First time visiting this location. I usually go to the other location in Leander's. But now that I know that this location is closer is cool. The food was good, quick service didn't wait long. The young girl was nice and polite at the register. Very clean inside. This store has one table four chairs to sit out and eat. The only con is the other location has dine-in seating a bar and music. It's fun to just go inside relax and eat good food. I will be back. read more

I decided to try out Georgetown's newest pizza place tonight, and it didn't disappoint!! I placed an online order for a stuffed deep dish pizza, with a 30 min wait time. They have an option of drive thru pick up, or walk in pick up. I proceeded into the drive thru, and was greeted by a nice young man that took care of getting me my pizza. It looks like the business is family run, and all hands were on deck! For it being their second day, I was amazed at how smoothly everything ran. The young man even explained that my pie was not cut so that it wouldn't ooze sauce all over. The pizzza & sauce were very flavorful, and cooked the way I like it! I'm looking forward to trying other pizza styles and their sandwiches. Sabino's is a nice addition to the Georgetown pizza scene, and bonus points for being relatively close to Sun City! read more

So sorry to say we have eaten at Sabino's for the last time. We've been an every 2-3 week customer since the Leander location opened. Tonight I went to pick up a pizza and met the owner. She and I remembered something in Sabinos earlier days differently. Unfortunately she became extremely rude and condescending, even laughing at me. I was frustrated at this point but what pushed me over the edge was when I paid for my pizza, the option for 15%, 20%, 22% came up. I was reaching for my customary 20% tip. Before I could tap the button, she closed the tab from her side of the terminal. This was insanely rude. I know the tip doesn't go to her. It's split between the staff. Her spite cost her team $$. It was all so unfortunate and unnecessary. We expect better in Georgetown. Sabino's staff should to. I left 2 stars because the pizza isn't bad. read more

Best, freshest pizza in the area. Not the cheapest, but the BEST. Their deep dish (Chicago style) is amazing with tons of yummy cheese, but we normally go for their 'pan' crust- slightly thick but not overly so. We get a build your own and the toppings are plentiful and tasty. Plenty of bubbly cheese of very good quality. They are take out or delivery only here in Georgetown. Give them a try! read more

So, I just received my pizza from Sabino's. I ordered from them because delivery was available, they are open on Monday and I'm under the weather so didn't feel like going out. What I didn't realize is, while they offer delivery, they don't use their own drivers. Rather they use Door Dash. Had I known I would have simply not eaten anything. The 2 times I used Door Dash in the past has been higher cost, longer wait times, and cold food. I guess I can understand restaurants that don't have a classic delivery model but a pizzeria should staff their own drivers. Period. The Door Dash driver has ZERO vested interest in the quality or timeliness of your order. Oh well, just another thing the plandemic ruined permanently and honestly, quality has been more and more of an afterthought in recent years across the board. Now for the actual pizza. I ordered a 14 inch, thin crust with pepperoni, mushroom, extra cheese, extra sauce, extra crispy, and pie cut. For those of you who don't know, that's when you cut the slices into a pie shape. Mine was double cut into squares with a knife, the way they do it in Greek pizza joints. Way messier. On a positive note, the extra cheese was unnecessary and if I order again I will use the normal amount. The sauce was rich and tomato'ey like you'd expect from a Chicago pizza. The taste was high quality and I can tell the owners care about what they put on the plate. If the pizza were warm, and the cheese not coagulated from the cold and time, it would have been excellent. So, 3 stars, but I bet if I were there in person it would be a high 4, maybe even 5. But lack of on staff drivers, and failure to follow my cutting instructions was the reason for the rating. read more

