The garlic cheese sticks is basically a small pizza with cheese cut into slices with dipping sauce. This was delicious. I orders the buffalo chicken pizza and this was also good. Not overloaded with blue cheese like some places do. For me, I was not a fan of the plain pizza. The sauce was bland. I guess there is also a difference in the crust. Great pizza a a fair price. We prefer the Bearnos Mama-lite which is a supreme pizza but lighter on all toppings.

This place is great the service the food and customer service the host waitress was very nice and attentive nice clean great place to eat requested for one to open in Radcliff ky because pizza hut there is methed up... deserves a 10, plus their health rating was 100%... We've stopped here twice for a pizza and were always happy with our purchase. However, this time the pizza was subpar. We ordered our favorite, a jalepeno cheese pizza. When we got home and were ready to eat and enjoy we found the pizza was not only overcooked put was over covered with the peppers. Almost every inch was covered and the peppers were extremely hot which made it almost unbearable to eat. We were too far away or we would have taken it back. Bearno's is probably my favorite local pizza place. The pizza is so good I can eat it cold. The room is quite frankly nothing particularly impressive, but it gets the job done. Ordered a 2 item medium pizza that cost over $24.00. Order was to arrive in 70 minutes. At an hour and 40 minutes I called to see if there was a problem. Guy that answered immediately acted like I was the problem. He investigated and said the pizza had been delivered some time ago. He asked if I had checked my front porch, which I had multiple times and did again. Still no pizza. He again insinuated it was my problem his admitted new delivery girl left my pizza at someone else's home. IS THERE ANYONE ANYMORE THAN UNDERSTANDS CUSTOMER SERVICE, A BAD ATTITUDE AND OVERALL INCOMPETENCE CAN KILL A BUSINESS?!?!?! After a long week of eating in, I decided to order a pizza tonight. I'm really not much for pizza in the last 10 years but when I do wanna pizza it's got to be a Bearnos. The Bearnos mama light is a great pizza with pepperoni, sausage, green olives, black olives, mushrooms, just the right amount of sauce and a lot of cheese always fits the bill. I love their pizza. Especially the Mama Bearno's Lite. (A regular Mama Bearno's with less toppings.) One of the things about Bearno's is that they add a TON of toppings. Actually too much for me. I prefer whatever I get to be light style. I also always order a side or two of pizza sauce, as sometimes they cook the pizza pretty dark and it loses some of the sauce while cooking. I don't order extra sauce on the pizza as you will get a ton of sauce and that could end up being too much. I've ordered other items from Bearno's but the pizza is where it's at. I would be sad if they ever closed down. This is a locally owned joint with all the good and bad that entails. I enjoy ordering local rather than the bland boring Papa John's or Pizza Hut. read more

I just love the pizza here at Bearno's. The pizza is consistent. The service is good. The wait isn't long, this is why they get the stars. Clean dining room, nice servers, but it's all about the pizza!!! It's amazing. I love the sauce. Tangy with a hint of sweetness to take away any edge, the crust is excellent too. I have given this place multiple chances, it was once my one of my favorite pizza places. This is a very poorly made pizza that was lacking crust, sauce, and most importantly flavor. Not one thing stood out. The cheese was like eating plastic with mushrooms stick to the back of it. The only good thing is the pizza was ready when they said it would be. So I ordered 2 pizzas tonight for dinner. They were speedy coming to the car to give me at curbside. I got home and realized my order was screwed up! I called the store and they apologized and said they will make a new one and deliver it to my house. 35 minutes later the pizza arrived and was perfect. Let's face it, we all mess up--we are human. This rating is not because of food quality. It has everything to do with accuracy. Having spent the week with COVID in the household we just got enough of an appetite back to eat something substantial so I ordered a couple of hot ham and cheese sandwiches. Pretty quick delivery. One sandwich had some different item deletions than mine yet opening the food I find they are exactly the same. Had this been a first or even a second time it would be no big deal. Unfortunately it seems to be the rule now rather than the exception. The receipt showed the right items but the person who prepared them apparently either didn't read it or someone just didn't care. Judging the track record of my last 4 or 5 orders I am given to believe it's the latter. Far too many pizza places with quality out here so I will start using them. read more

