Tried to order through someone and he kept telling me he was having trouble on his end. So he sent me to store location. The lady was rude and kept telling me I had to pay with card over the phone. We ordered a couple salads and pizzas. They told us that they were out of salads after we paid, but didn't know how to refund. Got home and the pizza was covered in green peppers which we didn't order. Also, the crust was not cooked/doughy. We stopped by twice to be told a manager would call us back immediately to fix the issue and refund. They never did. Horrible experience. Before I begin - this place gets 2 stars instead of 1, since Domino's as a whole is pretty decent pizza - just not a fan of this location. For one - according to Google Maps, I only live 5.2 miles away from this location and they will not deliver to my home for whatever reason. With my most recent order, I ordered it online for pickup, and went inside and waited, thinking it would be done according to the "Domino's Tracker" Unfortunately they had one girl(maybe the manager); being the cashier, the cook, and answering the phones on a Saturday. I understand it's hard to retain employees, but during my time there, numerous people came in to cancel their orders and request refunds. Instead of having hour+ long turnaround times, maybe they should just close for the day. What's the benefit of that one employee being stressed out, slowly churning out a handful of orders and dealing with unhappy customers/refunds every 30 minutes? read more

The order was on time. That's really all I can say about it. When I opened the box a fair amount of the toppings were stuck to the top of the box. Furthermore, I had to use my own pizza cutter to separate every piece. And thirdly, it was the saddest excuse for a pizza I have ever seen. Whoever put that in the box and thought "This looks great" might want to re-think their career choice. One bite of the undercooked pizza and it went straight to the trash. If I could give NO STARS I would. My teenage son talked me into trying this... for years I would've never considered this as I remember it tasting cheaper than most frozen pizzas. Back in the college days it was awesome but maybe it was all we had. I ordered online which provided me with a great discount I will give it that. I ordered a Brooklyn crust with extra sauce... the toppings were so skimpy I'm not sure I tasted sausage. I feel bad because my son was embarrassed that he made such a big deal over it. Long story short or long, after waiting 90 minutes for them to fulfill our order, and could not cancel on-line, or by calling, they would not answer phone, requiring us to drive to store and cancel order.... we found six completely unprepared employees to handle a Saturday night. This place deserves to go out of business, No way to report on Dominos corporate web site... they only sell, they don't take complaints. To Dominos owners and share holders, think Sears, Ruby Tuesday's, Kmart, Burger Chef... incompetence doesn't last forever... just a pain in the a$$ while it does. And, Dominos is a corporation (DPZ), the stores are franchised to private owners, think of this company as a bunch of do nothing's making a fortune on the backs of do something's, with great commercials, kind of like a professional politician. Worst dominos I've ever experienced in the entire country. There's a reason they have 1.5 stars in here. The manager is the owner's overly entitled 23 year old nephew and won't help anybody with anything. Every order sits in "quality check" for at least an hour and then the staff will hang up on you when you call for a solution. Haven't had one good experience with them in the 5 years ordering there. I'd give zero stars if possible. They cook and prep food with no gloves or hair nets on regardless of a pandemic. This entire establishment should be shut down. Ordered 2 pizzas for my boys at 7:56pm on Sunday evening after a long day of baseball games...and they never showed up! I tracked the pizzas though progression on the website, finally getting stuck at the 'quality control step". I pulled up to get my order. I saw two guys inside, one had a mask on over his nose and mouth. The other guy's mask was under his chin, eating over the food both him and the other guy were preparing. My 18 year old and I watched shocked, realizing it was our desserts he was eating over, licking his fingers, then picked up the powder sugar container to pat the bottom and dust our lava cakes, close up the box with saliva covered fingers. The other guy then picked up the same powdered sugar container to dust our second order of lava cakes. They then cut up our cookie brownies, stacked the lava cakes on top and brought them to us. When I brought them up to the counter, I explained what I had watched happen and asked for a refund. The guy wasn't happy and offered to remake it but as any sane person would do, I politely declined...lol. He went on to try explaining that it actually wasn't him, but the delivery driver that I saw. He did refund me which I appreciate, but I noticed that he did so with some of his dinner crumbs STILL on his fingers, using the germ covered register then making food with no gloves. So we literally watched a Dominos employee unmasked around customer's food, then eat his own food OVER our food (health code violation with or without covid), LICK HIS FINGERS numerous times between bites, then proceed to handle customer's food (again, health code violation with or without covid), go between using register and food items without using gloves for either, then try and throw another employee under the bus. Even being very polite, he made it obvious he was not happy with being asked for a refund and explaining why. I have rarely had a good experience with the Liberty location, why I try them out again every so often I could not tell you. And not that it matters to them since we are just one family, but we won't be returning. Placed our order at 615 pm. With the website stating 51-60 minutes for delivery. At 715 the order shows it was removed from the oven and checked. At 748 I call to see what is going on. The women I'm talking to says there are only 2cdrivers on new years eve?? There is some good management!! Even if a couple didn't show up for work I would have planned better. So pizza is sitting there getting cold waiting on a driver. I asked if I was expected to pay for this if it did get delivered. On 2 different occasions about 6 months apart this dominos location has flat out ignored orders. But they gladly take your money. I've reported the most recent incident to my credit card fraud department, and hopefully this will open their eyes to the problem. Apparently the most recent time, the "manager" decided they didn't want to work any more at 10PM on a Friday, leaving ours and many other orders hanging in the ether. Advertised hours are to be open until 1am, but went to get the pizza and the place was locked up and no sign on the door. This is unacceptable, for as many people as this store serviced I don't know how they stay in business unless the franchise owner is laundering money through it. read more

