    Dry undercooked Onion Rings
    Clarebear

Ambience was okay. The service was really nice but the food. Dry rub on the wings, bad. The barbecue sauce, radioactive. The pulled pork, can't even chew it. It was like a jaw workout. And then there were the onion rings. They were not cooked AT ALL. The dough was dry, crumbling to pieces. There was flour on my onion rings and all over our food . The huckleberry milkshake was nice though .

This review is for breakfast. There wasn't a wait to get in. Exterior is under renovation. We got the kids pancakes (comes with two pancakes and a side of sausage or bacon). The bacon was crispy. The sausage has the maple taste (not my favorite). Ordered the biscuit sandwich. Solid option. They melt the cheese inbetween the folded egg. Comes with some jam and I got the hash browns (could've been crispier, could taste the butter they used). Mexican scramble was also great. Service was fine - no complaints.

We went for breakfast and the service was AMAZING! I ordered FRench Toast Banana Bread since I have never seen that before. That was pretty darn good. However, my wife ordered pancakes and they were horrible. They were WAY overcooked and falling apart (trainwreck) and at $16 for 2 that will make a grown man cry lol. The place is super clean inside and the whole staff were so nice/friendly.

Back in for a pit stop while in town and just as good as always. Forest service and good grub. Place has a face lift too... remodeled over the spring. More booths and redo of the bar (stationary swivel chairs a bit uncomfy). My biscuit sandwich is now $18, which is up a few bucks. Still good with that amazing biscuit supporting all the goods inside.

This was located right outside our hotel, so we made an effort to try it one time before we left. Glad we did! The food was delicious. The prices are great too. The appetizers we ordered were the fried pickles and brisket queso. I would order the brisket queso again. The pack that dish with so much brisket that you can really just eat that as a meal for yourself. The Bubba Pulled Pork is something I'll think about often. It was very good, and it filled me up. I shouldn't have finished it because I was so full, but I had to. I slept like a baby afterwards. The servers were very nice too. The food came out very quickly, so you won't have to wait too long once you sit down.

This gonna be short & sweet... Vegetarian review: - grilled cheese: get this on Texas toast! Cheese was melty, and bread was buttery. - onion rings: great! Batter was crispy, and the onion stayed in the batter when you bite into it. Service: very nice. Accommodating. Parking: easy

Driven by 100's of times and never stopped in. I'm leaving the area for work and thought I'd try it out, see what I might be missing. Great spot, food was great, reasonably priced. I'd recommend.

Surprised to have such good bbq in the middle of nowhere. The ribs were really good, the sides and fries weren't the best I'd ever had but still good. The ambiance is what you'd expect from this place but the waitress we had was super sweet. 7/10

The pulled pork here is amazing! The sauce is really great, and it tastes even better when paired with the Texas toast.

Grabbed takeout from Bubba's. Pulled pork and baked beans are fabulous and will not disappoint. Don't miss it!

Great breakfast tacos! Mimosas served in a jelly jar! The eggs Benedict also good. Mexican scramble was good also. We thoroughly enjoyed!

The grilled cheese was genuinely tasty, and I really liked the cortado. The pecan pie was fine -- not outstanding, but enjoyable enough. The croissant, though, was disappointing. It was served cold, not warmed up at all, and surprisingly, they don't even offer a plain croissant. It may sound like a minor detail, but when you're paying bakery-level prices, those details count. The bigger problem, however, was the service -- especially the brunette woman at the counter. From the second we approached, the atmosphere felt unfriendly. No smile, no greeting, no eye contact. There was no willingness to assist, no recommendations, and no sense of hospitality whatsoever. Her expression stayed cold the entire time, and it honestly felt like we were inconveniencing her simply by ordering. To top it off, it took nearly five minutes just to get a basic receipt, with no explanation or acknowledgment. And that's the thing about customer service -- it shapes the entire experience. A café can have great coffee, appealing food, and a beautiful interior, but when the first interaction feels distant and unwelcoming, it overshadows everything else. Staff members are the face of a business, and when customers leave feeling ignored or unwanted, it leaves a lasting impression for all the wrong reasons. Beautiful space and some solid food, but service is what defines whether people return -- and unfortunately, this experience made us not want to come back.

Then when we get the text we were told you can sit at the bar instead of a table even though I saw two tables that were open and clean. So we went and sat at the bar. Then two minutes later another couple that was standing outside was seated at one of the empty tables. Well we sat at the bar and it took about 10 minutes before any one came and greeted us. This bar is legendary and a staple in Wyoming. The Silver Dollar Bar was country prior to instagram and everyone wearing jeans and boots pretending they lived and worked on a ranch. Maybe hospitality isn't Wyoming's forte, but all of the staff did not seem happy to see nor serve us from the beginning. The booking site only offered high top tables, so that's what I selected. When the hostess asked if we'd like to switch to a table, she was sternly corrected in front of us that it "wouldn't be possible" by another staff member. The interaction felt unprofessional in front of guests, and as if they weren't willing to accommodate us. On top of that fiasco came plenty of glares and stares from staff throughout our visit. It's a carrot salad with a bite of meat and maybe 5 ravioli. Bar Steak - One came overcooked and one under. Sides were mediocre. Uninteresting mashed potatoes. Our waitress tried to take our order almost immediately after being seated. She visited few times after ordering. With a 5:30 reservation, we left by 5:57 thanks to the small portions and staff seeming to rush us out. In a tourist destination, I would imagine better hospitality and warmth from local workers.
