I was pleasantly surprised by the chicken taco pizza at Domino's Pizza. This particular order was from the Englewood location. It doesn't look like much, but it was really good! Many reasons for the 1 star so I'll just state my most recent experience. Ordered pick up and went through the drive thru, I watched a worker drop the sauce they use to flavor the crust, into the trash can.. pick it up... And put it back to be used. I looked her in the eyes and looked at the sauce like are you seriously going to put that back? She smiled at me, looked at the bottle and then looked back at me. I still ate the pizza (no I didn't have the sauce on there) or at least tried. The center of my pizza was raw. Not the only Domino's I've had this same experience at. Not to mention, I used to work at Dominos and they never washed their hands during prep, or the surface we cut on even though people would throw random stuff on the table. Also heard the night manager use the restroom and not wash his hands and go make dough. ( this was 3+ years ago) My family, my parents, and a few of my friends have sworn off Domino's because of how unsanitary they are. It shouldn't be a pattern. read more

This Dominos has completely skewed my personal pizza ranking opinions. If people ask me my top five pizza list Dominos is for sure one of the top dogs for me. And it's probably because of this one. It's my go to place and I shouldn't even say how often I go because there's no way it's healthy. That being said, the pizza here is dominos, but you can tell it's got that extra better than the other average dominos pizzas. Idk why it might be some great food preparation ratio they hit when they make it or that it's just extra clean in there. What ever it is they always give you a fire pizza. The temperature is always perfect. They do love their garlic, but it's not over barring by any means. They aren't topping stingy. Their sides like the cinnamon twists are excellent also. If you had a bad day this will cure you. Sometimes you eat it and actually taste happiness. In all seriousness though, they are super fast if I hit the order button I can usually just leave my house right then and they will be done by the time I get there. The employees all seem great and I think have the perfect ratio of having a good time and still hustling. I would let their work speak for itself. The lobby is very nice, and on the insanely rare occasion that you dine in at a dominos it's a good option here. One last thing I have to say is that Dominos key variable to them being a top teir pizza is its price. $7.99 for a large one topping pizza, at the quality that the make it at, is just not even close to being beat anywhere. Yes there is better pizza out there purely based on taste, but you are not even close to paying less than $8 on it I can guarantee you that. read more

I ordered a pizza from them and when it came out it was a quantity of 2 medium pizzas and 2 sprites which turned out to be 26 dollars. I didn't ask for that in the online delivery but I just shrugged it off and said whatever and I already ordered it and put a 10 dollar tip which turned out to be 36 dollars because I thought I was only getting 1 quantity of both things. Anyways guy gets over to my place and says it's going to be 48 dollars in cash and I said I already paid online well guess I didn't even though I put it through with my card and then when I finally pay the guy I look on my online banking and they took out 58 dollars out of my account. I had an incident with a delivery driver, not only was given a rude comment on my standard 15% tip (had no cash on me so I tipped online) and was also missing an item off my order. Therefore I called and talked to the Manager at the Englewood Branch and he was super nice and refunded me and replaced the missing item! Ordered online from store was told the delivery would be here 7:45 then was called at 8:04pm that order would not arrive until 9pm maybe..... they said they only had 2 drivers.. Will never select delivery from store again, will door dash or use a different delivery option. TAKE THE Commercials off the TV if your stores cannot keep up with delivery you're losing customers this is why nobody calls and orders from your stores anymore because your company does not have it together! read more

Very good dominos location. We order every Friday to have a pizza and movie night with the kids. The pizza is always fresh, hot, and delicious. I've ordered from other locations before and it is possible to mess up these things, however these employees at this particular dominos do a great job. read more

This is definitely one of the better Domino's locations. The pizza is always good especially the crust. Delivery wait time is never too long. Easy to order online or using the app. And most importantly, reasonable price. You're not gonna taste Italy but for a franchise pizza chain, it's almost as good as it gets. read more
