Honestly shocked this location has poor reviews. Our family recently started going here and have had nothing but a great time every visit. They have some of the nicest servers. We are always greeted at arrival and thanked after our meal. Our food is fresh, hot and delicious. The servers come over occasionally to make sure we are doing well but not so much as to be an annoyance. The noise level is a bit loud but its a sports bar location so the tvs are always on and people cheer for their teams. I really like their All American burger with fries. read more

I went here tonight before the start of the Chiefs game to ensure a good seat. My intention was to get some dinner and watch the first half. I will start with the positives. The place was clean. The servers were friendly and the food was what I would expect. I got bone in wings with original buffalo sauce and fries. However I left before the end of the first quarter and here's why. The bar stools are very uncomfortable. They are low back chairs. The big screen tv's are very high on the wall so sitting at the bar you have to look up and your eyes get drawn to the two smaller tv's below them. Now this facts make the low back barstools all the more uncomfortable. To add to the problem, the aisles must not be wide enough as three times a server bumped into my back while walking by. More stunning was a chain that advertising focuses on watching games, when I walked in, none were on. See Picture. There were two baseball games going on that had playoff implications yet weren't on. There are several pre season hockey games. There is any number of sporting events yet tv's had no sports on them until 30 seconds before kickoff of the chiefs game. Our food came out fairly quickly but unfortunately it wasn't our order. Close enough though that we didn't notice until we were almost done. Although there is a front desk they don't take payments and we were re-directed to our table to pay. No mention of that at anytime or place until then. Our server made a joke out of our getting someone else's order and expressed no apology. We also took note of the three young people standing around at the front desk exhibiting blank stares and no attempt at being personable. This was a ROUGH night at B Dubs! While our server was nice enough, the food was TERRIBLE. They have a Bottomless Apps special, and that seems to be affecting the entire restaurant in a negative way. Servers are busy, cooks are busy, and food is TERRIBLE. We had incredibly dry and overcooked wings, tenders, fried pickles, onion rings and fries. The first order of pickles was edible, but after that, the entire meal went downhill. As well, I ordered a grilled chicken wrap, but it came with chicken the texture of a paste or a pate. It was as if someone stuck it in a blender. I forced a couple bites down and just couldn't stomach another bite. I told the server, and she said maybe the chef just chopped it up too much. Why is it chopped in the first place? When one orders grilled chicken, people typically expect chunks or cutlets. This seemed like food made for people with no teeth. I also showed the waitress how everyone's meals were overcooked, and she agreed and said the kitchen is very busy and understaffed. I totally understand that, but when someone sends nearly an entire sandwich back and leaves the other food behind and doesn't take it home in boxes, there should be some sort of discount applied. As well, at the beginning of the meal, she talked us in to ordering the bottomless apps, but then we found out they were out of cheese sticks and then out of chips for chips and queso. At the end of our meal, she said a manager went to the store and bought cheese sticks. They were delivered to everyone in the restaurant who had been waiting for those. So they were trying. I get that, but when the food is clearly subpar and mostly inedible, the customer should not be expected to pay full price. read more

I've supported this business many times and been happy, whether with clients or with family. I've never been treated this badly here. I come here all the time. I came with my son on veterans day to appreciate the veterans day deal they offer for boneless wings. It only took 40 minutes to be seen by anyone. I figured out the menu and just waited. waited 34 minutes before my waiter showed up, apologized for the wait, and disappeared again without taking an order. We were 40 minutes in, nobody was here at 3PM, the restaurant was mostly empty, and I already had a dollar amount for tip added up in my head which was for about Twenty (we were two, me and my toddler celebrating veterans day) but this guy didn't care and thought of me as trash because I was a veteran there for a deal. At 20 minutes in I was down to about $10 in my head. At 40 minutes in I was arguing with my self as to whether tip or not at 3:50pm. I ended up tipping over 50% on a discount meal but that was a massive loss of what he could have got if he treated me like a human being. I specifically felt discriminated by the young male waiter who saw me as a deadbeat because I was a veteran here for the free meal. Or maybe he has other issues on veterans, I don't know. Very unwelcome today. He had no idea what I had planned to tip, but his neglect for over 40 minutes offended me. The place was dead at 3pm. I felt specifically singled out for bad service because of my demographic as I saw other tables treated much better and more promptly and frequently. I really want to like this BWW but it's always something. Came in on new years day, was gonna order online but the last time we did the fries were shorted and cold and they didn't include the extra sauces I paid for so I decided to dine in. It was seat yourself if you could find a clean table, we were lucky enough to find one unlike other diners who had to clean their own tables since so many were dirty with no one coming to clean them. There is a Qr code on the table that said scan to order and pay, this confused me and made me think there wasn't a server but there was. He came and took our drink orders of water then late our order. I got the burger and tried to sub wedges but they were out of them so I got tots and we also got boneless wings and fries. The food came after about 25 mins and it was hot, my burger seemed to be missing some of the toppings and taste as great as it usually does but the wings, tots and fries were all good. We were never given a refill on our water and even after reminded our server twice to please use my rewards number, be still didn't add it. This is the case everytime I visit this liberty location. My husband and I usually do mobile/take out orders, but we have been in a few times in the past year to eat in. Every time I have gone inside to pick up an order, it seems like I am interrupting the girls' conversations. They pause long enough to get a name and hand food to you without making eye contact. This has happened on several occasions, and it's very unprofessional. The times we have eaten in, we have been there much longer than planned due to the slow service. Got 10 boneless wings and fries to go during