I got a chicken sandwich carry out and it was black. This is it for me and Ledo's for a while. On my orders, invariably at least one item is burned-mozzarella sticks, pizza, sandwich. If the food is burned, it should be redone, not served to customers. It says they don't have pride in their work. I'm very disappointed. The fries were not crisp. I think it's because they put them in a to-go container when hot and the steam softened them. Another disappointment. The food can be good when not burned. I did share my feedback with Ledo's. It's been awhile since I've been to this location. But I ended up picking up carryout from here over the weekend! Picked this location since most of the neighbors say this location is the best! I usually go to the one at Travilah but family wasn't pleased with that location last time. I ordered online which makes things easy! They also have their own rewards program and I get a few offers on email. They open at 11am so first time available for pickup was 11:30am. I arrived a little early so my order wasn't up yet. But it was ready by 11:30! Got a large cheese and medium sausage. Both were cooked well. The right amount of sauce! The crust was great and even all around! Plenty of sausage on the medium! This place serves delicious food! We've had their pizzas (veggie pizza is my fav), all of their wings, lasagna, mozzarella sticks, subs, fries...and much more. Everything is ALWAYS good. It never disappoints. The service is good. Quick and they don't bother you much which is what I prefer. I'm from Maryland, and I'm also a reasonable human being, so I love Ledo's Pizza. This Ledo's location in particular has been around for a long time! I remember going there when I was really young. In fact, I thought it was the first Ledo's in the area... until someone corrected me and let me know about the College Park Location. In any event, I went to order on their app and turns out they were having this special for like a 5 dollar small pizza. Oh heck yes! Ledo's leftovers are legendary "LLL". I'd be fine getting a tattoo of that on my person #SideNote. But I was going to a friends house, and I didn't want to be like... can't I store this giant square box of leftover Pizza in your fridge while we hang out. Cause I also had Ice... and Ledo's dressing I bought that I wanted to store in the fridge and I didn't want to impose... more than I was already imposing ;). Yes, so I put in the order online. It was hot and fresh when I got there. And I got a Mason Jar full of Ledo's Dressing. It had no label on it, nothing. So I'm a person who really is stringent about food freshness, so I ended up writing the Ledo's store an email a day or two later asking how long the dressing was good for once I opened it. The manager writes back (pretty quickly I might add) "It's good for 3 months." And I was in utter disbelief, I thought he must have misinterpreted and he was telling me how long the fresh made dressing was good for in the jar period, even if I didn't open it. So I write back "After it's opened, it's good for 3 months?" and he write back "Yep!" I was like... dang, I'm gonna start getting Ledo's dressing more often. It's delicious, it lasts long. If I were to write about my dressing saga, it would take a whole review's space, so I'll refrain right now.... But just to say a little bit. Why are most dressings in the Grocery store SO bad?! I just don't get it. They are so miss or miss. I've tried so many of the shelf stable ones. I've tried the refrigerated ones. Like... why is good salad dressing so hard to bottle and sell. I really should start a dressing factory. I could be famous: "World only amazing grocery store dressing". That would be my tagline. If Woodmont Grill bottled their salad dressings, they would make A FORTUNE. FROM ME. I'd buy them all up. Cheesecake Factory has some good dressings too. Big fan of their creamy balsamic. Oh and Hard Times blue cheese dressing. Now, that's a solid blue cheese dressing. I think it's also hard to find a good blue cheese dressing in restaurants. I should just go buy a quart of blue cheese dressing from hardtimes every week when I head up that way. Hmmmmmmm... Anyways, everything about this Ledo's held up to what I love about Ledos. Having always lived literal moments from this location, it's been my family's go-to Ledos. I would say that if you know Ledos, you know what to expect - they don't cut corners! haha They do offer dine-in at limited capacity again here, but I always do carry-out anyway. Ledos offers online ordering, but it's force of habit since childhood to call in orders and they are always friendly and accommodating to requests to bake the pizzas lightly, etc. Wouldn't say I've ever had anything 'bad' from this location, just personal preference if I don't want certain dishes. Their wings are pretty good if you aren't going to go somewhere that specifically does chicken wings haha Obviously a fan of the cheese pizza. The baby spinach salad is actually really satisfying on its own or with chicken. It's not the most responsible to have it with honey mustard, but it tastes really good, and you're having raw spinach so, it balances right? My recent weakness has been the South Street Cheesesteak. I'm not going to drive to Philly with any frequency right now, so 3 minutes to a perfectly suitable stand-in is fabulous for my emotional eating, if not great for my diet haha They always have your order ready in like 10 minutes tops almost no matter how much you order. Maybe 15 minutes if it's super busy. My family and I also super appreciate that they have had later hours than a lot of places even during quarantine, etc. I'm very grateful to have such a solid location so close to home. read more

Much to my surprise my lunch was delicious! I was on my way to an appointment and needed something to eat, i specifically wanted a nice steak & cheese. I wanted a nice old school flavored one to, so i stopped here and ordered one. The lady who took my order was cool and welcoming, she seemed a little shocked when i said i only wanted lettuce & mayonnaise on my sub. This Leto is cool and quite. I opted for the 5 dollar specials. Each calzone was good, but not great or anything to write home about. I actually think the could have used more sauce. They do give you a side of marinara sauce and even then I needed more. I was just buying some time while waiting for someone at the dentist office across the street. There's a Rita's next door and I believe a Greek restaurant on the other side. The service was pleasant and attentive. No one else was in the restaurant so I can't really judge when there's no other competition. read more

