Walked in on Sunday, not even realizing it was Super Bowl and was greeted by a guy stating they are only accepting online orders. (It was right at opening at 11) We had just drove over an hour for my son to try some chicken tender flavors he saw on TikTok. And our first greeting was sorry, we are only accepting preorders. Another guy came up and stated they weren't that busy at the moment and could take my order. I ordered 30 wings with two flavors- garlic parm and mango habanero and an order of chicken tenders. My son got a lemonade drink that the mix was clearly wrong and tasted like it had gone bad. We got home (an hour later) and found that we didn't get garlic parm but some kind of asian glaze flavor. No ranch. I was very appreciative the other guy stepped in and said he would take our order. But so disappointed that it was wrong (when they weren't busy) and no ranch. This place is horrible. Why a "no gloves" policy is even a policy of wingstop is disgusting. I'm almost positive they aren't doing nail checks before a shift. This policy states so they can feel for imperfections. That's fine and dandy when you're prepping chicken, sorting, and marinating during hours before opening. Watching the employee drop raw chicken into the fryer with no gloves, then proceed to ask if I was ready to order, washes one hand for less than 10 seconds (at least 20 seconds is standard), touch the POS system with his wet chicken hand, scratch his face with the dry hand and hand me a cup with that same hand sent me into a frenzy. He then proceeded back into the kitchen without washing his hands again (after touching the POS system, he should have washed his hands... especially if they use no gloves to drop the next batch of chicken or touch any other food, and after scratching his face)... asked for my money back. Pointed out his improper food handling techniques, that's when I was made aware of the no gloves policy. I know there are things that happen behind the scenes... but watching that play out in front of you as a customer is very unappetizing. read more

I downloaded yelp just for this review as I never review, but this is deserved. I was so excited to eat Wingstop in a new place and it was just not good. On top of the 45 minute wait, my wings had zero sauce on them just pure oil, and the fries were all overcooked bad. Going back to the 45 minute wait, it was great to look back and see half the workers doing nothing but chittering with eachother. Honestly if I could give this place less than a 1 star I would. This is the absolute WORST wing stop and honestly one of the worst establishments I've ever been to in my life. The workers are incompetent, rude, immature and some of the most absent minded individuals I've ever come across. I constantly catch myself coming here every now and again to give it another chance, only to be disappointed time and time again. Either they get my order wrong, my food is cold even though they just handed it to me or they completely forget to make my order regardless if I ordered ahead of time! They are sluggishly slow with their service and dismissive. They've had various rotation of different staff over the time they've been open and it's NEVER improved. At this point scrap the entire place and start over. They clearly don't know how to run things right. Absolutely atrocious management and staff. I can't express in words my disappointment to have this hell hole located in our nice neighborhood. I ordered my food ahead well in time for the fight tonight and waited the recommended 30 min to come and pick it up. I received my order and 11 total wings were raw among the 4 of us. I called the store spk with a store manager and she said "sorry, my next wing stop ordered would be on them." Took my name, phone number and my exact order down. ***Fast fwd** Today I called and spoke with a "manager" named Alexis, told her about what happened in June and all she said was "I can't honor that deal, I don't know who you spoke with or that it even happened, I'm sorry but our offer is only 30 days" I said I'm a atty, I would not lie .. had the manager told me this information on that June phone call I would've redeem it before 30 days, but no one is going to order right away after an experience like this and Really??!!! I have evidence that: I called your store on June 12 on my call log I spk with a manager for 3 Mins 48 sec I have the picture of my raw wings dated that same day my door dash receipt. Still she said "sorry but she can't honor it, our offer is for only 30 days." I definitely will be calling corporate about this ridiculous manager !!! And when I asked for extra ranch, they tried to charge me $1.73 but then automatically goes up to $1.93 so if they can just get it in their heads what's going on. Third time disappointment! Although this time the manager was there and refunded our money which was very kind of her, BECAUSE walked in to pick up a called in order, music was loud and the cashier was singing while he was ringing me up, over $20 and we go to leave and my son says "this bag feels empty! " look in the bag and he left out the fries and half of his chicken. When we told him he didn't apologize, he went and got some fries put them in a basket that wasn't ready "to go" and set them on the counter!! I said those are to go, he just looked at me like he wasn't about to package them for our to go order, then I said what about the chicken? He said "you ordered 10 pieces!" I said you gave us 5, he again didn't apologize but rather turned around and started talking shit to the other employees as if we did something wrong by correcting our $20 order! The wings here are consistently THE BEST! We have gone to several locations around the valley and No One compares to the freshness of this location. The young lady that I believe is the manager is the sweetest little thing. She is very quick, efficient, friendly etc. She puts the best little touches on our to go bags. She greets with a smile and a hello each time. She truly deserves a raise. I hope she sticks around cause she's a great asset to this location. The restaurant is ALWAYS clean, the kitchen floor is ALWAYS clean. These are things as a customer I look at when eating at a restaurant. This location is the best and you can trust me, we LOVE wings. Shocked by the bad reviews. Called to order. They answered immediately. Took my order for a 5:30 pick up time. It was ready right at 5:30. Everything was still very hot. 30 wings combo. all flats, well done. We got it plain and requested the three flavor sauces on the side. They give generous portions for sauce. Blue cheese dip was delicious. Fries were not super crispy but they were good. Carrots and celery as well. No complaints. read more

I've had this issue multiple times now. I'll order for delivery, usually get a 55-60 minute estimated delivery which is completely reasonable. However, the order will sit on "Order Received" for usually more than 60 minutes, at which point the status will update to "Preparing Order". Basically they wont actually make the order until after estimated delivery time. To make matters worse, calling the store will result in no one picking up and there is no number to call for corporate. For for the third time now, I've had this location take my money, not answer the phone when it's taking too long, and there is a significantly longer delivery time that what is estimated. I understand that it's an estimate, but not preparing the order until well after the estimated delivery time, and then the delivery taking twice as long - and then not bothering to pick up the phone when I call, is completely unacceptable. Note that this is NOT DoorDash's issue - once the delivery is picked up there are no issues. This is entirely the fault of the location taking too long to prepare orders and not answering the phone. read more

They need to close this location, these are some of the most incompetent people I have ever seen working at one location. Usually you get one or two at places but for all of them to be complete idiots is rare. I didn't even try the food. Stood at the counter for about 15 min with absolutely no one in the store. "We'll be right with you" while I watch one person stand there doing nothing another talking to a friend and someone walking around like a zombie attempting to make food but throwing it to the fryer. Also, The cashier told me that wings are available a la carte but the price is not listed on the menu board and she could not tell me the price without without ringing it up. And once it was wrung up she couldn't delete it. (FYI the combo is a much better deal!) Also, the combos come with a medium drink but the cashier rang up a large drink and when I asked her why she said that her manager tells her to automatically do that. I'm not sure if that's true or not obviously but it wasn't a great experience. The wings, however, were really, really good and the prices were not bad at all when all was said and done. 5 teenage boys in the kitchen, arguing, being rude to each other, so awkward and uncomfortable. Then instead of just telling me no, we don't mix sauces, over the phone. Instead, they tell me when I come in, that they're not supposed to do that because it's "annoying". Placed my order at 8:15 pm, they also told me my food would be ready at 8:40 pm, didn't receive until 9 pm for only 12 wings. Every Wingstop I've ever gone too, has sucked just as bad. The customer service was okay they were polite but when they were talking to each-other they were using inappropriate profanity and messing around in the kitchen.
