Every time I get pizza and lava cakes, they are always brunt. Especially the lava cakes. You can usually smell the burnt smell from the box. On top of that, I constantly see employees in the store without masks on. Further, I've witnessed employees go to deliver pizzas and take their masks off. Their new deep dish handmade pizzas are delicious and well priced. The staff at this store are funny, friendly, and very entertaining. There was a power outage and systems fail at this store last night when we picked up our order. Of course, we did not have cash to pay. Instead of the store asking us to go get cash and come back to pick up our order they had us take our order and call our payment in later. This was all done with smiles and confidence. Dallas Domino's has the best service! We always choose delivery and our order is prompt and still PIPING HOT!!! Every employee and driver is nice and good at what they do! We are frequent customers because Domino's is reliable compared to our other pizza places in town. The only thing that kept them from 5 stars is the fact they have forgotten to give us our dipping sauce for bread sticks the last 3 deliveries. It is $1-$3 so not a huge deal, but if that changes in the future, so will my rating as it has been their only downfall! We just gotta have our marinara sauce with those bread bites! :) read more