One of our pizzas is burnt and the other has no sauce except on the center pieces. If we're going to pay $50 for 2 pizzas carry out I expect MUCH better quality. Fantastic pizza and fantastic service! We came in with a large crowd of 5 adults and 9 children, and had a great experience. Our server was funny yet efficient, and nobody seemed to mind the antics of our big party. They let us bring our own cupcakes (we were celebrating one of the kids' birthdays) and weren't in a hurry to get us out. This Ledo is WAY better than the one is Damascus, food quality wise. The wings are to die for, and I don't really like wings (hold any sauce for me - they are crispy and juicy and just mmmmmmmm!!! as they are). I've been we been to a Lexi Pizza until this year. The one in Derwood is very good and I noticed one in Gaithersburg. The pizza calzones and subs are good. I love meatballs and their meatball sub was one of the best I have had. The steak and pepper was good. I like the sauce that comes with the calzones (chicken or meat lovers). And the Derwood location I order online it says to give 20-25 min but they're so fast it's ready in 10-15 min and waiting for me to come in and take my to go bag. The owner is friendly, the pizza is consistent and the atmosphere is what you'd expect from a neighborhood, no-frills pizzeria. My favorite pie is the pre-cooked bacon and pepperoni pizza. Make sure you ask for the pre-cooked bacon because it cooks up to the perfect crispness. The pepperoni is super meaty and spicy, they are HUGE and very unique. They are probably the thickest pepperonis ever put on a pizza, and each square can only fit one. The subs and salads are also very good. I ordered a veggie Calzone on 6/15/20 and they put HAM in it!! I have been a vegetarian for 15 years+. These people SUCKKKK. It is not even worth the drive for me to go back and get refunded $5 so I rather just write this review. I believe they did this on purpose since I ordered two $5 calzones at 9:35 pm when they close at 10 pm (getting close to closing time). AVOID this location. The general manager and store managers should be aware . Ledos has lost my service and I threw up because I can get really sick from eating meat since my body isn't used to it. I lOVE my Ledo's pizza but this has to be the most disappointing Ledos pizza I ever ate. Ordered a medium pepperoni pizza for $15.00. The pepperoni had no taste, clearly frozen too long, there was very little red sauce, the crust tasted old and the cheese was right out of the freezer. The best pizza we've found in the area. Their chicken topping is excellent with extra cheese and Roma tomatoes. And each slice gets a tomato slice, which I don't see anywhere else. However, big difference between their large pizza and the medium size pizzas. The medium is perfectly cooked, with a delicious crispy crust (not tough!) but the large is almost as good except the crust isn't nearly as crispy and the crust on the bottom isn't as done either. I also used to get the basil topping but with a large pizza, that must not get cooked enough either, and I don't like chewy basil. My preferred pizza vendor when in the DC suburbs, and by far the best chain you'll find. While I can't speak for their pasta or other dishes, I really do love their pizza. Ledo's doesn't offer the typical pizza experience. Their pizzas are not "pies", but instead are rectangular in shape. The "slices" are really just 3x3 squares. The sauce is slightly sweet, while the crust is flaky. When it all comes together, it's just one thing: delicious. Having a crazy sweet tooth, my favorite combo is by far pineapple and onion. When coupled with the cheese, sauce, and crust, the flavors just go extremely well with one another. Though most people are initially a bit hesitant to try it (we always order Ledo's when guests are visiting--one pineapple-onion pie, and one plain cheese), none have been dissatisfied (and usually it's the cheese that ends up as leftovers). read more

Wow. I am speechless. I was near this Ledos Pizza location and decided to place an order of a large pizza. When arrived the front staff including cashier was not friendly at all. I asked for half Hawaiian and half veg-in. I also asked for extra sauce and cheese on the veg-in. I waited around 15 mints for the pizza. Arrived home and was so disappointed. The pizza was soggy, un-eatable, no crust, undercooked and fell apart when holding the pizza. I called Ledos spoke with the manager and denied my accusations at first, but later decided to make a new one for pick up. When I arrived the cashier in the front was rude(Large Caucasian woman). She rudely showed me the pizza. I later asked if I could have a dessert for the inconvenience. She rudely said "take a browny." I'm sorry you didn't cook your pizza in the correct way. The manager could have apologized and treated me with respect. I've been to the location before and the staff have never been friendly. I have also dined in this location and waiters are inpatient and rude. Not all Ledo pizzas are the same, and this is definitely one of the best ones. They were very friendly over the phone when I ordered, and double checked to make sure they had the order completely correct. The actual restaurant is tucked away off of Muncaster Mill, but has plenty of parking, and a very friendly staff. The pizza was hot and ready when I got there, and everything was correct. But more importantly, it tastes great, and the all the ingredients taste fresh. I have a few options when it comes to pizza in the area, but this is definitely one of the best ones. read more

Awesome manager! Saw that I wanted to watch something else on tv and changed it And damn an 18" pizza is 2 pizzas! Great deal Weds night kids eat free so a lot of kids were there. The service was good and prompt. I left my pizza I boxed to go inside and the server ran out and handed it to me! The service was definitely on point and the pizza come out quick.
