Best Dominos Anywhere! This is by far one of the best run businesses & specifically pizza places. I always get great service, excellent food and its made exactly the same each time; I can count on getting what I order. I've been a long-time customer and certainly suggest anyone nearby try this location. The employees and owners care about their business, their customers & take pride in their work. Manager on duty on 1/29/2026 @ 9:40 pm was a rude son of a bitch, I called because I ordered a large pizza, and I got a deformed small pizza. It is ice outside so I couldn't come back up there to get it remade, and was met with smart remarks, "i dont know what you want me to do,there is nothing I can do for you" i simply asked well i took a picture is it possible I can bring the pizza back tomorrow or show yall the picture and get it remade. He said ive never heard of that, (who hasn't heard of a customer being inconvenienced and having to come back at a later date to get something they paid for made correctly?) I asked if I could speak with someone else who said nope. I asked him was he the manager her said yup, and I asked for his name, he said nope im not giving you that. I asked why he insisted on being rude and he hung up in my face. I couldn't get the ice off my car to make it up there to give them a piece of my mind, im a firm believer in be kind you never know what someone is going through. I have had bad days in customer service but I do what I can to make it right for the customer ESPECIALLY if they were nothing but respectful to me!! I placed an order for curbside pickup but no one ever came out or called. I called the store and was told no one could come out. I went inside and told them my name and I was ignored. I finally asked could someone help me because I was just picking my order up. The guy making the pizzas starts yelling at me saying i was going to have to wait and starts throwing kitchen utensils and food. Another employee tried to calm him down but it didn't help. I told him to cancel my order and I was going to call corporate. Tristan then says corporate will believe him over me and told me not to come back. I have NEVER seen such unprofessional and violent behavior from an employee. I called the corporate number and was given a claim number through email but I was never able to talk to anyone. Lately the pizza has been making me feel off. Not to mention, yesterday my stepmom ordered a pizza for me and my sister and instead of delivering to my house... The manager called and said that a delivery guy heading to our house encountered a guy with an AXE coming out of our garage and got CHASED. Despite us trying to explain that the guy wasn't at our house, Domino's is now refusing to deliver to our neighborhood anymore. Not to mention the call scared the crap out of everyone in my house. (For a while, only my dad would go outside because he's the strongest in the house and can fend off an attacker + my stepmom had left for work as soon as my dad got home) We had to even call the police because Domino's wouldn't answer any further calls (asking if the delivery guy could call the police and describe the guy) As far as I know, we got charged for a pizza we never received. I have tried to give this location the benefit of the doubt on a few occasions since they are the only location that will deliver to me. The past few deliveries have been slated for 60ish minute delivery time, but it has always taken closer to 2 hours for delivery. Each time the Delivery drivers get lost and I can watch them drive past my house for 5-10 minutes before they call. Today, I placed an order for pick up hoping for a quicker order. I placed the order around 7:40 and it would would be ready between 8:00-8:15. I arrived and waited until approx. 8:35 and called to check on the order. The guy who answered said they had not even started on my order and it would be another 1.5 hours before it would be ready. That was the last time I will order from that location. They are very slow to deliver and slow to make your order. read more

We called the store two times after ordering our pizza on line. Our pizza was ready to be delivered at 5:16 pm. The first call we were told to add 30 minutes. The second time we called, we were told it would be 20 more minutes. After an hour since placing our order, we called again and asked for the manager. She said the delivery driver would be there in 3 minutes to pick up our order for delivery. I've had some issues here but have gotten them all corrected. The staff knows my name when I walk in. I always order thin crust but I am loving the hand tossed right now! Tonight I ordered delivery which I usually pick up. I called to adjust my order after placing it. I also requested plates and napkins. They deserve 4 and a 1/2 stars but it wouldn't allow me to do half. That is because they always forget plates and napkins. At least bring napkins. The pizza was so beautiful and delicious! OK, it's Domino's so I'm not going to write a lengthy review, but despite a lot of other people's feelings, I actually like their pizza. They are one of the few places I can get an actual crispy thin pizza like I enjoy. The best part about Domino's is their online ordering...it's by far the best out of all the chain pizza places....it's very intuitive, and my order has never been screwed up. I will not order from this dominos again, and I am a HUGE fan of dominos pizza! But this location has royally screwed up by simply not taking their time with preparing orders correctly, and poor management when an error happens. I ordered some pasta and asked for no onions and had it delivered to my job. They bring me my food well after 30 minutes, and it has onions on it! So I call and am put on hold for a manager, who 1. Does not apologize 2. Does not ask my name or address and 3. Tells me it will be another 45 minutes! Because of his mistake, the driver calls me and asks if anyone is home--they sent the new order to my house and not my job!! Luckily I work right down the street, but how inconsiderate of him to do that to a customer AND to his employees! They have lost a good customer for sure after that. read more

Ordered a pizza on a Tuesday night at about 10:10. Delivery time said 26-36 minutes. It didn't get there till 11:40. I don't know if they were just waiting till the last minute so they could go straight home or what but that did it for me. I'll never order from this location again. read more

Amazing location and helpful employees! The Lakeland Domino's has great management and helpful employees. The GM is always willing to help and assist any situation, and the food tastes great! The delivery people for this Dominoes (houston levee road Cordova) are the nicest people I've ever ordered a pizza from seriously. One time a guy forgot like a small coke, which was totally no big deal we didn't need it. Even after I told him we were fine he went all the way back to the store and came straight back just to bring us a coke. Also they are always super nice to me and my dog. I mean it is just so cool to order stuff from a place where the people are actually nice and glad to help you. And the pizza is good to boot! These guys need like an award or something. read more
