First time to Domino's in Hawaii! Been to stores in Las Vegas. With all the good pizza shops in Vegas, Domino's was just an average pizza joint. Ordering on line was easy, pickup was on time & the staff was polite & friendly,The pizza ordered was a medium Meat lovers, New York style& garlic Parmesan wings. First try for Dominoes. Hubby got pepperoni with dxtra cheese & sauce. I It was completely covered with toppings. I think I would have passed with the extra sauce. Made it a bit overpowering. . Overall, it was a decent pizza. The crust was too heavy for my taste. The sauce and seasoning were ok but not extra yummy. Just wanted to give them a try. Service was fast, in store order. Dominos pizza in Kaneohe is located right at the corner in the shopping square as Times Supermarket. Easy to spot when driving past. They are where Quiznos used to be. Easy to order online, stating your date and time of pickup. I had ordered hours in advance, and they were ready at my time of pickup. Pizzas were hot. Their 2 toppings were of average amount. Would be great if toppings covered the whole surface. I did request for more sauce as I like my pizzas saucy. However, I wish there was more sauce and toppings to near the end of the crust. I got the hand tossed and New Yorker. Pizzas are large size for sure. You need to ask for crushed pepper if you want. Until August 18, 2024, a 2 topping pizza costs $6.99. Large. What a deal! Takeout Dinner from Kaneohe, Oahu, Hawaii... There was a large banner at the Kaneohe Shopping Center that announced the Grand Opening of the newest Domino's Pizza. I wasn't able to go on 9-17-23, so I went the next day. I downloaded the app to be more efficient and ordered online. By the time I arrived at the shop, my pizza was ready! Located across the driveway from the 7-Eleven next to the Kaneohe Fire Station, Domino's Pizza shares the free parking lot with businesses such as Times Supermarket, Goodwill, Firestone Complete Autocare, and Eagle Nails Hawaii. Parking can be challenging at peak hours. Service was friendly and efficient in the cozy, clean shop. I gave my name, took some photos, and carried my box to the car. I was happy that the thin crust, large, pepperoni and black olives pizza was cut into squares. It's easier to handle and share with the family. We all enjoyed it! read more

First experience here was off to say the least. We used the Domino's app and it was straight forward and super easy to use. After order was placed, I received a voicemail from the restaurant. I was told that they don't have any onions for our order and wanted to know if I wanted to substitute something else. Who runs out of onions? Ok so we told them to sub in green peppers. When we get there, when the pizzas were brought out to the car, the employee was missing the two salads we ordered as well. He said they couldn't see the full order on their end at the time, but that they also ran out of salads last night. ???? He was able to refund my whole order and re-ring it up for just the two pizzas. The rating would have been one-star, but the pizzas were good and the employee was polite. To the owner of this location.....give your people the materials and supplies they need to make your products. Don't put them in a position where they are going to fail. Idk what happened on your end, but there is a Times supermarket in the same location so why couldn't you grab more onions and vegetables to make salads??? Also give them the ability to see the entire order so they could have told us that salads weren't available when I called back the first time. The employees shouldn't have to explain the lack of items at the very end when a customer is coming in to pickup their meal. read more

Pizza was good. I also ordered a salad which comes pre-packaged. It was pretty much rotten. The expiration date was today, the date of purchase. I was really disappointed because I wanted a salad. I called the restaurant and asked if they could deliver another one. They agreed to do that but made it sound like an inconvenience on their part. There was no apology until the end, and it was rushed and disingenuous. My suggestion for the future is to lead with the apology. You have a customer sitting at home with rotten food which isn't their fault. read more

I have 2 issues to explain. 1 the driver delivered my pizza to the floor in front of my entrance to my home rather than taking the time to knock on the door or press my ring doorbell. Couple minutes later the driver calls me and says he had a lot of orders so he left it on the floor and I gave him a piece of my mind angrily. 2 I called the manager at the Kaneohe shopping center location and started yelling and cussing at him about his driver (which I really should not have done ) but in retaliation the manager started screaming and cussing back at me which I thought was really unprofessional and unpleasant. I was really angry with this unprofessional attitudes from both the driver and the manger. So sad I've been buying pizzas for years from this place now I will never buy anything from Dominos again. I'm handicap so I did curbside pickup and texted them when I arrived and waited in the car like instructed. No one brought my pizza out after 5 minutes so I texted again. I waited another 3 minutes and no one brought my pizza. I had to find someone to walk in the store for me to get it. Walking in to pick up an order usually isn't a big deal, but it is when you're handicap. Don't offer a service if you're not going to provide it. read more

The pizza from Domino's in Ewa Beach doesn't taste as good. The high costs of ingredients may have contributed to flavor deficiencies and the reduced amount of toppings. Also, beware of added cost to your pizza price. I noticed a higher cost of pizzas that I ordered online when I received my charge card statement. The credit card statement was higher than the receipt that I was given at Domino's. The first couple of times I noticed the discrepancy I attributed it to typographical errors. This third time I brought it to the Corporation attention who then referred me to the franchisee. Appears both Corp. and franchisee have a nonchalant attitude -- no response, no explanation, they don't care. WOW Finally they bring Domino's to Kaneohe!! We've had to have takeout a lot the past couple weeks due to personal reasons and we tried out Dominos like a week or two ago and we were blown away for how good the food was, and how fast the delivery! Tried again tonight (we use the app, super easy) and everything was perfect, delivery was fast with updates via txt that I requested. The flavors are off the chain! So much better than the other places around and even better, they get gluten free options! Their gluten free pizza is SO GOOD and I had NO reaction. I do not have celiac disease just a severe intolerance; TMI but for anyone with gluten issues you will appreciate this, so uh...okay just being honest, if I accidentally consume a little gluten, I am porcelain bound for 2 days (at least), and it is NOT a vacation. If things are cooked on shared surfaces, I seem to do okay AFAIK, I try to take risks, but I usually cook a lot at home just to be sure. Okay, sorry for that nonsense, but basically, my whole (7 people) family LOVES this place, and we will be frequent customers. They are our 2nd favorite after Boston's, sorry Domino's...but even me, if I could eat Boston's it's a hell yeah for me. Thankfully they don't deliver(Boston's doesn't), so I can have all the Domino's I want. Haha gluten eating family.
