Amazing customer service. We totally messed up our order and got a pizza with ham (we are vegetarian) and didn't notice until we picked it up and got home. We must've accidentally added ham to our mobile order since that's how it rang up and came. We called the store and the man who answered the phone was so nice. He said they'd remake the pizza, so we drove back to pick it up. When we got our order--which also was during peak dinner time on a Friday--they even threw in a free dessert. I hate that we didn't catch his name, but the manager working tonight was so gracious and kind, even when it was our own mistake. We are so appreciative of the fantastic customer service. 3/4/24 UPDATE 5 out of 5 Stars: I tried this location again. Ordered the $7.99 carryout pizza (pepperoni, pineapple, pan style crust). This was my first time ordering the "pan" crust. AMAZING! This pizza was cooked perfectly, with the perfect amount of cheese, sauce & toppings - esp. compared to my previous order of the cheesy bread at this location on 2/23/24. Very impressed, thank you for a great, delicious pizza night!! 2/23/24 REVIEW 2 out of 5 Stars: The new cheesy pepperoni bread did not have enough cheese inside like advertised on tv commercials, google images or like other locations. I've had it before at other locations and there was plenty of cheese pull inside. There was butter this time, but no cheese, weird. I am giving this QC location a low rating; however, will be trying their pizza and be giving the cheesy bread a couple more shots. Will change review if quality changes, could have been a one off. **also the delivery tracker app didn't work well, it is a 3 min drive from my home (I didn't realize & should have picked it up lol) the time away kept increasing from 3:55 to 4:07 mins away. Kept closing, reopening and refreshing the app, never changed. 15 mins later I found my food at the door. Glitch with the app I guess, it never notified my phone that it was delivered. The *only* reason they are getting two stars is because I was offered a refund. If you want poor delivery service and epic wait times, then boy, is this the location for you! I ordered the meatball marinara pasta from this location at 5:30 on Sunday night. I usually love domino's because the cool little tracker thing notifies you every step of the way. Only this time, the tracker stayed in "prep" for 45 minutes, and then stayed in "quality check" for another hour. I called the store multiple (8) times and every. single. time. I got their automated service thanking me for holding. The phone would then ring, giving me false hope that someone would actually answer, and then I'd go right back to the recording. I let it sit for a few minutes (about 5 minutes each time) before I eventually just gave up. I should mention that I'm also checking my front porch from time to time to see if it was delivered but the notification was broken or something. I also asked to be texted when the driver was two minutes away. On the eighth call, someone finally answered and I told them what happened. I'd been waiting since 5:30 and the order hasn't been delivered or moved past the "quality check" phase. At this point, I'd been waiting two hours for my food to show up, and that's just ridiculous. When I was on the phone, the gal I spoke with said it had been delivered, and when I checked the front porch, it indeed was there. It was cold, but it was there. I told the gal I was talking to that my food must have *just* been delivered because I've been checking and no notifications that the food was delivered were given. I didn't receive a text like I requested, either. (I assume she was the manager because she offered me a refund or to remake the food). The doorbell also never went off and there was no knock at the door to tell me the food had been delivered. I really appreciate how apologetic she was and that she offered me a refund. The food itself was fine after I warmed it up, nothing out of this world but for what it was, it was pretty tasty. I will definitely not be ordering from this place again because the delivery was just a whole debacle and it's not worth dealing with again. read more

The order was ready on time and they even helped me get it situated in my car with plates and napkins. We have allergies at our house and Domino's is one of the few quick and easy places we can get something for everyone. As someone who frequently wants dominoes pizza I would recommend atleast at this location to personally go to the place and ensure you get want you wanted. I've ordered delivery a few times and wow do they either need extensive help with an already open gate or simply give me wet bread as my order. Sometimes you get the right stuff on time but half the staff simply does not care. Several times have I needed to go back into the store to ask them to add Parmesan to my Parmesan bites and my god the looks the I get. Great place if you get that one asian guy that works night shift sometimes but for the rest your looking at pretty piss poor chances. I would give less stars than 1 if I could. Ordering delivery on Dominos website only to get a call an hour later that they do not deliver to this address. Used rewards for a free pizza. Called to rectify this and get the rewards back to order from a different dominos. Spoke to Clayton who claims to be a supervisor. He audibly laughed when I asked to speak to someone higher up because he could not answer my questions. He kept saying. "My guess is ....i think maybe...." When I asked why the website allows for an address to successfully order that they don't deliver to- no response. I got put on with GM Joe and had an even worse experience. I hate leaving reviews unless the service is amazing or absurd. You can guess what this falls under. Never in my life have I dealt with this level of unprofessionalism- especially concerning an issue that is on Dominos side- not mine. What a disappointment! I pre-ordered 5 large pizzas online to be picked up for my son's birthday party at his school. I called Domino's to check my order an hour before picking it up and the girl worked there told me my order was canceled and she didn't know why (even though the Domino's apps still showed it was active/valid). I asked if they could remake it within a hour but all she said that she has other orders in the contract that she needs to full fill first, and she said No! Not only Dominos screwed up my order but they offer No apology, and didn't try to make any effort to redeem the situation. The girl made me feel like I was bothering her! My son's birthday was almost ruin if it wasn't for Pizza Hut down the street. The guy took the time to listen and was able full fill my order quickly (less than 15 minutes!!) so my son can celebrate his birthday party with his friends at school. Not only was the cashier extremely rude and even threw a pizza on the floor because i was wondering about garlic flavoring on the crust, but the cashier even mumbled stuff about me coming in too early. I'm Disappointed! I'm big pizza lover and I usually would never say no to Pizza but this time around when I got my delivery I was so grossed out! When I opened up the box it look like a piece of cardboard with a little sprinkles of cheese and hard with old sauce. We called the store and gave our order to the manager which was one pepperoni and one cheese pizza with mushroom and jalapeños because I'm a vegetarian. So they were able to get a new order out. Unfortunately, when we opened up the boxes and the pizza was undercooked Not only that but the vegetarian pizza mushrooms and jalapeños came and bacon which again I'm a vegetarian. We Called the store and asked to speak with a manager the girl that picked it up so that she was the manager and we explain to her exactly what happened as we were in the middle of our conversation she hung up on us. So we called back again for the fourth time and a gentleman answered and we asked to speak with a manager and he then said he was the general manager. We explained what had happened and we told him we would go to the store to get a refund since we paid cash. But they got 2 stars because they offered a refund or "free pizza" which ended up only being a medium 1 topping. The wait times have gotten worse and now you can't even get a person on the phone. I tried ordering there once again as they are so close. (3 minutes away) As of writing this, it's been over an hour since my order. It has been in "quality review" for 30 minutes. Domino's = mediocrity. Needed something to eat in a pinch that was family friendly. I had just received an advertisement via email from Domino's, so we decided to just go with that. The orders of cheesy bread and specialty chicken were not worth $6 each. They were small for the price, and Domino's never fails to include a hunk of fat in the chicken I order. Everything was super salty. Nothing was outstanding. However...online ordering was nice and easy. The food was ready on time for carryout. The pizza was sliced cleanly, so it was easy to lift one slice of pizza out of the box at a time. I ordered my kids a pizza with double pepperoni. The extra amount of pepperoni was obvious and made me happy that we weren't slighted. My kids loved their pizza and gobbled the whole thing up. I would not go out of my way to get Domino's again, but it would suffice as a last resort. read more
