We go to dominoes a lot. Primarily the other one in town on Gateway, because it's so much better than this one on Main. Every time we go here the pizza is dry and has no sauce. Nor is the crust any good. Zero garlic sauce on the crust. Again markedly different from the other location. It's Basically cardboard. While the other one is always great including their staff who are always friendly and helpful. One would think dominoes would be standardized but this is def not the case. Order from Gateway. Whoever is responsible for the crew working on 2/14/25 should be fired. The employees were exceptionally rude to my wife and daughter. Somehow it was going to take over an hour for the cheese pizza I had ordered even though the app said it would be finished in minutes. If they're busy that's one thing but the rude comments to 13 year old girls is ridiculous. I can promise I won't ever eat here again and I'll make sure everyone in my neighborhood/orbit hears about the experience as well and avoid this place. read more

Nicest Domino's I've ever been in. They had a fun observation deck for the kids to watch them make the pizzas.

This store is full of incredibly nice people! They'll always look for ways to save you money, and the few times they screw up on an order they find a way to make it right. I'd highly recommend going in and talking to the employees there, it seems they're always willing to have a conversation. When you can't go in, delivery works great! They keep your pizza in a fancy pouch that keeps it fresh and warm. The pizza always seems to be cooked to perfection and they are very generous with toppings. If you're not willing to cook or you're organizing an event, Dominos is the way to go! Also the cashiers are very cute. read more

Not sure why I continue to order from this place. (It's what the kids want) They seem to get slower and slower. It has now been an hour and a half and still counting. I called they said they will send it out with the next driver and it will be fresh to not worry. They assured me they will make new pizzas-highly doubtful. I need to start paying once it is delivered and not with my credit card. I am so annoyed!!! This place use to be great 3 years ago. Not sure what has happened. Yes the food is great and all but the management is poor. The general manager doesn't do her job has other managers do most of her job, she gets schedules out at a poor time, she talks rudely to her employees and has harassed a few of them as well, plus there is a lot of favoritism and the store manager does nothing about it. Like I said great food but do not work here unless you want to be miserable. I hope they get someone new as a general manager. read more

Never received order. I live in apartment complex. Order status have Apartment number but customer info does not when being delivered. What a glitch on their part. They deliver to this place all the time. They said they would text 2 minutes before delivery never happened. I did not receive a text but phone calls. Then they started to tell me on the phone he rung the doorbell, and then said no. I could wait another 50 minutes for another pizza. What a mess, I will not be ordering from them again. This is not the first time I have had a problem with it not being delivered. They won't refund the money for a couple of days, please. read more

Super disappointing service. The food is standard so it's hard to mess this up. Tonight we placed our order through the Dominos App, however upon arrival at the store no one seemed to have any clue what was going on. Being one of very few people in the store it was frustrating to have so much confusion in picking up an order, especially when it was sitting in the pick up window when I walked in the door. No apologies or even a kind attitude when the whole order is finally sorted out. Ended up dropping a portion of the order in the parking lot but didn't want to deal with the whole ordeal of going back in, despite dominos corporate policy. Hope the service can improve. read more

Very kind people in this establishment, when we were ordering the cashier actually told us about a deal that would save us money which many places would not. Our order was taken and came out very fast! I highly recommend this place to anyone in the heber area, and if you're a night owl this place is open very late as well. read more

This company is an absolute joke they don't even answer the phone they send you to a call service where they don't understand English and when you try to place your order they put you back on hold and reroute you I tried ordering three times very unprofessional.
