On this day I ordered a large pepperoni pizza online. it was $8 with a coupon so said why not? I thought placed the order correctly. I picked up the pizza through the drive thru window and drove off. I was stopped by a red light, looked into my pizza box and found a cheese pizza. Not what I wanted. Drove back to the store and they said I didn't choose pepperoni on the receipt. I know I did because the coupon was for a large one-topping pizza for $8. The one-topping is not cheese. It's pepperoni. Anyway, after waiting 10 more minutes and Domino's refusing to just give me a refund they gave me a pepperoni pizza. I had to ask for them to give me the cheese pizza they messed up but they gave it to me. Now I want you to look at my pics closely. Look at the pepperoni pizza they gave me and look at the business pic of pizza. Does mine look anywhere near the business pic? Nope. Does mine have a good amount of pepperoni on it? Nope. Honestly I gave them 5 stars because they're equally as good as all the other pizza places that charge you twice as much for the price. And when they deliver your pizza it's actually warmer than the other pizzas which tend to come cold and soggy. So far after two different orders, their service has been good, their employees have been polite. And also the employees have been accommodating. They went above and beyond what was required of them. I would order from other pizza places seeing that they all had 4 1/2 stars, but never seemed to be impressed with them. I think I'll just order from Domino's from the Downers Grove branch from now on. Honestly their pizza is equally as good if not better since it comes warm and crisp. read more

Literally had to call three times for someone to pick up the phone. Placed online order using the 5.99 coupon mix and match. It doesn't tell you you have to pay extra to switch with crust you prefer. I have finally had a chance to stop by and try the oven baked sandwiches at Domino's. I ordered the Mediterranean Veggie and it was wonderful. I think the bread is the same dough as the pizza crust, it was hearty and flavorful. The veggies on the sandwich went very well together. Usually, I find myself having to knock my sandwich up a notch by adding some vinaigrette or sriracha sauce, but this sandwich was perfect as is. Now if only Domino's would start opening more restaurants in the southwest suburbs, like Plainfield or Shorewood, then I would eat this sandwich all of the time. read more

Dominos certainly got pepper since couple years ago. Their sauce, cheese and crust changed for the better. I'm being generous with 4 stars, but their pizza is better than papa johns especially their prices as well. Not my to go pizza, more drunk food but gets the deed done. Zero rating for this branch!!!!! I ordered a pizza over the phone for thin crust Hawaiian. Then I ask them to give me the XL size. I also ask them to provide me half litter of soda. They arrive and I received the pizza and and soda and sign the invoice. When we are about to open the box we were surprised it is not a thin crust pizza. Then I called them and a lady answered. She was very arrogant and sarcastic on the phone but I keep my cool. She continuously talking on the same manner, no sense of costumer care and very rude on the phone. She insisted there is no thin crust on XL which my argument is that if they told me on the phone that there is no XL on a thin crust then I should have change the size to the biggest size of thin crust which is a Large. She is still talking so rude on the phone and sarcastic on the phone so I told her to replace it but she said she cannot do it because the mistake is on my part. And because she continuously talking like crazy on the phone I cannot control my temper so I eventually get mad and yell at her. She hang me up repeatedly and all I need is to replace it with thin crust because we cannot eat the regular one. The other person answered and insisted that it is my mistake that I did not mentioned thin crust which my family was listening when I am placing the order that I did ordered a thin crust. They also told me that they will ban me on ordering on this location which I don't really care because of their attitude will ruin your day. This location is not good. They don't know how to talk politely, they are arrogant, sarcastic and don't know what customer service means. They are in the wrong business and this location is not good. Don't buy here. We tried the current promotion offering a choice from a basket of products at $5.99 each. The chicken/bacon/ranch sandwich wasn't very flavorful. And our thin crust pizza was barely warm, dry and overdone. We suspected it was prepared earlier, set aside and reheated. It is not an exaggeration to say it looked and tasted like crackers spread thinly with tomato paste. We aren't huge fans of Domino's but have had decent pizzas in a pinch from the store on Roosevelt in Lombard. Seems as if the product should be the same regardless of location. Not sure I will risk another disappointment and will probably pay the premium for pizzas from one of the local independents. read more
