I don't usually leave reviews for someone who simply answered the phone, but Jennifer absolutely deserves the recognition. She was incredibly friendly, spoke clearly, and made ordering so easy. I didn't have to repeat myself a single time, which is surprisingly rare these days. She was patient, kind, and had such a positive attitude throughout the call. Honestly, in my experience, calling pizza places can sometimes feel rushed or like you're inconveniencing the person taking your order. Jennifer was the complete opposite. She made the whole experience pleasant before I ever walked through the door. Great customer service is hard to come by, and employees like Jennifer are a big reason customers keep coming back. Pizza huts have a lot of deals online and you can easily use their app to order and earn points, call in your order or just come in and order. This location is a carry out location only and no dine in. I do miss those buffet locations. While I was at Taco Bell I saw the new Melt sign that they were offering at Pizza Hut. It looked so good, I decided to get the "Melt" too afterwards. I'm a fan of the personal pan pizza, but usually I get it at Target since I don't have to wait for it. The new Pizza Melt is something new and some of my work friends who have tried it, also liked it. It's thin and crispy on the outside like a crispy quesadilla loaded with cheese and meat! I liked and tried the meat lover melt twice and probably will try the chicken parm bacon melt next time! You got to try their seasoned straight cut fries too with the lemon and pepper flavor. The lemon pepper combination was yummy!! The fries were crispy and good! I don't know how long they will be offering these items but it's something you want to try before it's gone! It was supposed to be a stuffed crust pizza...it wasn't. it had very little sauce on it...and it was dry. and there was almost no cheese on it. It was awful. so, we made do with left overs and made a note to ourselves to call the Pizza Hut and let the manager know that whoever was making pizzas last night was letting the store and its customers down. So tonight we called and got the call center, who asked several questions and finally transferred us to the store (we think). we spoke with Marie, who claimed to be the manager. She was defensive and didn't seem to care that we'd gotten a bad pizza. we explained that we were not asking for reimbursement, but simply thought the manager out to know. She asked my wife's name and number and said that they didn't make a pizza for that phone number. my wife explained that we didn't call it in, that she went in an ordered it. The the manager asked why we waited until tonight to call. now, I ask you, WHAT DIFFERENCE DOES THAT MAKE? we won't buy another pizza from that store ... bad food, and bad attitude. read more

This isn't a review so much about the restaurant or food, but about the manager David. I ordered thru Grub Hub who failed to find a driver for my order. An hour later, Grub Hub canceled my order. I ended up picking the order up myself. David was so courteous, energetic, apologetic (on GH's behalf) and was ready to remake my whole order if I wasn't satisfied with the quality at the moment. I have driven past this location many many times, but never knew it was here as it's tucked away behind Taco Bell on Oneawa Street. Ordering pizza from Pizza Hut nowadays is a breeze now that you can order either online or on their app. And every now and then, they'll run 50% off menu pizzas if you order online, so keep your eye out for these promos. The medium cheese pizza I received today gets zero stars for presentation, but 5 stars for taste. At $7 (50% off promo), it was worth it, although I don't know if I would pay the regular price for it. My mother in law ordered pizza delivery today from this location. One of our pizzas the big New Yorker was missing half the pepperoni on it. The whole center of the pizza was missing pepperoni or it slid to the outer part of the pizza. There was hardly any pepperoni to begin with. Contactless curbside pickup at this location in particular has normally failed rather than actually work. Like I pointed out in my previous review, they don't normally come out on their own to drop off the food- despite the details given about the car being used to pick up the food. And same as was today. I actually gave a tip hoping they actually do the 1 thing requested for contactless curbside pickup- bring the food out to our car. They didn't bring it out or even offered to do so. Your button for "I'm here" is useless when it doesn't help notify the Pizza Hut employees to bring out the food or they don't do it majority of the time. They can't even spare a bag for separating the sauces or the separate containers or even bother to actually do the contactless pickup portion to take the food outside. You know how Target has curbside pickup and actually prechecks your vehicle then has you park while people bring the order out- yeah you might want to implement it. It's pretty weird to have a staff full making the food and yet 1 cashier and not enough hands to do a contactless curbside pickup. Also for the phone line thing, why is it not possible to just list the store's direct phone number? Being redirected from phone line to mainland customer service and then the store doesn't help customers because we just need to call the store directly. Also your customer service line doesn't stay open long enough considering it only stays open til 12am midnight PST and Hawaii stores can close at 10pm HST. read more

