My husband and I wanted to get pizza for dinner one night. I ordered the new stuffed crust pizza with just cheese, he ordered a thin crust. We both ended up getting food poisoning from the food. It was the stuffed crust for sure, since he has a bit of mine too and we both got sick. I will not be returning here ever, which is too bad because I do like Domino's. I normally have decent interactions with this Dominos with a few bad things here and there but there was one thing that set me off a month ago. I ordered a future order on the app on a Saturday, and about 4 minutes later I get an email saying my order has been canceled. At first I did not see the email, I saw it when I was checking the status of my order a half and hour before it was supposed to be here. The email DID NOT state why it was cancelled and I called to ask and was left on hold for 20 minutes. Apparently they don't accept future orders on Fridays and Saturdays because they cannot keep up with the demand. This makes sense as it is their busy days but is there any way this Information can be given to us in the email or before we place a future order???? Besides this mishap they are a decent store, the delivery drivers are nice and the food is good. Just beware about ordering a future order on weekends!! read more

This pizza was according to their own app delivery tracker sitting in a parking lot in Elm Creek Park in Osseo MN within 20 minutes from our home, over an hour since our order was started. No empathy from Nathan the manager, just a long list of reasons to justify his delivery driver's need to be late, and sit in that parking lot. (*Do they both support each other's drug use?) (*Are Nathan and this driver more than employee & Supervisor at a Domino's? Do they both use recreational drugs at work and outside of work? Save a Chicken, don't order Chicken Wings from this corporate box store. Chicken Wings. what the hell was I thinking... OK, I thought I've learned my lesson, I guess not! OK, work lunch and the pizza was OK, not great with way to many herbs on the crust (note to self; if you need to smother the crust with herbs you know you're hiding something). I took the lead to order and was sucked in by the prerecorded message that said I should try the new, super crispy chicken wings! Man am I a dumb ass / marketers dream / sucker. These were by far the worst chicken wings I have ever had. I don't know how they cook them but they were super fatty, filled with grizzle and not at a good temp. I work close to this store so i ordered a pickup one night to take home for the family. First my order on the board says it's ready but the guy in the back is saying he needs a few more minutes? No big deal, But when i went to pay for my order the incompetent person working the register asks for my name, then asks for my id so he can check my name again, Then he rings up the wrong order and charges me for it, when i saw the name on the receipt was for a lady named Rebeca i pointed it out, he said he cancelled that payment and rang up my order, the next day i'm at my banks website and see both payments are pending on my bank account now. I drive to the domino's and pick up the pizza so it's never cold. My mother goes inside and orders our pizza and we wait for them to make it. I enjoy sitting and waiting, I get to see the attractive boys make my pizza. I've lived here since 2005 and this place has always been pretty great, but in the last year or two it's become amazing, speedy, and worth tipping drivers well. Quality food at a surprisingly low cost, given what you get and they've never screwed up an order. Everyone on staff seems to care. It's hard to downplay that. I've stopped ordering from local joints because it takes two hours to get a pie from them and it's not noticeably better. The Maple Grove Domino's is always quality, and I work in IT, so I've eaten a LOT of pizza. (four food groups. alcohol, tobacco, pizza, and caffeine) I love chucking extra cash at these drivers and wish there was a way to get their names and review them online to corporate. The service puts everything else in the area to shame these days. I blow a lot of money on Jet's, Green Mill, and Davannis when I'm buying lunches for the people i work with, but when I want timely delivery and more pizza when I get home, I always choose Domino's first. read more

Be Aware that NOT every Domino's Pizza place is the same -- but THIS Domino's store compared to all the other places that we have eaten IS THE BEST. We order Domino's Pizza either every Friday or Sunday. The employees at the store took the time to get to know us by name and take the time to find the best deal for our family. We have gone out of our way just to get pizza from this store. Even the times that the pizza has not turned out the best they have made us a new one for free and offered us Soda when our order was taking longer than normal even if it is only 5 mins late. I called in tonight after finding out they delivered to our hotel until midnight. I work the front desk so people are constantly asking if places deliver here. Every time we send someone your suppose to get a "Front Desk Card" and when you collect 6 you can get a free medium pizza. Some cards say valid only on carryout and some say complimentary pizza delivered to front desk. So I asked the driver that was here and he said as long as we tip them they'd bring it out. So I called the store and tried to place and order with a person by the name of Scott. He said that these cards only work for carryout, I explained that his delivery driver was here and said it shouldn't be and issue. Even tho some of the cards say they can deliver. They just didn't want to do any work since it was 1/2 until closing time. I have 30 of these card and I should have more since today alone I sent two customers their way and the last couple times the drivers haven't given me anything. The Scott was extremely rude and unprofessional and so I said forget it and that I wouldn't be giving out their menus to customers anymore. I'll just start sending them else where. The worst part of the whole matter was them sending someone up here with two pizza's over a hour later because they felt bad. I turned him away because I'd already eaten and I don't understand how he'd know what type of pizza I'd like since I never even got the chance to place the original order. Why did this come up as the first restaurant when I searched for a kosher deli? Pizza with meat is NOT kosher, and if the same kitchen has meat and cheese together it is definitely NOT kosher, even if it is a veggie pizza. If the same knife or cutter is used on meat and veggie pizzas it is NOT kosher. Someone from Yelp please explain this to me. read more
