    Spinach artichoke dip
    Douglas G.

This place was recommended to us by many of our friends so we were excited to try it out. We started with the pretzel with pepperoni and cheese and it felt a bit too calzone-like. Fine but nothing major. The spinach and artichoke dip was delicious, the onion string on top were a nice touch. We opted for the chips to go with it (other options are flatbread or carrots). The chips seem to have been smashed before they were brought out, all crumbled and in little pieces. My wife got the pizza, it was decent. Be mindful, one slice is HUGE. The burgers were good, I felt there was a bit too much onion for my taste; even after taking some off. I had the ranch burger and there just wasn't much ranch to it, certainly not enough to market it as such. The smash burger was a mess, but that's what I would expect from any smash burger. And no pickles! Blasphemy! Brayan was our server and he was amazing. Responsive and friendly and quick to refill our waters. Fun place with lots of tvs and sports on, would have liked to have sat outside but it was all taken.

    Mountain view's were great!!

Sidewinders had a great atmosphere, curb appeal and awesome outdoor seating with mountain view's but the food was okie doke. I had a burger and my wife had a cobb salad. Burger was good , Cobb salad was just ok , dressing wasn't great. We loved sitting outside and the views were very nice. We also had a very pleasant conversation with the young waiter who was from Romania( can't remember his name ) but if the food was as good as the service, i'd have given 5 stars for sure.

Was in the area after a long day of hiking and needed something fast. We noticed this place didnt have a wait so we went on ahead. Parking is fairly simple and we were seated outside pretty quickly. Our waiter come around pretty often. Food was fast to come out. The pot pie and philly beef were really good. The pizza lacked some flavor. Couldn't really taste the pesto or balsamic glaze. But overall satiated us after a long day of excursions. Would go back to check out other items.

I recently went to sidewinders on West Broadway Ave. in Jackson with some friends. The interior of the restaurant feels industrial, which matches with the materialistic vibe of the veteran owned restaurant. The service was pretty good and our server was friendly. I ordered the chicken pot pie, which I thought was really good. The crust was nice and flaky the chicken tender with some yummy creamy gravy.

Stopped in for dinner and loved eating outside. Everything was really delicious, and the portions were huge. Service was fast as well.

Great food and excellent service! The Pot Pie, Pizza and jalapeño grilled cheese are EXCELLENT! If you get a chance stop by.

    Mushs slice with unwanted pepperoni.

Terrible pizza. We ordered to go, large, x cheese, and half pepperoni/half mushroom. We got a very thin layer of cheese. The receipt said X, but there wasn't enough to feel while eating. 2/3 pepperoni, 1/3 mushroom. Just was well that I am not a vegetarian, and that the Pizza wasn't good enough to eat more than a slice. Can't comment on temperature, of course, because it was takeout. Really, not worth $28. In the past, salads and sandwiches have been ok.

My husband and I enjoying our lunch. Nice big windows to see the beautiful views. He ordered the Bacon, Swiss Burger with fries.

Service was great. Food mediocre. I had fettuccine Alfredo and there was barely any Alfredo sauce-very dry.

The fried chicken pasta was delicious - the chicken was sooo juicy. The truffle pasta was also really good. Matt works at the bar, and he made the whole experience even better. There wasn't a hostess when we walked in, but he noticed us and got us seated. We also ate at the bar another night and noticed how much he genuinely goes out of his way for everyone. Even if he's not your server, he makes sure you're taken care of. He handles negative situations really well too, even when things like food delays aren't his fault. Super friendly, great attitude, and just naturally good at what he does. Honestly, service at some other places in Jackson Hole has been pretty disappointing, so Matt really stood out and left a great impression on us.

The so called General Tso steak sauce was like a thimbleful smear and completely irrelevant. BBQ Ramen seasoning? Not even enough to get a taste profile of it. The trout with a green curry sauce was good but again, ummmm.... Trout has a subtle flavor. Green curry coconut sauce, and stuffed with another type of Asian something something....might as just as well better to use a neutral tasting fish like a better quality tilapia imho. Let trout taste like trout. Use a different, neutral tasting fish for these kinds of sauces and fillings. Well at least it wasn't covered with a garnish of micro greens lol. Just a little cilantro heh heh heh. I mean don't get me wrong. Both entrees were okay. But a waste of quality fish when a less costly fish would have been fine what with all those other flavors. And the foam and powder embellishments on the steak were barely noticeable. The whole menu reads like a community college cooking school graduate little bit of this little bit of that. When I get home I'm going to have fun writing the different components of all the menu items on index cards, shuffle, and see what combinations come up each time. And I love the idea of a General Tso steak sauce and want to try creating one. And using a packet of Ramen seasoning instead of Cajun seasoning sounds like a fun thing to try. I just won't do it on a fifty dollar piece of meat. If you are counting calories you skip the gross doughnut hole dessert. Dense ball of dough. Gummy. Like they used a cake doughnut recipe instead of a yeast doughnut or beignet recipe. But if not counting calories , go for it. It's fun to try the sauces, even if not that great a doughnut. Great, festive, lively ambiance . Super friendly staff and service.

I had my reservations about the spaghetti due to the egg on top, but when you mix it in, it adds to much flavor! And there is no red sauce on the spaghetti. The smores dessert is served hot and bubbly but didn't have as much flavor. The tiramisu was to die for! Definitely recommend it! The afgotta would have been better with alcohol in the coffee. The bar seating was available and allowed us to watch the kitchen staff hustling. Once seated, we waited for Beste to take our order, about 10 minutes. She was MIA most of the evening. Our evening started with the braised beef bao bun with carrot, kimchi, sesame seeds, kimchi aioli, and pickled onions. The flavor was good but it was grossly over-sauced and extremely messy. The bao bun was delivered broken in half. The lemongrass flavored pork dumplings were accompanied with onions, radishes and fermented black bean chili crisp. The dumplings were boiled and had no crispness from being pan seared which left a doughy taste. Our favorite was the Caeser salad with gem lettuce, tahini Caesar, aged parm and nori dusted rice crisp. A truly crisp bite with little taste crunches from the nori and tasty tahini Caesar. Homerun! Our final dish was the shrimp toast with kimchi aioli, pickled jalapeno, toasted sesame seeds on a milk bread slice. There was no shrimp taste and was told it was a "thin" shrimp mousse spread covered by other ingredients. I would bet there is less than a teaspoon of mousse on 4 pieces of toast. I have several issues with tonight's dining experience. A waitress, Beste was MIA, left empty plates piled up with limited room at the bar, did not change out plates coated with kimchi sauce between services, and a short attitude when we asked about "where is the shrimp". I hope the restaurant can correct these issues or find help that truly cares. Hospitality means pay attention and "Anticipate" the patrons need prior to them realizing it. This also falls on management who needs to guide and set a culture that employees can emulate. SHOW THEM THE LIGHT!
