Not that expectation are high with this chain. Pro - Order was prepped under 10 min. Nice staff Cons - Not a large delivery area but given the area, understandable. One would think that order accuracy would be higher if ordering via the app/online where preparation was pretty clear. One of the pizzas was half and half. Sadly items were all on the wrong side. Ate here on winter travel. In California this would be a 5 star Dominos so that's what I am giving this place. Not the worst pizza I've ever had, but pretty close. The ingredients alone tasted pretty bad, and it was so over cooked that not only were half of the pepperonis crunchy, a chunk of the center of the pizza was also so burned it was black. They won't deliver over a mile away! I'm staying at the Elk Country Inn. Their shop is 1.2 mi away and they refuse to deliver to me but said I could come pick it up. I explained to the mgr that I'm driving a 45' tour bus and I literally spent all day up in Yellowstone and I have very little legal time left on my clock. Last thing I want to do is waste my company vehicle & fuel to go and get a damned pizza. Mgr said that wasn't her problem and hung up. I can get better pizza up in town somewhere that will deliver. Ok, so here's the deal... hire enough people at a decent wage to GET YOUR PIZZAS DELIVERED in a timely manner. After a long day of travel, we just wanted to kick back in our hotel and have a pizza delivered. It's a very cold rainy day and we just spent 3 hrs stuck behind an accident on the Teton Pass.. We were starving and hadn't eaten since having a hard boiled egg for breakfast. We ordered at 7pm and got out pizza at 8:30 pm!! You are 1.8 miles away from our hotel.. we were required to tip $6 to receive a cold pizza. The chicken bites were semi warm. Both would've been excellent had they been HOT! So again... please pay your workers enough that you have enough to do the massive amount of deliveries during this crazy Covid time.. read more

This use to be the best dominos in the country but something has happened. I ordered a large pepperoni with jalapeños some wings and a Dr. Peperr. They said it would be 30-35 min. We waited an hour and then decided to call the store to see what's wrong. Dominos apologized and said there driver went missing. They offered us a free drink and said the driver will be there in 5 minutes. 15 minutes later the driver showed up and he got lost on his last 2 delirvery. All that aside, I was just stoked to get my pizza. I opened the box and it was the saddest looking pizza. It looked like a week old leftover pizza. Standard Domino's pizza. My husband and daughter love it, I can take it or leave it. Was looking for delivery to Wilson and they did accommodate us. I believe depending on the business and certainly time of year they will deliver this far. The staff has been very friendly and helpful the times we called. If you are looking for delivery further out, it doesn't hurt to ask. They may not be able to, but you may get lucky as well. read more

We also did not get a receipt and the amount was higher than the quote we got online. The pizzas tasted great. Good customer service even though they were busy. I think they mostly a delivery service store. I saw delivery guys/gals came and gone constantly. We waited for about 15 mins and decided to eat at home instead. I don't think the front store is used by the customers. I saw some people waiting in the car on the way out. I can't believe I'm leaving a review for Domino's but I feel like it's appropriate. I visit the area once a year to ski. I'm a New Yorker so when it comes to pizza, I'm used to amazing pizza. I've tried the non-chains in this town and I just can't vouch for their pizzas at their prices. So what did this New York native do in desperation when I was in the mood for pizza? I ordered Domino's. And guess what? Add extra sauce and a bunch of toppings to your pizza and I guarantee it will be more satisfying than the rest. When you're traveling to non-metro areas, the food offerings are sometimes an issue. There are good options in Jackson for sure but sometimes you just want a cheap and greasy food baby in the comfort of your home. There's something to be said about the consistency of a chain. This one does it as good as it could I'm not ashamed to say that I love this Domino's. Definitely order online and take advantage of their coupons. Pick up your pizza to avoid the few extra bucks in fees. Fast service. No bull. Not as cheap as Domino's in other states but not terrible. read more
