Well, Fool me once, shame on you; fool me twice, shame on me for giving this location a 2nd chance not to serve my food with hair in it. Unfortunately this is the 2nd time they got me so needless to say, I will not be returning because there's no telling how many times I consumed hairs from these workers. This is not a cut at this particular store, I think it's their policy at all stores. I think it's absolutely ridiculous that if you place an online order and your total comes out to be more than $50 that you cannot pay cash. Your typical household will usually order and it will be more than $50 nowadays. Some of us still like to pay with cash and tip a driver with cash. read more

Took 3 hours and 20 minutes to get my order. Called them 3 times (once an hour), when I finally got my order, it was cold and looked like it had been shaken around in the boxes. The three people I talked to on the phone were so rude I can only assume they spit on the food or worse to punish for checking on my order, so I didn't even eat it. I order from this domino's frequently and I always have a good experience, whether it's for carry out or delivery. The taste, the price, and how fast they get it ready is always beyond my expectations. The tracker is also very accurate and helpful for when I order delivery. I never have an issue. If I could give no stars I would. I always order from Dominos for 10 years but this location gave me my worst experience. Made an online order but made a mistake with the order. Tried to call the store for an hour to get in contact with someone to modify the order before it went out for delivery. No one answered. The one time they picked up I was already listening to the phone ring for 30 minutes then was asked to hold until they hung up. My order said delivered but never got delivered. Eventually had to go to the store to get my order figuredout. While in the store for 15 minutes I listened to the phone ring and none of the 6 employees present even looked in the phone's direction or answered it. read more

Constantly failing tracking system, so when it's been over an hour with no notifications or delivery, you call the location. Except no one answers the phone either! I know; super shocking right? So you call back and select the option to order, and you find out it is an off-site location that can only take orders and can't do anything else except transfer you to the same number that rang for 27 mins the first time you called. So you decide to drive to the location now to be told it is out for delivery. You then go back to your resident and still beat the delivery driver. 2 hours after you ordered, you get the food, and 9/10 times, something is missing or completely wrong with the order. If they are hurting people so bad that service has dropped to this level, there is a homeless guy constantly in the grass median between the location and Winn Dixie; he has a tricycle with a basket. I'd guarantee he would still be better than any of your current delivery personnel. Though I will admit, this is clearly not just a delivery issue but a store manager/owner down-the-line problem of stupidity and incompetence. read more

Literally the worst food experience of my life. Got there early for pickup. Said my food was being prepped for over an hour and I waited in the parking lot for half an hour. I called and no one picked up for over 5 min. I went in to express my troubles and the lady was super unhelpful and just kept saying "i don't know what to tell you". My food was ready for over 15 minutes and was just sitting there. They were super dismissive of me and kept walking away when I would ask questions. Super rude customer service. Super unhelpful. Didn't care that my food was barely cooked. Should be shut down because any other store besides this dominos should reside there. It seemed like everyone was pissed off inside. Some people were bringing back in their pizzas because something was wrong. read more

I called ahead so it would be ready when I got there. But today the phone rang and rang. Finally it went to a busy tone then hung up on me. So me being me dialed again I was headed there anyway so I walked in there were three people working at the time. Two working on pizzas and one standing near the counter. She asked if I was picking up an order? How would some one pick up an order if you folks don't answer the phone. The guy their apologized then went back to work. The girl took my order, I was afraid to sit down. I did not want them to ruin my pizza. The phone continued to ring the entire 20 minutes I was inside the store. And not once did anyone answer it. If I was the manager they all three would be fired. If that was the manager that apologized. Don't apologize if you have no intentions on fixing the problem.
