It's fast food so it's on that scale. The middle of a parking lot. Most of the business is drive through as you can imagine. Inside was is retro design and decor super clean friendly staff inside. Really walked through what to me seems like a confusing menu. The food is what it is. KFC just seems to me to still make the best Fries Chicken. every time I come here something's always wrong. When I'm ordering and drive-through they cut me off mid sentence and always have an attitude. When I get my food, something's always missing or wrong. Worst treatment ever by staff who were only concerned about their "drive-through metrics." They claimed my food would take an "extra minute" and wanted to me park and they'd bring it out to me. I said if it was only going to take a minute, I'd just wait. Naturally, it was going to take way longer than a minute (they were lying) and they didn't want me holding up the drive-through line, but I knew if I parked it could be ten minutes before they brought me my food (there's no incentive to be fast), so I refused. They called me names and brought the manager over to yell at me. She whined how the delay would reflect on their food delivery time at the drive-through. I said, "First of all, that's not my problem. That's your problem. Second, having me park and wait for my drive-through order is cheating. You're trying to make it look like you're handling the orders fast, but you're not. How is that honest?" This started a big argument and they said the nastiest things and swore at me, using foul language. I couldn't believe it! I said I'd report their awful behavior to the corporate company and they laughed at me and said they aren't corporate owned and the corporation can't do anything to them. This isn't a problem with the food or the staff. This is a problem with the owners of this franchise. I ordered at the drive-thru the same items available on the app. The total should have been $48. Instead, the total was $59. When I asked about the difference, I was told "we don't sell that bucket here". No one had told me at the time of my order that they were substituting a different bucket meal. Nor was I informed of it when I got to the window. It was dinner rush on a Friday, so I waited until Monday to call back and talk to a manager...assuming that it was just some sort of confusion. Pre-Ordered online for pickup 2 hours later during 5pm rush. Felt it was necessary since they are frequently OUT of chicken oddly for a chicken based restaurant. Went in to pick up, my order was pulled from a rack shelf on the left of the counter. No heat lamp, no heat trays, nothing. They CLEARLY filled the order when it came in 2 HOURS earlier. Got home a few minutes later, found they forgot extra gravy that I paid for, oh well. Then the big surprises: Somehow a 10pc feast turned into an 8 pc. meal magically. They have it online and I paid for it online, but they only have 8 at this store apparently even though I ordered to pick up at this store? So, missing 2 pieces of chicken, the drink, cookies, napkins, and extra gravy that all added up to 30.89. Even worse: The ENTIRE meal was COLD!!! I mean COLD, not even slightly warm. I ended up feeding the chicken to the dogs because I'm not someone that wants food poisoning from cold, extra soggy, instead of extra crispy chicken. The only thing that was ''safe'' to eat was the coleslaw, and even it was room temperature. Over $30 for a dinner that went to the dogs and I ended up making frozen pizzas for the family instead. If you order online or the app, DON'T SCHEDULE IT EARLY! They apparently cannot coordinate enough to get it ready at the time it's supposed to be picked up, they do it right away and let it sit on a cold rack. Just picked up dinner For my family. The new chicken in the famous bowls were definitely a new favorite in This house. The new kids meal were a huge hit with my son. He ate every bite. The options for picky eaters were exceptional. When I got there there was a couple cars ahead of me. They were very fast and kind. I had my food and ordered within 10 mins with a huge dinner rush. They've always been able to make me feel like family here. Every time I come in they're very friendly patient and they serve delicious food and not to sound crude, but the lead chef is very attractive, but that's besides the point. I love how when I walk in I'm greeted with smiles on everyone's faces and they're very kid friendly always allowing the kids to feel just as important as adults. I went on drive thru ordered what I needed, the person at the window took my money, he never asked or told me the amount I owe or nothing. He just opened the window made eye contact with me and that's it. I remembered how much I owe him so I gave him my card. He handed my card back to me in a very rude way. He then gave me my bag of food. He didn't ask if I wanted sauce or anything. After I took the bag I was going to ask for ranch for my order but he immediately closed the window and did not even say "have a good day" or anything at all. Service was excellent, both of the employees behind the counter were very polite, nice, and on the ball. Kind sad that they don't have popcorn chicken, now they have funny looking chicken nuggets. I don't know why this place is getting a bad rap. I've eaten here lots of times and the staff is friendly, food arrives quickly and my order is always correct. It's not fine dining, but if you like KFC this place is really good. Disgusting! Two food items forgotten in order and menu items unavailable because they were shutting down an hour early and took 10 minutes to get a very basic order done. The worst is they were spraying floor cleaning solution through a high powered hose absolutely everywhere on the floors and on the sides of the chicken warmer plus friendly hose fights between employees. My husband and I were in McMinnville, Or for a doctor appointment. We live about two hours away, so we decided to get some KFC and take it home for dinner. My husband ordered some chicken wings and two breasts with one side order of coleslaw. They were a bit busy and my husband was told it was going to be a eight minute wait. When time was up, things were put in a bag and we headed for home. When we got home and ready to eat, we were baffled by what we got! A full bucket of chicken and not what he ordered.
