this is now the second occasion where the exact same situation has happened with this location where I order a deluxe pizza with added black olives, and when I receive it, it is just plain with black olives. The first time they were nice enough to answer my phone call and send me a replacement with the correct pizza, but today their phone was out of service seemingly, after driving to the store and explaining my situation, the cashier explained to the woman on the line making the pizzas and she blasted out laughing and telling the other cook about it and didn't stop until she saw the look on my face. I can be very understanding but for a $35 pizza I want it to be correct and for the unprofessionalism of laughing in my face about it directly is the reason why I will no longer be ordering from this location very unprofessional take your money elsewhere. read more

Ordered the parmesan twists for the second time this month. Order arrived, but we did not receive our marinara sauce, again. Asked the delivery driver about it and he explained they don't have any. He offered us $.50 for the lack of completing our order. We declined and contacted the restaurant. Talked to Anthony, who stated he's a manager, but had a personality that seemed as if he hated his life, or at least his job. We questioned if you run out of something why not remove it from your website, or at least provide some form of customer service, in letting someone know their order will not be filled. We requested a refund, for as silly as it may seem, we wouldn't have ordered the bread without the sauce. We believe we were granted a refund, but are taking a break from placing another order. Tip: When ordering online, select the 5.99 medium pizza coupon and upgrade it to a specialty pizza for 2.00 more. Swap and edit the toppings as you choose. Must choose two 5.99 or less options: wings, pizza, salad, etc. I always order the 'Extravaganza' and edit the toppings to the garlic Parmesan sauce (it's heavenly), double bacon, chicken, anchovies, spinach, tomatoes, etc. The wings are also great. I ordered a 6 slice large NY style pizza. The charge was 15.99. A delivery charge was added of about 5.00 I tipped the delivery guy 3.50. So I paid $24.50 for 6 slices of pizza. The slices were small, the pizza was cold. Needless to say, I will not be ordering any more pizzas from Domino's. read more

Picked up a pizza to enjoy on this rainy day. Ordered a special they had prompting a large 2 topping pizza for $5.99. A great deal for sure. We ordered pepperoni and onion as the two toppings. Obviously they did good on the pepperoni, but I don't know if they were on the last onion in the restaurant or if the chef just had a disdain for onion on pizza? I have a motto; "I'll eat three kinds of pizza, hot pizza, cold pizza, and free pizza." So clearly the pizza will be enjoyed, but sad that we wasted our second topping for a few strips of onion. read more

This location is horrible. I have given them 3 chances and every time the pizza was made incorrectly and the service was even worse. I've always loved Dominos because of their consistency, but this location is only consistent for mistakes and poor service. Every single time, they've neglected to put the garlic butter on the crust or given me the sauces I ordered. And all 3 times I did curbside pickup, no one bothered to come outside to deliver my food. I had to go inside after waiting 10 minutes with my flashers on and texting "HERE." Whoever manages this location needs training... big time. read more

I've ordered from this site three times. The only time they have gotten the order right is when I ordered in person. 2 Large super thin crust one topping pizza with extra sauce. EXTRA SAUCE! Or really any sauce. Again received two pizzas with no sauce. NO SAUCE! How hard is it to put sauce on a pizza? Apparently for this location, it's quite difficult. read more

If I could rate a zero I would. I actually pulled over to write this review. I LOVE DOMINOS. But this location has made me change my mind. I called to place an order and the lady said it's going to be a while about 45 mins. I let her know that's ok. I arrived in 40 mins. Checked out my pizza and it looked, and tasted as if it was finished 30mins before I arrived. I let the young man at the counter said he host got there so he didn't know how long it had been ready. I was visibly upset and instead of helping me he let me walk out the door. I can not afford to just buy random pizza that had just been sitting there. I never thought I would say this, but I really thought this was excellent pizza! I am used to the good pizza available in Minneapolis so I was disappointed when I moved to Naples and found the pizza here basically sucked. I resisted ordering from Dominos because they used to suck. This is the first time I have ordered from Dominos in Naples. We got the ham and cheese pizza and the sausage pizza. The sauce was good. The sausage and ham were good. The flavor was good. The pizzas could have been a little hotter than they were, but that wasn't a deal breaker. I can say that this was the best pizza I have had in Naples Florida -I have never found any decent pizza here until this order from Domino's. read more

I am very disappointed with my recent experience with Dominos store 3237 in Naples,  Florida. I places on order and in the accompanying email said that it was going to be a 40 min wait. That would have put the meal at my door shortly before 7pm. I called the store around 7 to see where my order where I was informed that delivery times were at 1:15. At this point the tracker said that my order had come out of the oven at 6:28PM. I understand being busy but when I requested to speak to the manager I was left on hold for six minutes; at which point the tracker updated and said a driver was on their way so I hung up.  Well its 730 PM and still no food. read more

Unfortunately my experience was terrible and I will never go to this place. The manager was rude and I was very disappointed with the employees I had contact with. This included getting hung up on twice after placed on hold waiting for a question about whether they deliver 5.9 miles away. The fact that the manager didn't seem to care about gaining business, makes Domino's Pizza look bad. The manager of this store is one of the rudest and most arrogant people you will ever deal with in any customer service industry. My pizza was obviously dropped on its side ruining it, but it was delivered anyway. When I called to complain about my order I was questioned and accused of dropping it myself. He then proceeded to tell me that it was my problem not his. When I said I would complain formally and include a picture to corporate, he said he did not care if I complained because he is a franchise. If I could give 0 stars I would. I will be writing a formal letter including a picture of the pizza to corporate. Here is the info for anyone who needs it. Domino's Pizza Inc, 30 Frank Lloyd Wright Dr, Ann Arbour, MI 48105. A formal written or typed letter using snail mail is best in these matters. Adress it to the CEO J. Patrick Doyle, CFO Michael T. Lawton, and COO Scott Hinshaw. Even a franchise must hold up the standards of the brand they represent. Don't let this individual intimidate you. That is his tactic. read more

I come visit family in Florida twice a year, everytime I do our favorite meal is from this place! We get to watch the game and eat delicious food and when we are done there is not 1 dish to clean up!
