Never been to a Domino's before. Always did Papa Murphy's. Something's happened to the quality. For my taste this Domino's is as good a Pizza as any. Tried Hammer and Grace, it's okay. But I prefer the Domino's I ordered. The app is cool also. Got a large and paid $15. Most of the other pizza places in Redmond are $40 for a large. I'll be going back for any pizza urges. Give all the employees that worked today (May 21st) a raise. I ordered 4 pizzas online for my son's bday, to be ready at 6:00. I showed up at about 5:35, bc I'm always early. Every single employee in there communicated with me. The gentleman making dough (I think...) asked if I wanted a drink. Multiple people thanked me for being patient and apologized for the wait... even though my pizzas were actually done 5 min before my intended pick up time. First of all fuck you dominos for saying this was the "closest" to my location. I had to drive 30 minutes out to get the food when there was one 10 minutes away. I finally got my food and they didn't even have the stuff I selected in the refrigerator. They pulled out a warm drink from the back when it should've been in the refrigerator. Oh my gosh! I was so looking forward to something different for dinner. So I ordered the chicken Parmesan sandwich and for dessert later the chocolate lava cakes. The sandwich was just barely okay. It was edible but it certainly wasn't extraordinary. Subway beats them by a mile! And the chocolate lava cake which I was really looking forward to was so like eating something stale. They call it crusty or something on the outside I think that's just because they want to serve you stale food. Sorry I have a palette for good food. I except better. I have a terrible anxiety disorder so calling the store is not something that I feel comfortable doing, especially after working a long day. However, I did want to make it known that one of the store's delivery drivers was driving behind me VERY aggressively at about 9:30 PM on Friday, May 7th on Near Ridgeview High School. They were driving a black sedan and flashing their brights at me repeatedly while also tailgating me (I was going 5 over). Definitely not okay to do it under any circumstances, but at night on company time and while representing a company? REALLY not okay. Genuinely have no idea if anyone is going to see this but thought that I should do something regardless, so this was my solution. read more

This store is the worst! Ordered pizza online, no problem. Got a text that the driver was leaving and pizzas werw on there way. Wahoo!! Now, I live about 5 minutes from the store, so when 25 minutes had gone by and I had heard NOTHING, I called the store. The girl who answered the phone said she would contact the driver and see what was going on. She returned to the phone and said that the driver had "forgotten something" and was back at the store and leaving now. I asked to speak to the manager who then said that the driver could not find our address. So evidently he drove around for 25 minutes and did not have the common sense to contact me. The manager could offer no explanation as to why this all occurred and the misinformation that I was being given. I asked for a refund which he states he completed and from now on I will go with quality over cost. Lesson learned! read more

I ordered pizza for my 4 children that were craving pizza. I was given somebody else's order did not notice until they left. I was unable to reach the store due to them not answering the phones. Someone else got my order and they called me complaining thinking I was the delivery driver. Now some angry customer has my phone number and address! my kids were starving one of them was crying two of them were fighting due to being Hungry. Nine days later still no refund or no help from customer service or the store. Do not ever order from this store ever. The worst run Domino's ever! Out of the 20 times I've ordered from here, there's probably been an issue at least 15 times. Last time I ordered, they called me when the tracker said "out for delivery" and said they were out of wings lol. Didn't offer anything to make up for it either. Time before that, the box of wings was short 2 wings. I tried ordering tonight and the app wouldn't process the payment (which has happened multiple times in the past). I've tried calling the store 4 different times over the past hour and let the phone ring for 5 minutes or so and still haven't gotten anyone to answer. I've literally had Brandon, the manager, calling me .... begging to keep me as a customer and swearing next time my order would be correct/punctual/polite. Well, it is NEVER any of those things. I have only been there twice and only because my son's school gave him a coupon for a free small pizza. The first time the wait time wasn't too bad but the second time we went in, they said the pizza would be done in 10 minutes. It took them 32 minutes. But that isn't my biggest issue, I have two issues. The first one is, two ladies came in (no uniform or anything at all to identify them as employees) and they just strolled into the kitchen area. They were grabbing stuff from the kitchen, I don't know if they were preparing there own food or "helping" with orders. My second issue is that the person that was taking orders was also helping make the pizzas without washing her hands. Called in a pie and was delighted to see that I could track it on line. Soon enough I learned on line that Jaclyn had left the factory with my pie. I remembered jaclyn from other deliveries as kind of heavy chick with enormous bazoombas and kind of pretty. She kind of smelled like cigerettes and pepperoni though. But for an extra $20 she stayed for awhile and let me see those bazoombas! Awesome ! Imagine my dismay and disapointment when I answered the door only to find my pizza and a skinny young thing, possibly too young to even have bazoombas. so enjoy the pie, no bazoombas though! read more
