Had a chance to try my local Domino's pizza recently. I must say in the last few years since I've ordered one of their pizzas, they have made some nice improvements. I ordered a 5 topping large for $10.99. First of all, I had a choice of sauces, which is a big plus for me. At my age, marinara sauce and I don't get along too well. So Alfredo sauce, ham, sausage, onions, olives and I paid extra for mushrooms. I must say, the combination was quite delicious. Mrs C., really loved it and was quite surprised when I told her it was from Domino's. The crust was cooked a golden brown, and well seasoned. I ordered and tracked it on the app. I picked it up at the drive thru window. Sad to say, but all in my pj's and slippers. Window service was excellent. These guys are reliable, dependable and they will get your delicious pizza and pizza-related yum yums to your door post haste! Dominos usually has a nice offering of coupons on their site to choose from. The rewards program is very nice too and I've gotten free pizza and drinks via aforementioned program. I'm partial to the Ultimate Pepperoni pizza and there is usually a coupon available to knock a couple of bucks of their specialty pizzas, which the the Ultimate Pepperoni is. I usually order a coke or root beer with my pizza because I love myyself. The garlic knots are highly recommended as well! Awesome family owned place! read more

Worst customer service. Multiple times I've pulled up to the pick up window and sat there for 10 min having multiple employees look at me and keep playing on their phone or having conversations. I only started going and picking up my own pizza since I've had several deliveries where my pizza has half the of topping slid to the side or missing/ wrong sides. Tonight I ordered two stuffed crust pizzas paid the up charge picked up the order and got home to find they were not stuffed crust. I called only because this was not the first time I paid the up charge and didn't receive the correct order. I was transferred to a manager who was beyond rude, she told me I see you paid the up charge, but you put it in incorrectly. Then suddenly our call got disconnected. I called back and after waiting seven minutes, I got her back on the line and she said I already told you that was for a pan pizza not stuffed crust I'm not sure what else you want. I said well the box says stuffed crust and that's what I ordered. She argued with me saying to read the "top right of the box it just says we offer stuffed crust what else do you want" I said nothing and hung up. At the end of the day, it's just pizza not the end of the world but it blows my mind how rude this "manager" was. It's just pizza make the customer happy and re make it and call it a day instead of have someone write a review and tell everyone about this experience. read more

When I called to register my concern, I was told that they'd provide me with credit towards my next pizza. Still have not received any notification of credits coming my way. Not only did they deliver a mess but they didn't make it right and don't seem to care. Update: when I called the store it turns out that they did make a note to offer me a free pizza - it just wasn't visible on my app. When I called to clarify, they were super helpful and made it right. This Dominos location(10990 W. Hwy 29, Liberty Hill, TX 78642), such a poor and discriminatory customer service. When I called to place an order, I requested the customer service to add a coupon for a carryout, I been ordering from Dominos for the past 10yrs and most of them knows the coupon and some will search once I tell them. When I ordered today, the representative said, there is no such coupon, I asked "Can I talk to a Manager?" he placed my call on hold, the same person added that coupon, but he sounded upset on me. This is all happening on a Sunday night, I paid for the food at 8.55pm, but they made me wait for another 15mins intentionally, in the receipt the order was ready by 8.57pm but was delivered to me at 9.15pm, Pizza wasn't even hot, I could have returned, but I have 2 little kids waiting for the dinner. Also, the person who delivered the pizza, shut the drive thru door very aggressively.Guys, show your anger on learning about your products, coupons etc, and becoming knowledgeable. I'm planning to call the Manager(Shawn Kelly) tomorrow to report this. So people of color, be very careful when you order from this place. read more

This place has been a pleasant surprise. Normally fast food chains are filthy, have incompetent and inattentive employees, use nasty ingredients and a whole range of other problems. This location has generally not shown to have any of these issues. The pizza has always been ready for pickup right away and the orders are always accurate. The only inconsistency we've experienced is how extra sauce is applied; extra vs double is always a chance you take - especially for BBQ sauce. I hope this places keeps it up and doesn't fall into disrepair like so many franchises who's owner just throws in the towel and milks the cash flow until it's closed down. read more

I hate that i can't give a great review. When this place first opened they had great pizza. I was often disappointed even in other Domino's pizzas when I traveled for business. But over time it has become worse and worse. I just received a "Deluxe" pizza. No way this is a deluxe anything. There are large areas of pizza that have only cheese. We added "extra cheese" but wanted the other items as well. We added green olives and there may have been 5 olives on the entire pizza. It was a greasy soggy mess. Dominos better improve because there will be competition as LH grows. I used to love dominos pizza but I think I I may start buying somewhere else...even if I have to go pick it up. Horrible experience. Pizza said out for delivery at 6:35 and didn't arrive until 7:15 when we live 5 minutes away, the pizza then came stuck to the top of the box and was inedible. Be realistic and you'll pick up a great pizza. Ordering online is super easy and convenient. Pizzas are consistently ready for pick up within 10-15 minutes. I am located right between this location and the Gtown location, and I pick this store every time. The Leander location is open later and the staff here are pleasant adults versus lazy teenagers who work at the Gtown location. If you're skeptical, give Dominos a whirl.