Our friend who is from England was the one ordering, she started stating we would like to order the dinner box, our address, etc. Tessa, asked her to speak normal, our friend stated she was speaking normal, then TESSA told her, that her accent sucked and hung up the phone. Located in the back corner of Taco Bell, next to 7-Eleven. Free parking but may get a little crowded at times. This location seems to be used mostly for carry-out and delivery orders. They have a small seating area for up to 8 seats if you'd like to dine in. They have a full menu and wait time for orders are pretty standard and not too long. read more

I ordered a large, the receipt said large but the pizza was actually the small medium size.. there was almost no sauce.. very little pepperoni and onion.. there was a lot of cheese, probably to cover the lack of all else. Do not buy from Pizza Hut. When we placed our order it was transferred to the mainland because of over flow. Everything went through but we waited 1.5 hours so we called back. Only to find out that our order was NOT put in. Then all they wanted to do was give us $10 off but then we would still have to order and wait another hour for our food!! We went to Kailua to pick up pizza since Kaneohe location is closed for renovations. First of all, don't know why Kailua can't deliver to Kaneohe. Other business in Kailua do. Anyway, wanted curbside touch less service. Did as the app said and clicked "I'm here' upon arrival. Then the app said I had to call the store and the number was the Hawaii 643-1111 number and not the specific store. On hold for 5 minutes then recording said, we'd to transfer you to the mainland. OMG! Decided to walk in where all the employees were in the back hanging out and not working. Then got my pizza, brought it home and totally under cooked. Crust was so soft couldn't even hold pizza without it totally falling apart. Epic fail Pizza Hut. So sad as you have gone so down hill through the years. Quality and service. This review is based on carryout/pickup. Pizza Hut is located the corner of Oneawa and Wailepo Streets. It shares the lot with Taco Bell. There is a lot of parking available, but it can be busy at lunch and dinner times. I have come in here a few times. The staff is helpful and quick! There is an order board behind the counter. There is a monitor above the register that displays the names and orders along with their status. A reach in fridge is next to the counter that holds the 2 liter drinks. Will not be going back to this store. The first time we ordered from here we were sent home with the wrong pizza (yes, this is partially our fault for not checking before leaving the store). We called to let them know in case someone else ended up with our pizza & although they offered to remake it, we didn't want to drive all the way back to pick it up, so we settled for a $10 credit. We were assured the credit would be attached to our phone number, but the next time we ordered they said there was $0 credit on our account. This pizza hut customer service is extremely poor. I ordered 16 wings from here. 8 mild, 8 bbq. We received 8 bbq and 8 with absolutely no sauce. When i called to receive the order i requested, I was told that I would receive a call back in 10 minutes. After 15 minutes I called back and was told that I can receive a cup of mild sauce to add on top of my already cold wings I had ordered. I think that that is insane, should a customer not receive the wings the way they ordered? Then I was told that to receive another order of mild wings I would have to return the wings with no sauce to the driver. Which I hadn't touched the wings because it wasn't what I ordered, and I did comply and returned them when the driver came. However, I think that this is insane. I didn't even receive a replacement order until 1hour and 10minuets later. They treated me as if I was the one trying to rip them off to get free 8 wings. We have never ordered delivery from this pizza hut we have only ordered takeout. Pizza Hut has changed their ordering that route through a call center vs someone who works at the actual location. The call center people seem to work quickly and expedite your order. The people that work at this actual establishment have always been friendly and helpful and our pizzas have always been consistent. Pizza Hut seems to be on the more expensive side compared to other fast take out restaurants. You can get better deals with Papa Johns if you're not picky with your pizza read more

We order from Pizza Hut fairly often. Our favorites are honey bbq traditional wings, fries, Caesar salad and pepperoni lovers pizza. We also look for what's on special and get good deals with them and with the bonus point system. I'm eligible for another free pizza now.
