I received a pizza that had nowhere near the items added to it that I had ordered. It didn't look what I would I've ordered and certainly I couldn't taste any of the things that said it was supposed to be on it. The crust was tough. It had been sitting out and dried out. They're evidently is no quality control at this outlet. I will not be ordering from them again. I ordered a five topping pizza. I ordered ham x 2, mushroom x 2, and black olives. Show of hands on who thinks the pizza in the pictures below contains twice the ham and twice the mushroom? Yeah, me neither. One piece of pizza had exactly one mushroom on it. Save yourself some money and don't try to double up on any ingredient. I don't know why I keep going to this one or Dominoes at all, for that matter. But this one in Ozark has been a particular thorn in my side for many years. read more

If I could give these guys less than one star I would, they are taking advantage of people who are under stay at home orders and they are price gouging! I called to order two large pizzas and was greeted on the phone by a recording telling me the managers special - a large specialty pizza for $13.99. I ordered the special. When it arrived, I was informed that my total was $38 dollars! I went ahead and paid for the pizza because I had to feed my family something... But not only was it over priced, but it was so soggy that it wasn't fit to eat. When I called to ask why it was over priced and inform them of the poor quality pies, I was told that since I had omitted toppings that they were no longer specialty pizzas as advertised and I didn't use a coupon... The managers special recording said nothing about a coupon and the girl who took my order did not mention anything about the topping changes disqualifying me for the special that I was ordering... So they charged me $10 more for asking for less toppings! Many of us are out of work or working very cut hours right now with this coronavirus pandemic. I have made only $60 in the last five days and I had decided to spend some of it on pizza to raise my family's spirits... I had no intention of spending a whole two-thirds of my meager weekly income on two pizzas, especially two disgusting, undercooked, soggy pizzas that were not even fit to eat. They are taking advantage of people and price gouging during a crisis... That is not right. All the manager could do is offer me a coupon for another pizza...A COUPON FOR A PIZZA! I got screwed over and over charged for TWO pizzas and they were not even fit to eat!!! Not only will I never order from this Domino's ever again, but I will never order from any Domino's ever again. I'm adding Domino's to my list of businesses that I am forever boycotting because they are price gouging and/or taking advantage of people during this time of crisis (right along with Maynard's and Hobby Lobby). Three star rating is a travesty. Dominoes taste like dog $h*t. I'd rather eat a frozen Jack's pizza than this atrocity. 1 star. Even if it was free...1 star. Go to Pizza Hut, Post Game or Godfather's for a few well spent extra bucks. read more

All the people who work here are great, including delivery personnel. The pizza? Well, inconsistent at best. If the order is for one or two, then your chances are improved. The times I have ordered more than two pizzas for a group of guests, you just can't predict what you are getting. This last go-round I had one burned, two that were undercooked, and two that were pretty good. Never order a plain cheese pizza without getting extra cheese, or you will receive what looks like a bare crust, devoid of either sauce or cheese. Amount of sauce varies even though you ask for identical/similar items. To their credit, they do seem to get the order correct, technically, but items that should be the same turn up different, and most from my last order appeared "thrown together", with huge, sloppy crust edges and giant bubbles. read more

The service from this domino's is always great. The staff is ways friendly and expedient to get you your order. Obviously I'm rating this restaurant by its service and not by the food. Its a pizza joint corporate chain. Anyways I like this place the guys are always real friendly. read more
