On Friday, I ordered carry-out pizza from Domino's in Loganville. I ordered a four-meat pizza, a hand-tossed pepperoni, and a thin-crust pepperoni with onions. For the life of me, I could not taste a bit of sauce, and I ended up with about one shred of onion on each piece of pizza. I would not consider that a topping. I am also wondering if you have a disgruntled crew member who is deliberately sabotaging your business because she made me wait extra time at the window until she finished putting boxes over to the other side of the kitchen. I consider your sauce the best in the business and was very disappointed. If I could give the DP in Covington on Walnut St a ZERO, I would. My order was wrong because I had ordered EXTRA sauce because they never put enough sauce on their pizza. I picked the pizza up and when I got home, I noticed it was wrong. I called them and was hung up on. I called back and put them on speaker phone while I drove back to the store. I took the pizza in with me and the phone, still on hold, and proceeded to let them know I'd been on hold for 15 minutes and was hung up on. The RUDE person behind the counter said they had not had any calls. Then he said they werebusy and had been able to answer the phones. OK, Which is it? None the less, I showed him that there was no extra sauce, much less and sauce on parts of the pizza. He pointed out the red, not the pepperoni, was sauce. I agreed but it was NOT extra sauce. He walked away and mumbled something. I then asked what they were going to do. He said "Nothing" because it was right. I asked again and he proceeded to tell me they were not doing anything about it. As you can already tell my family could not wait one more second for these piping hot pizzas! We ordered online around 10 PM and used the 50% off pizzas coupon. All three were larges and customized. The first one was a Brooklyn style pizza with a BBQ base and included chicken, mushrooms, and bacon. The second one was a normal two topping chicken and pepperoni pizza. The third one was a spinach and mushroom pizza with extra sauce. Each pizza was perfectly made and were super delicious! The pizzas were ready for pickup in 10-15 minutes like it it stated online! Horrible customer service from the manager down to the staff at the Loganville location. I ordered cinna sticks from them along with other pizzas, and when I got my delivery I saw that they gave me two breadstick orders instead. I called domino's to let them know their simple mistake, thinking that it was a quick fix, only to be disrespected by the receptionist and then the manager, by being told that they would not inconvenience their driver to correct their mistake. They would not send their driver to bring me the correct order. I was shocked? Inconvenience the DRIVER? I'm the customer; the reason why the DRIVER has a job. We are currently still waiting for our pizza. We ordered about 3 and a half hours ago. We ordered two pizzas and the first one came after an hour, told them we needed one more and the driver said alright and left. We called about a half hour later to ask about it and they said they'd send it out. It's still been 2 hours and we have called and asked about it twice. The most recent time we asked where our pizza was and asked for a refund on it. The lady on the phone wouldn't let us speak to a manager and also wouldn't give us a refund and said that our pizza just left and was on the way! This is all about the delivery driver-who I had the misfortune of getting behind. She was driving below the speed limit and then annoyed that I wanted to go the speed limit. Then proceeded to drive at a reduced speed the entire way, pointing at each speed limit sign like "see the speed limit is 45" to which I gave a thumbs up like "yes-I know! Please drive the speed limit!" I was so annoyed, I actually took down her tag and called the manager. I've ordered several times from Domino's because my husband and son love their pizza. Among coronavirus epidemic there were a few mistakes over the three orders I made in a two month period. I honestly don't do negative reviews, but this is a must, I wish I could give no stars . I ordered a pizza at 9:15pm last night and at 10:30pm I called and automatic system state it was out for delivery, I called 3 more times and same thing. Tried to be connected to the store and phone continued to disconnect, but 11:15pm I drove up to the store. I stood in lobby 10 mins while young man made pizza before assisting me. My pizza was still on warming as the driving was leaving the store again without my pizza. Once I got it home the pizza and garlics bites was cold and horrible. I called back to get hung up on again. I called today and got disconnected. I entered to the store calm explaining my concerns to the manager. Her first response was why you didn't bring it back last night no apologies nothing, then proceeds to say you didn't called my phone's haven't ring and I didn't see in computer. I advised I called last night and today, she says well My phone didn't ring . I responded with phone in hand you sound like you think I'm lying. Please these calls. Her attitude was horrible and when I proceed to get upset with the way she was handling the situation and advise this is not customer service she states we short staffed but we hiring if you think you could do it better. The Dominos in Loganville, GA (Walton, Co.) deserves a negative 1. This place has gone to hell in a hand basket. Today is 12-4-2020, and there is a nasty rude wide back female working right now,10:45 pm. She has a major processing issue. This is the fourth time this place has screwed up our order. These sarcastic pieons deliberately BURNT our wings because we asked for them to be well done and not wet. They were drizzled with the sauce in lieu of being tossed in the sauce as requested. We returned with the wings and she was horrific towards us. A mind is a terrible thing to waste and listening and reading skills are crucial. Why become angry and nasty with the people that pay your wages when you screwed up their order. Pathetically poor customer service, doesn't value the people that patronize this place and we are done. Due to family illness, pizza was ordered from here for us by a friend. 1 hour later we called to check on it and was told it was on it's way. Called again at an hour and half and was immediately put on indefinate hold (waited for over 15 min). Over 2 hours and still no pizza and can't get anybody on the phone. Great service Dominoes! We have recently tried Dominos again after several years of Papa Johns! I am so impressed with Dominos, their app is awesome, so easy and quick! The variety of food they have is incredible, my family loves their sandwiches and pasta, and I love the pizza! Their pizza is so enjoyable, I forgot what it taste like to actually taste the different ingredients on the pizza. Other pizza place everything tasted the same, but Dominos has hit it on the head, WAY TO GO!