Veteran's Day. First time spending this day on a different state, and didn't think I was gonna have a good experience here. Came in, put my order in, staff was very friendly and polite. Maybe just people in L.A. are less friendly lol. I got lemon pepper (sauce) and chipotle bbq (dry rub). The lemon pepper wings stayed crispy even after being in the cold outside since I walked 20 minutes back to my room. The shoe string fries were good as well. This particular day I had a server who was inconsiderate, lacked respect, and did not tend to us as much as she tend to the other guest. Mind you it was not busy and we actually sat ourselves. We never got any refills till we asked and our food wasn't even cooked to our liking yet we never complained. We had an issue with our check and when asked to help she continued to assist the other tables. I vocalized the issue with the manager and expressed that I felt stereotyped by our server. We are fairly regular customers. We've probably spent $600 in the last year over multiple visits. We visited on 9/6/20 and were met by a bartender that we recognize. She was leaving as it was about 4pm. Our tab was then passed off within a few minutes to a new bartender that we didn't have any familiarity with. She seemed personable and relatively attentive. We ended up cashing out and got our bill, left a cash tip. Fast forward 5 days... My girlfriend called to dispute a charge. She talked to the manager and he said he would investigate it. He returned saying that he would refund the "$10". "Sorry it was a mistake, but I stand by my server". My girlfriend kept the check. We've both worked in the service industry and always leave an appropriate tip. I'm not one to leave a bad review unless it's a situation like this. I came here with my teammates before 12pm on a Wednesday. Parking was plentiful and it wasn't really busy inside. I believe they remodeled some of the interior (or maybe all of it) according to my teammates, but I could also smell the "new smell" when you walk in... at least I thought so. There were a lot of flat screen TVs suspended from the ceiling each with a different sports channel playing. The menu had a lot of choices and I was going to order one of the burgers. Our waitress mentioned to us the lunch specials (or they called them "Lunch Madness") which was Monday through Friday from 11am to 2pm. I decided to try that out and ordered the Boneless Chicken & Fries ($7.49). I made it a full for $2 more which came with twelve boneless wings instead of eight. I chose the Asian Zing and the new Honey Ginger sauces. The Asian Zing was one of their popular choices and the Honey Ginger was there for a limited time only. One of my teammates ordered the mini corn dogs for an appetizer. It took a few minutes before the mini corn dogs came out. They were delicious and even better with the honey mustard dip that came with it. I haven't had a corn dog for such a long time. Our waitress got my drink mixed up with my teammate's and my teammate knew right away by tasting it. A little while longer, our food all came out at the same time. The Boneless Chicken were good with the Asian Zing sauce. It had a spicy kick to it and definitely not too spicy. I didn't really like the Honey Ginger so it was good they only put that on four of the twelve pieces of boneless chicken. I was pretty full after eating all twelve pieces. The fries were nothing special in my opinion. This place was good if there were any sporting events playing since there were so many TVs. Please be very careful. Terrible and DECEIVING (Worker) customer service. Spoke with "EMILY" who was taking my order. I called for order of bogo traditional wings for pick up. I did NOT ask for extra ranch however, it originally comes with 4 free items whether it is ranch/blue cheese or carrots/celery. Emily purposely rang up extra 6 items so I end up getting upcharge for something I NEVER asked for. I came home and called back and ask why my bill was higher than expected. She simply replied because many "Others" always ask for extra so she just automatically add in extra ranch which was NEVER asked by me. Love that they offer UFC pay-per-view fights with drink specials and t-shirt giveaways. The staff was really nice about working us into a table on a very busy night. The Asian Zing sauce and Jamaican Jerk are tasty. I actually liked the Asian Zing salad ($7.49) I got, which was one of only a few relatively healthy options on their menu. Went here with some friends after a football game, food was good and not a long wait. The only bad thing was the service. I ordered the All American Burger, and I got the receipt for what my friend ordered, the cheese curd burger. I told our waitress I had the wrong receipt and she said it was the same amount so it didn't matter. So the price came to $14.51 and I paid with a $20 bill. I only got $5 back in change and when I asked if she had my 49 cents she got upset and said not to joke around with her when I was just asking for my change. She stormed off and came back and put a dollar on my table and said, "Since you're so broke here's a dollar." I get its 49 cents and it's not a big deal but it's just the principle of it. If she were to tell me they didn't have enough change or something I would've been cool with it, but to assume I don't want my correct change and to insult me is rude. I went to Buffalo Wild Wings on Sunday, September 27 at around 5. I ordered 10 boneless wings with mild sauce because I wasn't feeling anything too spicy, I also ordered a side of french fries and a Dr.Pepper to drink. The display of my items was super neat, everything smelled well and tasted good. The building was super clean, parking was easy, it wasn't too busy but there was also a Sunday night football game going on so it was pretty loud and all of the tvs made it louder, the environment was enjoyable due to the football game that was going on, everyone there was excited and energetic. The seating was pretty good, we weren't too close to anyone. Their menu was super easy to read, everything was organized. They had many options to choose from, it isn't only wings, they have bar food, tenders, sandwiches, wraps and burgers The total that I spent on those three things was around $10-$15, so it wasn't too bad especially for the quality, it ended up being worth it. I chose to pay by using my debit card, they also allow pay through their app and they accept cash. I don't think they had any deals going on but I do know that they had a special, I'm not too sure what it was though. Buffalo Wild Wings does a very good job at communicating with their customers, their app is super useful, you can order online and go pick it up after your designated time. Their social media posts are always so bright and the food looks so appetizing. They also do a good job at sending things in the mail to their customers. The best part of my experience was getting to be in the hype environment. The worst part of my experience was our waitress taking a little longer than we would have liked, we waited for about 15 minutes to order after being asked if we'd like a second.