I am actually not a huge fan of Bearno's pizza but there are other things I like about this particular spot. They have a huge TV in the main room and always have games on with drink specials. We have had our fantasy football draft year several times and they were very accommodating. The draft beer is cold and cheap and bonus for having Yuengling on draft! They also do $4 glasses of wine and it is decent I like their chicken tenders tossed in hot sauce and the wings aren't bad. They have a buffet deal at lunch that is only $11 if that is your thing. Quick delivery...even for big orders. The regular breadsticks are different than your typical pizza joint...much tastier and softer. The same goes for the cinnamon sticks...a must try! The marinara is very good. One star down for the pizza...its a good pie but I've had better. However, pair it with sides and desserts and its a great mix. Service is always good. Had a large Mama Bearno's & a Ham/Pineapple (yes, pineapple DOES go on pizza!). The ham/pineapple was decent, but could have used more pineapple. The Mama Bearno's was AWESOME. Yes, there are better pizzas out there in the world, but I'm not convinced that there are better values. Roughly $25 for a loaded pizza, tons of cheese, these people don't skimp on their toppings for the Mama Bearno's. I waited to review because I wanted to see how the pizzas stood up to the 'leftover' test. They were both great left over, thank God for toaster ovens. I can't be the only person who hates having a great pizza, only to find out that it's like a haggard corndog when trying to re-heat. As mentioned, I could have used more pineapple but, for the money, the ham/pineapple was good. No complaints. If anything, the pizzas were just a smidge greasy, but come on, what do you expect with so much cheese. The Mama Bearno's might be the best pizza value I've seen in all my days. Also, the staff was really friendly, and our pizzas were done really quickly (it was a Friday night). We'll definitely be back. read more

Hmmm so we like their pizza ok even after the hep c scare and I'm not sure what to think. We get coupons in the mail and no matter what, they find an excuse about why they can't be used. Very strange and there's always a new reason. If you don't want to offer coupons, then don't. But it's irritating to get them in the mail and they can never be used. Bad customer service. This review concerns the Westport Rd location. Today you lost a customer. Ordered 2 pizzas at 5:18 and received the email stating delivery at approx. 6:30. At 6:50 I walked in the door to find it hasn't left the store. I was asked if I wanted to take it with me .....no...seriously. I then asked if I get the $7.50 tip that I put on when I ordered. I was given the reply that she couldn't void it. No offers of future discount....nothing. The product is good but the service is not. A simple phone call to let me know would have gone way but that didn't happen. This location is going downhill Imo. Not the first time it has happened. read more

Great pizza and cold beer! Ate here with my husband and ordered the garlic bread appetizer and a medium Mama Bearno's pizza. When the server told us he forgot to let us know Thursday is free salad day, we took him up on it and got a couple salads as well. We had plenty of food! The Garlic bread left me wanting something more....it wasn't as tasty as I hoped it would be. The pizza was very good ... tasted heavy on the olives but that is totally fine with us, so no big deal. The mushrooms were flavorful and overall the pizza was very good! Plenty of different kinds of beer to choose from - mostly common brands and tastes - but a great variety nonetheless. I love pizza and the taste of Bearnos. It's not necessarily better than others, but it is a good, unique taste. There are tons of toppings usually on a thin crust. This strip mall location seems a little run down--dirty around the edges. I don't think it's really that dirty--just need new carpet, tile, and paint here and there. A good update is needed. The service has been good on any visit. It is sort of a family-owned feel. read more

I've avoided Bearno's for a while, because I've had some pretty bad pizza at other locations in the past. This time at this location, the pizza was pretty decent. It wasn't burnt or too salty or too soggy like I remember (it was a little soggy though). It was loaded with cheese and toppings. They allow substitutions here too, which is great. Update: I tried the $9 lunch buffet. They have salad, spaghetti and meatballs, four different pizzas, hot wings, and lasagna. The wings were baked, but they were actually pretty good, especially by pizza place standards. Overall I liked this lunch buffet more than the Wick's buffet across the street. Stay away if you're a vegetarian though, all four pizzas and the lasagna had meat. read more
