Heard great things bout this pizza but for me it was a total disappointment. Toppings were scarce. Barely any cheese. We got two and one we ordered with extra cheese . It was a bit better but no better than a frozen pizza. Pizza was also over cooked so maybe if you pay for extra toppings and cheese it would have been better. Big fail. Update. Ordered by phone today about 6:00 . Gave order to lady , was told it would be ready in 10 to 15 minutes. Arrived at store about 6:20 and they couldn't find order in their system . She kept looking and I went through the original order trying to help her find it . After couple minutes, she said "that will be $18 " . paid for order , she said it will be about 10 minutes. She went to put pizza's in boxes . After few seconds I realized she had just entered the order. Just then another employee walked in and asked how everything was going. I said " not very good " and explained why. I then asked him to give me a refund and cancel the order . He started searching and couldn't find the order that was just entered. Just then the lady comes around the corner with my pizza . I got home to find the pizza had no pepperoni and no extra cheese . I suspect I got someone else's order. Sadly, as much as I love these guy's pizza, I will never eat at Post Game Pizza again. If they don't care enough about their customers to wear masks and gloves during a pandemic, they are going on my personal boycotted for life list and never getting another penny from me! *Edit- In response to the reply from post game pizza... Fauci changed his stance on that, and he himself wears a mask now. I have an 89 yr old immune compromised grandma at home, and I don't feel comfortable bringing her home food that was prepared and packaged by someone who is not taking proper precautions to make sure that they are doing everything possible to keep their customers safe. I stand by my review and hopefully anyone else who is concerned about their at risk family members during this pandemic will find it helpful. It took about an hour and a half for my pizza to arrive. I live about 2 miles from the location. I didn't receive a phone call, I had to call and check on my delivery. My first call either went dead or I was hung up on. I called back and was told it was very busy and not enough help. I was told my order had just left the store. 30 Mins later my order arrived. It was a new driver and he apologized for his lack of training. It wasn't his fault the store is managed poorly. Live and Learn...it won't happen again. read more

If you aren't in the mood for pizza (something may be broke inside of you) try the chicken alfredo pasta. It's enough for multiple meals and quite tasty. Tried this tonight for a few subs and a pizza. Pizza was fine as a thin crust, square cut. No complaints. Subs were a bit bread heavy, especially on the roast beef one. The bread was light and fluffy though, so that was a plus but it could have used a bit more meat. Still, a better taste and deal than Subway and some other local shops. Overall, I feel I got my money's worth and would absolutely be willing to try them again. The online ordering was easy and accurate. The counter person was friendly and worked quick. We took the grandkids here after one of them had finished his basketball game. I don't generally set my sights high on pizza. I find most of it ifs ho-hum compared to what I grew up eating. We used to love this place, but it has definitely gone downhill. We ordered our pizza and mozzarella cheese sticks for delivery, which was estimated at 35 minutes. About 50 minutes later our food arrives luke warm. The restaurant is only 3.5 miles away. Not only did we have to reheat our food, our pizza wasn't anything special and the mozzarella cheese sticks were tasteless! Sad we wasted money on food we didnt get to enjoy. I think it's safe to say we will not be spending any more of our money at this restaurant. read more

Wow.. not in a good way. We were so excited to try this place since we recently moved to Ozark. We called and placed our order about 5:50. They said it would be 45 min to an hour... an hour and a 1/2 passed and I called just to check in. The person who answered the phone said without a single greeting, "Can I put you on hold- thanks"... then put me on hold for 5 minutes. When I got through and asked about the status of our order I was told it would be another 25 minutes or so. i said that would put our order over two hours- the person told me there was nothing he could do and it should be hot when it gets there.. (very rudely I might add) - que 15 minutes later and it is delivered. Warm, but not hot, and the pizza was just ok. We also didn't get the sauces with our breadsticks. As far as first impressions go- this was a bad one. We aren't that picky, and I usually don't even leave reviews, but the service was so unbelievably bad and the food was just ‍. A pizza place should be prepared to be busy on a Friday night- its ok if it takes a long time, but customers should be made aware of that and not snapped at when calling to check in. read more
