read more

I have been ordering from food for many years from here .. I have tried many items on the menu . For fast food pizza which I consider is very good.. I have had problems of not getting my food in a timely manner when I choose to have it delivered but on the most part I pick it up at the store.. I use the domino's APP to order you get points and a free pizza after 6 orders so I can't say I've had problems with the ordering by phone.. read more

So we ordwres from them a while ago and it was crap service then. Haven't ordered in forever and then we got coupons in the mail 2 days ago. Tonight I ordered 2 item pan pizza with 16 piece bites and what I got was 8 piece and thin crust and when I called Carson said oh well it's the same amount of dough as 8 piece. He said my coupon wasn't updated lol I literally just got coupon. He gave me some jenky number saying it was corporate number and there was nothing they could do. Left message at the "happy pizza" number. Not cool. Customer service sucks and their food sucks. Little Caesar's pizza is high class compared to them. Possibly the worst experience ordering from any restaurant in my lifetime. My family order a large pizza and chicken wings w/ranch and buffalo sauce. We had waited for about twenty minutes, the estimated time it would take for it to be sent out, and it was then on its way. That is until the driver actually pulled up to our household. Instead of getting out of their car, the Domino's driver pulled in and pulled out, my sister went outside to call out to them and say "Hey, you are supposed to deliver to us", the driver responded that "Sorry, somebody else is delivering your order, I got the wrong house." and then assured us that someone was on the way with our order. That was confusing, but it got worse after that. We called the store and spoke about what happened and the store manager Jessica said "Oh, yeah he brought out the wrong food he's going to come out with the right order.", now not only did the driver lie, but he took the wrong order to begin with and had ours back at the shop getting cold. We asked for it be remade, but the manager Jessica didn't want to do it until we asked for a refund. 20 minutes go by and then the same driver pulls up and delivers the food, but when we bring it inside after he drives off (non-contact delivery) we noticed that the sauces we paid for were not even included. They gave us one ranch dressing, but no buffalo sauce which was an extra charge to the bill. Then, once we checked the chicken it was cold, the pieces were brittle and had barely had real meat on them. The pizza was also cold. We called up to the store again and voiced the complaints and Jessica was unhelpful and unapologetic and became argumentative after we said it was not "remade" like she said. My fiance ordered our dinner from Dominos tonightno in Battle Creek our dinner and the woman over the phone was super friendly and didn't rush or cut my conversation short like I've experienced from other restaurants in the past. However, Dominos didn't ask if we wanted contactless delivery or not, but in their favor the woman on the phone was in training, and my fiances phone was on speaker so I could hear she was being coached what to say. Not sure if she was told to nention that or not. Right now I give them 3 stars. I'll let you call know how the food is as soon as I get done eating. Part 2: I'm back. Most Speediest service I've ever had in my life. Right when I got done writing the first part if this review as soon as I set my phone down there wasn't knock on the door but I was expecting me daughter and to my surprise it was Dominos (already). The delivery guy was friendly, and kept a smile on his face. He didn't stand there expecting a tip oh yeah, and he was wearing a mask. This is the first time since covid-19 started that I've had good food. I feel like they are re-creating themselves by providiing a perfect ordering and delivery service. All the food was sooooo good. Pizza crust was crispyvand flaky and cooked to perfection. Pastas needed salt and pepper but those preferences vary per person, and you can always add salt and pepper but you can't take it away. Once food is ruined it's ruined. Five stars to Dominos for an exceptional experience. read more

Took an hour to get order and we live 3 blocks away from the Dominos location. By the time we got our pizzas, they where room temperature and could tell they had been sitting for a while. Second time trying Dominos and don't think we will go back. Over priced, long deliver time and pizza that was at room temperature. read more

I am a truck driver...I ordered this and drove 20 minutes to pick up...when I got there my order was not ready and the employee/manager tried to blame the computer for the order I had placed even though I had called to place the order. So they made my order and I had to wait another 20 minutes. While waiting, the delivery driver came in and during small talk i mentioned how the order was not done so the delivery driver handed me a couple cookies for the trouble...cool...well now the pizza is done and I'm ready to pay and the manager who was blaming the computer for the order was now trying to charge me for the cookies like it was a big deal...had I ordered the cookies I would have no problem paying for them but they were offered to me and now this guy was trying to charge me for them. I just called this resturant because my daughter ordered a pizza. Apparently she ordered to a hot spot and didn't understand. She just turned 16 and she has her first job and has her first card. Apparently there was an altercation about getting a refund because my daughter never got her pizza because she wasn't at the hot spot. I just called the pizza place and they told me they infact told my daughter they would not give her her money back Jennifer to be specific. I called and asked for a manger to calmly sort out the situation and she rudely told me what I need to do with my child and how I need to discipline her because I am hearing half the story and she told me my daughter and 70 year old mother repeatedly called there harredssed them and interrupted there dinner rush which is highly unacceptable ( trust me I was shocked by the customer service and was only calling to see what happen to my daughter 21 dollars which is not hard to come by at 16.. it's kind of a big deal) I had to redirect the young girl I was speaking to and calmly tell her that I was only calling to see what happen and why they didn't refund the money. She said that was policy. I went in dominos website to read what they had written and it only says if your not satasfied they will refund your money. I asked her was this policy online she started telling me how they are a five star restaurant. I asked her like my mother did prior for cooperate number and she told me she can't give that out if I want it I should google it ( really I spend money and put this food in my body and cooperate number is not accessible to me mind you my mother a senior 70 ,not really a pro at the computer) so she's tells me this policy is a franchise policy that states if u order hot spot and the pizza not successfully delivered that you don't get your mone back.. I had to ask for like the 10th time I understand mam however is this policy some where visual for the customer. She stated I don't know ‍ . I thanked her and ended the phone call. There still a lot I didn't not tell you but what is unacceptable is this employees behavior. I spent 10 min on the phone listening to this women tell me how my senior mother and my child were wrong and then she started giving instruction on how I need to correct my child. Unbelievable. I still didn't get upset because that's not what I do however I am disturbed that this person is working oh and I don't even know whom this women was because before she stared reciting the franchise inside policy that she doesn't know if it is visual to customer ,she told me that the manager was on the phone and couldn't come to the phone. Before I could finish my statement she cut me off in a very nasty condescending manner and said yes I know about this situation and just went off. I still was very nice to her because she probably too is just a young child trying to make a couple of dollars. However Jennifer or the manager, I don't know, I never got a chance to speak with them. I never got pass the women whom knows policy but not whether is visual or not. It's just really sad that we support business like this and I will tweet, fb, yelp, Pinterest and more this situation because it's not fair to my daughter. it's also not fair that I was very pleasant and I had to be cut off and told how to raise my child from a child. All because of a misunderstanding with ordering a pizza. What happen to conflict and resolution skill traing on jobs, what happen to the customer is always right? This place will not get any more of my familit's money and I will make sure this complaint is received by cooperate and dealt with accordingly. I do know how to google research and find things. Poor customer service except for the drivers. Two nights in a row I call but keep getting hung up on. The last couple of times I tried to order they stop online ordering between 1 a 2 hours from their actual close time. Tonight I could order online but have a coupon that I need to speak to someone and keep getting hung up on. The gentleman who answered the phone from somewhere else said that the are only taking orders for tomorrow. If it is 12am and you don't close until 1am why can't you take my order for right now. I was informed that this is how they operate by staying open to 1am but stop all orders from being placed atleast an hour before actual closing time. I was told just order tomorrow morning. That's great but I am hungry now. Management should all be fired for incompetence for allowing this type of business practice to occur. I have to give it a star or if not it will not post my review.
