Food - the Meat Lover's pizza was ok. Nothing really special. It was loaded with different meats but the (itslian?) sausage over powered the other flavors. Service - a little different this time. You still order at the counter and they bring the pizza and plates to you. This time the manager on duty actually came out and checked on us to see if the pizza was ok. My bf and I ordered pizza to go from here while on vacation. We were both tired after a long day of driving and some time spent at the beach and this definitely hit the spot. We ordered the mighty meathead pizza and it was delicious. If we order meat pizza, I definitely like it to have more meat and cheese and for me, that is exactly what was delivered. When we got to the restaurant to pick up our pizza while the restaurant itself was slow there were a lot of people waiting on to go orders. Service was as efficient as it could be given the amount of people waiting. I'm not sure if I would want to eat there being that there was not really a lot of ambiance that I could see but at the same time the pizza was delicious so I'm not sure if it would make a difference either way. Went here after a long day on the beach. I got the hamburger grinder and it was absolutely amazing. Definitely worth the wait there was for it to be made on demand and hot. Other people with me got some pizza and said it was pretty good. Only downside is that it's a bit on the pricier side, but that's to be expected from any restaurant near the beach. I customize a cheeseburger grinder and added the garlic butter sauce and it was pretty tasty. I'm a fan of some of their pizza specials. The crust is a little thick so if you are into that you'll like the pies. I like that you can order by the slice as well read more

1-29-2019 2 Pizza take out order. 6PM Parking lot in shopping center - good Ambiance- Typical pizza parlor. Clean and plenty of tables for dine in. Not exciting. Staff - friendly, courteous, & efficient. Pizza's - Mama's Pride....delicious BUT stingy on the toppings for the price. Vegetarian..... good BUT again stingy on the toppings. Perhaps this was a bad night. It was not because they had to many orders. We were the ONLY customer. Perhaps management not insuring orders were properly prepared. I got the medium size bbq chicken which was around $13, so the price isn't so bad! But the pizza itself was whatever. I've had BBQ chicken pizza at other places and you could see the onions and chicken but this pizza you could hardly see or taste the chicken or onion. It was basically Lots of cheese and BBQ sauce. The service was just okay as well, it's one of those places where you pay first. So there's not much service.. Parking lot was pretty decent! So you wouldn't have to worry about parking. read more

We were visiting the beach area from Chicago and wanted to get out of the immediate touristy area and be a little closer to home. What's better than going to a pizza joint. The place is self serve with typical pizza menu. Good environment, clean and friendly faces. We ordered two things. Cheese garlic bread which was perfect and a 12' medium pizza (pictures attached)...half jalapeño and half cheese. I am used to eating well cooked hard crust pizzas. The pizza at Santinos was little soft for me and if we were to visit again I would definitely tell them to get it well done or to cook it slowly/longer. Definitely give this place a try. read more

The food was adequate at best, but particularly annoying was the fact that we ordered several salads and I specifically asked for extra plates for the pizza and extra condiments, utensils, salt and pepper, etc. because we were staying at a hotel that had no amenities to speak of. When we returned to the hotel with our food, they had not even put forks in, much less napkins or anything else I had requested. When I called to inform them, they were hardly concerned or apologetic. We had to walk to a nearby convenience store and purchase almost $10 worth of extra items needed to eat lunch. Only pizza that would deliver to where we stayed in Pensacola. The delivery was the only thing they got right. Soggy, doughy tasting pizza they cut int uneven square shapes. Didn't send any Parmesan cheese or red chili flakes. Called to complain and instead of trying to make it better, they said call Uber eats who delivered the pizza and hung up. Lousy pizza, lousy customer service. Pensacola has to many great places to so don't waste your time and money at this place. read more
