Pan pizza half jalapeños, olives, onions

Order ready within 15 min and made correctly. Decent topping coverage. Pan pizza crust was just a tad oily and doughy. Crisped it up in the oven. Friendly staff even though they were right around closing time.

On this day I ordered a large pepperoni pizza online. it was $8 with a coupon so said why not? I thought placed the order correctly. I picked up the pizza through the drive thru window and drove off. I was stopped by a red light, looked into my pizza box and found a cheese pizza. Not what I wanted. Drove back to the store and they said I didn't choose pepperoni on the receipt. I know I did because the coupon was for a large one-topping pizza for $8. The one-topping is not cheese. It's pepperoni. Anyway, after waiting 10 more minutes and Domino's refusing to just give me a refund they gave me a pepperoni pizza. I had to ask for them to give me the cheese pizza they messed up but they gave it to me. Now I want you to look at my pics closely. Look at the pepperoni pizza they gave me and look at the business pic of pizza. Does mine look anywhere near the business pic? Nope. Does mine have a good amount of pepperoni on it? Nope. Honestly I gave them 5 stars because they're equally as good as all the other pizza places that charge you twice as much for the price. And when they deliver your pizza it's actually warmer than the other pizzas which tend to come cold and soggy. So far after two different orders, their service has been good, their employees have been polite. And also the employees have been accommodating. They went above and beyond what was required of them. I would order from other pizza places seeing that they all had 4 1/2 stars, but never seemed to be impressed with them. I think I'll just order from Domino's from the Downers Grove branch from now on. Honestly their pizza is equally as good if not better since it comes warm and crisp.

There's a $21 minimum for delivery AND a $5.49 fee...? If I'm paying you to deliver my order (a mile) what difference does it make?

In light of Rosh Hashanah, we were looking for Jewish places to eat and came across Schmaltz Deli…read more We never knew there was a Jewish deli in the area and boy were we missing out. As soon as we walked in, we knew it was going to be a great experience. They have plenty of indoor and outdoor tables available as well as a traditional deli counter. They also have a drive thru! You can choose to order at the counter or be seated with a more traditional restaurant-like service. Our waiter was young but very professional and provided great recommendations. To start, they bring a complimentary bowl of bagel chips (a unique twist and a great way to repurpose old bagels). For my meal, I had a half American sandwich with a bowl of matzo ball soup. It was simple but delicious. On our way out, we stopped at the deli and ordered a few rugelach. They tasted so fresh! My favorite was the apricot flavor. Definitely hope to be back real soon to support such a great spot! Shana Tova!

3.5 stars, but rounded up because I didn't feel they deserved any deduction…read more I was REALLY looking forward to their #20 Old New Yorker, which I got in their Navel Cut pastrami. It was a solid 7, which is why I place it at 3.5 stars. I may be being picky here but it just wasn't to the level of "melt-in-your-mouth" pastrami standards for me. Not to say it wasn't good, because it was perfectly fine. In fact, it's better than most of the pastrami sandwiches I tried in Chicagoland. Maybe it's the fact that I had to bring it back to the office to eat it, and half hour had gone by and pastrami weren't as warm and the Jewish rye had become soggy by the time I took the first bite. I mean, it goes without saying that the sandwich would have been 3 times better had I sat down immediately and had it. Again, all things considered, it was a perfectly good sandwich. One interesting thing was that I had never been to an establishment that included a half sour pickle instead of a normal one and gotta say, I was pleasantly surprised. Pickles can be a hit or a miss for me. I like my pickles to be crunch, but some places offer overripened ones that become borderline mushy. Schmaltz's half sour pickle was not overly salty or sour, making it very attractive for me. The more I'm thinking about it, I'm convinced that I'll have to go back and try their #14 Sloppy Paul, which is the corned beef with sauerkraut, which is another favorite of mine. And this time, I'll be sure to dine in and give another review of it to see how much I like them better.

Spice was perfect, just enough heat but not too much. The service was great, the cashier helped me find what sandwich I was looking for, asked if I wanted the lunch special and introduced me to diet RC, which I didn't even know was a thing. Seems like a nice family owned restaurant. I was tempted to eat inside but I opted to eat in my car even though the inside was very clean and had a nice vibe, only critique is seats were a little worn. Edit: Also! I was reading the past reviews and I don't know if they changed their pricing, but i got two sodas, the sandwich and fries and it came out to like $13, which in this economy was not bad at all! 4.5/5 - I will be frequenting this spot weekly for lunch. I want to try the other sandwiches but that vodka parm was so good. We'll see.

It was a small place with only a few tables that was empty at 2 p on a Saturday. The gentleman working was patient while I read the menu. We chose the original chicken Cesar and the KO Philly. The chicken Cesar was amazing. The cutlet was cooked so well and the dressing had great flavor!! The KO Philly's meat was so tender and we really enjoyed trying something new with all the flavors of the KO Philly. Didn't give 5 stars because it was a bit expensive for 2 subs (that don't come with anything) & the KO Philly needed more jalapeños to offset the sweet BBQ (the jalapeños were a great touch!)

We pre-ordered three catering boxes of sandwiches and cookies for the team, while I opted to order my own meal individually at the counter. I ordered the veggie sub on gluten-free bread, "Mike's Way" with no onions. I was immediately impressed by their cross-contamination protocols: when I informed the staff of my allergy, they let me know that gluten-free sandwiches are safely prepared in the back to avoid allergen exposure. The customer service was exceptional from start to finish. The entire crew was friendly, efficient, and well-organized, handing me a direct ticket to pay so I could keep things moving. Between the seamless catering setup, accommodating allergy safety, and great treats, this will definitely be my go-to lunch spot whenever I'm working down at the new office location.
