Over 20 minutes to MAKE A PIZZA. I understand only two staff but I'm the only one here. It should take 20 minutes to make a medium pepperoni and cheese pizza. Sad. Then they are wondering why I'm here so early. I mean I'm the only car here and it said pizza was being made 10 minutes ago. I'd assumed pizza would be ready within ya know 15 minutes. read more

Gave it a 1 cause can't find a way to give it anything lower. First take down your pizza size examples cause their bigger than what you get by far. The looks of the pizza is enough to throw it away. The taste matches it. O ya as for the small size as the finale product. Then the franchise answer. Maybe it shrunk as it was cooking. Think I'm stupid. Maybe the district manager or corporate would like to know that too. Your pizza sucks. While other franchise seems to be OK. It it because your the few games in town in the montpelier vt area. Seem no one cared at that franchise. So sad charging that much. Only to get this review. Plus wanted to know if i wanted to leave a tip. read more

If you just want delivery or take out it's the best for the price. Price also isn't the motivator, it's fast pizza with a standard that you're going to get every time. Now if el presidente barstool sport came to town I would suggest a score of 6.3 but this is Vermont and I'm comparing it against the competitors. I tell you there is nothing more appetizing when picking up dinner than walking through cigarette smoke, BY EMPLOYEES (one sitting in his delivery truck I might add- now I know not to order delivery) in the parking lot by the entrance. Really?! Go out back. Have some pride in your job (and if you're the owner, your company!) smoking should never be viewed much less have to be walked through my customers. Not to mention, what their uniform smells like. read more

In-town Delivery is quick. Orders are generally accurately prepared. Soda is a bit overpriced. No ice available for In-store diners.

Ben the manager is amazing! I could kiss him! I ordered from them recently and a big order too and when the delivery driver came he not only forgot the drink but stole my change! But when I called them and was like "hey! This is not okay", he responded by repeatedly apologizing and decided to drive out to my house HIMSELF and not only give me a free drink, but he also brought a free dessert and brought me my change! He goes above and beyond for his customers! Thank you Ben!!! (Dominoes...if you're reading, this guy deserves a raise!) read more

I went into Domino's and ordered a Chicken Parm and then waited 1/2 hr and an employee asked what i was waiting for and i said my Chicken Parm, he said oh sorry we are busy, well if you are too damn busy to give me my order when it is ready just tell me and i will leave, I have better things to do than waiting around 20 min for my luke warm order but yet they keep taking orders ..... you lost me as a customer .... news flash .... the customer that put in that order is the reason you have a job !! read more

Have I ever had a better pizza? Yes, but these are are definitely a B to B+. What I like best is their mobile App and their efficiency. Customize any pizza and order on your smart phone. Track the status of you order. Consistently ready to pick up or have delivered within 20-25 minutes. Staff very friendly. I haven't eaten on the premises, but it looks very nice. read more

They took their time they took our order separately had no problem right and separate check since it was like a 10 of us was five couples. we also tried a Caesar salads as well as the pizzas. We had the sausage pizza because we had the homemade meatball appetizer and then everything was just really delicious. We ended up meeting some folks in the next room. Because they had a beautiful buffet set up and it was just amazing how excellent it was looking. I mean the food all smell fantastic come to find out the young man explained to me that they were actually there for their aunt service that she had actually passed away in January 2024, but she had been a professor and her husband has been a judge and so he already passed away so what they did was they took her ashes all over the world they came from England and Ireland. They took her ashes like five different places of the six different places over the past year so they could take and have a party with each one of the family members a friend who couldn't make it to one place or the other All at the same time so then they just brought her back here and they buried her this morning with her husband in Mawn Phelia in the cemetery and they were having the app party for here afterwards I just thought that was like the neatest thing to do for anyone. And they seem like very very nice people so it was kind of cool. I would definitely go here again. I would definitely recommend it as a place to go. We were able to eat on the patio on the front porch of the restaurant of the Montpelier Inn and really it was very interesting watching all the people in the cars and stuff go by and it was just you know it was fun so yeah so definitely make this a destination stop if you're in the town.

BLM artwork litters the walls, there's a sign that says "trans people eat free" under the register and Hailey greets you with the warmest smile from behind the counter! Then...we tried the food. Nothing could have prepared us for how absolutely delicious everything was! And its not just their pizza thats mind-blowing, so are their vegetarian and chicken dishes. Hailey's service was wonderful, she (and her sweet daugther!) even did a site visit before the wedding to give us advice on where her team should set up, and what makes the most sense for rental planning. She was extremely accommodating to our vegan diet, as well and provided gluten-free alternatives for our guests. My parents mentioned "faine" aka "farinata," because we eat that with our pizza in our home-country of Argentina, and Hailey offered to learn the recipe and make it for us at the wedding. Thats how thoughtful she is! We ordered: - grazing table full of local cheese and meats - maple seared scallops - fish cakes -farinata -green salad with seasonal veg -maple braised chicken thighs and drumsticks -quinoa & bean stuffed squash -pizza buffet with vegan cheese and GF crust options -peach & blueberry cobbler At the wedding, no one could stop talking about how incredible the food was, and how absolutely lovely Hailey and her staff are. We could not have had a better experience. Thank you and your team for making this happen! Don't have photos to share yet (photos are yet to arrive from the photographer) but will leave you with this one of the bride getting her hands messy in some pizza :)

Well, it took 45 minutes for the first delivery. (We are 2.2 miles from their location). I called immediately after I noticed their error. Their response, "we will bring you the correct one." At first glance, fabulous service. Then, it starts...I receive a phone call a few minutes later. Simply Subs: "Hi, we're going to need the other sub back." My response, "okay." 45 MINUTES!!!!! later, the delivery driver shows up. He was very courteous and apologized. Now, he didn't make the sub, nor is he the Manager. I gave the Driver the incorrect sub and asked if he brought me a refund. His response, "they didn't give me any money for that." I call the Store and speak to the Manager. I asked about a refund since my 30 minute lunch was over forever ago. His response, "well, I can't refund you and be out the 2 subs." "We replaced it, that should be good enough." So...think about that for a moment. If I've ever been somewhere and it was wrong, it was replaced and I was credited as an apology. The REPLACEMENT is not the apology. I will never eat there again. And I will tell everyone about the poor service. As I mentioned, I work in retail. If I had a Customer unhappy, I would do everything I could to correct it and ensure they left happy.