My husband studies the financial markets and Dominos stocks were rising in price. He also watched an interview from the president of Dominos talking about all of the improvements Dominos had made and the high quality ingredients they use. So, altho we never liked them in the past, we figured we'd give them another try...WRONG! He paid 40.00 for 2 large pies and some kind of chocolate desert. The pizza was some of the worst we've ever had and the desert was like a brownie that had been browned on the outside and raw on the inside. Talk about a "bought " lesson. Bye bye Dominos. I made a complaint to Domino's corporate about my experience, and received an e-mail response stating that this Domino's is privately owned. A few days later, I received a phone call from the owner, whose name escapes me. Mr. Owner seemed far less concerned about what I had to say than I would expect from somebody who owns and operates a business. He said that the manager's daughter, Tiffany, is the assistant manager of the store, and he had no idea why she would give a false name. He concluded the conversation by saying he would "talk to the staff," which I took to mean that he couldn't care less about my complaint and had no intention of doing anything. Congratulations, Liberty Domino's, for running such a terrible business and getting away with it. But you probably don't care anyway. Do yourself a favor, Yelpers, and find somewhere else to get a pizza. read more

I had issues with this Domino's Pizza on a number of occasions before so it had been a while since I had ordered from them. I placed an order tonight after speaking with someone there. The deal she offered wasn't as good as the deal I saw advertised in the window at their location when I went to pick up my order. The young woman who took my order seemed clueless as to why I would want a better deal. She said that she would have to keep that in mind for 'next time'. Huh? I had to explain that I wanted the better deal now. So, I get a deal from someone who I assume to be a manager. I walk out with my pizza. At home I discover that it does not appear to have double pepperoni as I had ordered. You might be thinking that some pepperoni lies under the cheese, correct? Well, the fact that there was almost no cheese at all meant that no pepperoni could be hiding. I'm not just saying that there was less cheese, either. There were some bits of cheese here and there, but most of what I saw was a thin layer of sauce and the top of the crust showing through. The pizza was pathetic. I know I could call, but I had already received freebies a few times previously. I do not want to do business with a place that has to try and appease me every time out after the fact. How difficult can it be to make a pizza that you yourself would be happy with? Oh, yeah. That would require a business and employees that cared to start with. Pass on this place. Oh well, good service and great job making my pie vegan, I love the thin crust pizza, and I got to say those cinnamon sticks hit the spot at midnight after 1 to many drinks at a graduation party! I ordered online from the Liberty, MO location specifying a Brooklyn crust (no garlic on the crust) and curbside pickup. I pulled up to the door on the earlier side of the ten minute window for my order's ready time. After waiting five minutes past the latest time it would be ready, I went inside to get it myself. One guy was busy making crusts. Another came from the back side of the food prep area and stood 3' away from the counter and looked at me not saying a word. I finally asked for my pizza which was on the warming shelf. He handed it to me and literally, NO DOMINO'S employee said a word to me or another worker. The pizza reeked of garlic smelling up my car. It was an above average pizza but the rest of the experience will send me back to Minsky's next time. read more

The past 3 times I've ordered (and these were early orders at 4PM), the pizza sat in "quality check" for well over 30 minutes (over 45 this last time) before finally being sent out for delivery and we cold when arrived. Agree 100% with previous comments that it's impossible to cancel online and they won't pick up the phone. Would give a 0 as well if it was an option. Won't be open long. Wanted to sit inside and get baskin robins after but apparently that is not acceptable. Walk in and asks me what I want as I open the door, okay that was fast. I order and sit at a table with my son. Pizza is ready and handed to me at the counter as the guy asks what size I ordered. I couldn't remember, a receipt was never given or offered, and the prices aren't on the menu. He shrugged and handed it to me, guess it wasn't important. Looked for plates and silverware but did not find any and the worker was too busy on her cell phone complaining about coworkers to notice. So we left and won't be back.
