I stopped into Domino's last night. No one in line. Employee was very courteous and helpful. My order was done in 11 minutes. I got a large pizza with three topping for $7.99 plus tax. I brought the pizza home and it was a good pizza for the money. Domino's offers many choices. Little Caesar's is within walking distance and a Pepperoni Pizza will cost $6.00 including tax, but the price of their pizza would be slightly more to add two more toppings. I gave Domino's four stars because I have had better pizza, but you will not be disappointed in the taste. I will be back. read more

I rarely leave negative reviews, but this was unacceptable. I ordered a large thin-crust pizza--half pepperoni, half veggie supreme--and what I received was mostly pepperoni with barely any veggies. This was completely disproportionate and not what I paid for. Whoever made this pizza ignored the order, and it should never have left the kitchen this way. Extremely disappointing. Last week ordered a Canadian Bacon and bell pepper pizza for pick up. My husband picked it up and didn't check it. I gave them a 1 star since I couldn't give the Jarrell location a negative star. They delivered my order without the dessert and called the location while we were eating. The manager stated that she could give a dessert credit for the next visit or send it out again with another delivery fee. When I said we would not pay another fee when it was their fault, she said we could pick it up. All I was told over and over again was that it was Dominos policy. 2 Saturday's in a row, my order had something wrong. 01/30/2021 - Pizza arrived cold and the box crushed. Opened the box and we got Noided. Toppings all over the top. Called the store got promised a free pizza. Still not credited to my account. 02/06/2021 - Order a thin crust Pepperoni Feast and received Original crust Pepperoni Feast. Why call they don't do as promised. We usually order once a week sometimes we go to 2 weeks. This store is getting worse. I don't mind that Richard can't slice a pizza. I know it is hard, I used to work for Dominos back when it was 30 minutes or less. In fact I part of the transitioning to $3 off and what they do now. Also was around when they switched to computers. This is the worst Domino's I've ever encountered. Any time we order the classic buffalo chicken there's no sauce unless I remember to add a not to remind them how to make it . We went to another dominos closer to downtown Georgetown and they said they have received complaints too about this location not making it correct. Today we ordered and it took 1.5 hours for delivery. The pizza was doughy and the cheese looked old. We called to talk to the manager, Holly, who said she made the chicken personally and that she put in the normal amount and that next time we should request more..... um !?? Take a look at this picture and tell me where the sauce is???? She was rude and took it personally, I've never been so mistreated for someone else's mistake. When I walked in I noticed none of the workers were wearing gloves. A man arms all over the pizza dough and their bare hands reaching into all the ingredients to place on the pizza. The girl was not wearing a hair net. Just absolutely disgusting. I asked if they were required to wear gloves, workers response "Nope! I've been ordering carry-out from this Dominos since this location opened and before at older location. Pizza is consistently good and always made with fresh dough and ingredients. It's Dominos, which to some means not gourmet, but ordering online offers great opportunity to be creative with building your own pizza and the pizza is excellent in my book. Of course, pizza is subjective and there's a wide berth of different takes on piece in Georgetown and in Austin, but fresh ingredients and fresh out of the oven, this pizza is good to go. read more

Usually this Dominos store has been our go to place before and during the pandemic. They were quick to implement social distancing. And often the food was hot and came before the appointed time. But last night was a sad failure. We had just lost our beloved pet. Our out of town daughter wanted to send us a meal so we wouldn't have to worry about cooking. We told her Dominos would be great. The food arrived way over an hour after if was supposed to. And when it came, it was not hot and had been reheated too many times. It tasted like days old pizza instead of fresh. I came in a couple weeks ago and was just really impressed by positive attitudes along with helpful and pleasant personalities at this location. Seriously a few people stood out. Sorry to say I don't really expect that at Domino's. It was a very busy weekend night and everyone was hard at work. And, let me clarify... This is as good as it gets....for Domino's. Generally, this Domino's is reliable. The pizza is as good as Domino's can make, which is to say, it is pretty good. This location has some problems with consistency, however, and following directions when you order online. On the whole, though, it is dependable. Service is usually friendly. Have not had any problems there. Never use delivery, so I don't know how good that is. read more