For $40 I had high expectations for my large Chicago style pizza. And I was NOT disappointed! This lasted me like four meals, each one as good as the last. Stuffed crust with seasoning on top hit hard. Sauce was tasty too. Got extra cheese which some would say was overboard for the amount that was in it, but it was essentially a cheese pie loaded with toppings and super generous amount of sauce. Our go-to pizza for delivery to Sun City! We've gotten pizza from here at least one night every time I visit and it is consistently delicious! This last time we got a fiery Hawaiian and I was in HEAVEN! The perfect amount of heat, sweet, sauce, cheese, and grease! I got the picture-perfect cheese pull on my first bite so I know it was cooked with precision! I've never eaten here in person, but the folks that hand off the food for pick-up are courteous, and the food has always been ready on time as promised. I also can't speak for the comfort of the interior, but it is typically busy inside, and it's a pretty nice-looking dining room! It's more expensive than chain delivery places, but they can't compete with the quality and flavor that Sabino's offers. We have ordered 2x in the last week and picked up in drive thru., We had 2 small pizzas the first day - one deluxe with sausage, pepperoni, onion, green peppers and mushrooms. Meat was sufficient and good amount of sauce and other ingredients quantity was ok. The other was a Hawaiian which my husband liked. Same comment on ingredients. Both cur in pie slices. The second time we got an Italian Beef and a meatball sandwich as well as a large Deluxe pizza. The Italian Beef sandwich was all bun - meat, onions, peppers and cheese were an afterthought for the preparer. Won't order again. Meatball sandwich was just ok but had more to it. Probably won't get it again. Pizza was not great. Hardly any ingredients other than cheese, meat and sauce. Never saw a mushroom and both onion and green pepper were hardly located. Very disappointing. Pizza was cut in squares which was ok. We like ample sauce and cheese and meat was tasty but not enough of it. We are Chicago transplants and we were hoping for a decent pizza place. If the ingredient quantity was increased it would all be good since flavor profile was there. Today we visited the Leander location and I was charged $3.00 more for a large pepperoni rolls when I approach the manager she was very defensive and seem very upset about it . she never apologies she told me twice I'm going to refund the money but next time we are going to charging you the new price" . The food is good I just hate establishment when they try to sneak an increase of prices without updating their menus. First let me say growing up and living in the New Jersey and New York area pizza to me is like barbecue to a Texan so my review will of course be a bit tougher than most. I ordered the regular 14 inch pie with inions, badil and pepperoni. Now for the posative part, the staff is wonderful perhaps a good enough reason to frequent Sabinos in of itself. The sauce was pretty good but could use some more Italian ingredients like basil , garlic and oregeno , crust not on par with the northeast pizza spots, cheese does not taste like mozzere more of a mix of mozzetella and at least one more cheese, That being said it blows away Dominos, Puzza Hut, Marcos and Little Ceasers but those places are a pretty low bar. read more

Our first time ordering take out there. Pizza was pretty good. We ordered a large deluxe and a large pepperoni thin crust which weren't really thin. All in all, very good pizza. CHECK YOUR TO GO ORDER BEFORE LEAVING! Wanted to try a new place for wings. Ordered 20 wings which was $28. Kinda pricey but wanted to give this place a try. Received my order, got to my car and looked at the wings. To my surprise the wings were the smallest i have ever received from a restaurant. They were maybe 2" in size(look at my pics). Also looked a bit petrified and way to crunchy. I went back in and spoke to the female manager(didn't get her name) she apologized and said they have received smaller wings lately from their distributor. I was very disappointed to say the least. She offered to make 10 more to add to.my order. Which I accepted. She also said they usually, when the wings are that small, throw in more at no additional cost. My thing is she looked at the order before packing it up. So she did see how small they were. I let her know that if that was their procedure then it should have happened before a customer has to bring it to their attention. She was very polite and apologized. Needless to say, I don't think I will be a returning customer. I would have given them only 1 star. But she was polite and did add the extra 10 wings. read more

Excellent food! Great service! We got the deep dish veggie pizza and it was incredible- the red sauce was perfectly seasoned and me being Sicilian I know my red sauces!! Beef roll and chicken park sandwich out of the park- lots of meat, sauce and cheese and crispy bread rolls. Definitely going back to try the wings and salads which looked and smelled delicious. Our family decided to try this tonight and were sadly disappointed. We had one 10" pizza and one 14" stuffed (sausage and pepperoni). The 14" stuffed had a great cheese pull and looked amazing. The reality was that the pizza was an oily mess and the flavor was way off. Not sure why, but just couldn't handle the cheese flavor at all. Was it an olive flavor I was tasting? Not sure but it definitely tasted like something other than mozzarella. The 10" pizza was tough - it's like the dough had been really overworked. It was seriously sad and had the teeniest of toppings on it - I had asked for 1/2 bell pepper and onion and half cheese. It was okay tasting - but the cheese only was completely inedible. I can't explain why except the taste was bad. I really did want to like it. When you look at their website, the pic for the bacon cheeseburger pizza is spot-on, so if that looks like an edible pizza, then this place might be for you. Nothing against the staff at all - pizza was on time and ready when expected. Just not the place for us! I guess we're provolone on pizza people. read more
