We saw an ad for a promo yesterday night and decided to order the next day, a Saturday. We usually order from the Domino's location on Amar, but after searching through Online Ordering through the Domino's website, I had long forgotten that this Domino's location was right on Nogales (and Colima). This location has been open for as long as I remember. Since this location was more direct for me on my route, I placed an order (with the promo) for pick-up. The parking lot is still limited, and good luck when it's dinner time and people are all at the KBBQ next door. The parking spots are also a bit tight. I was greeted as I stepped into Domino's and my order was ready as well. Since the website was glitchy, I was unable to pay online, so I paid at the store. The ingredients were all laid evenly on my large pizza, and everything tasted as it normally does. We always especially love the Garlic Crust Seasoning. I ordered the new spicy buffalo 5-cheese mac and cheese and a pepperoni and jalapeño pizza with pan crust. I added jalapeños and bacon to the mac and cheese. It was hot temperature-wise and comes in a foil container to retain the heat well. I like the Mac and cheese. However it was my first time trying the pan crust and it is not Domino's strong suit like their regular hand tossed. The inside was clean and there is seating for while you wait. Ordered from this Dominos location yesterday (Nogalas). This is what I found in my food when I got home. Of course I then contacted the store and spoke with the manager. I didn't have time to go back to get a replacement pizza so they offered me a gift certificate for next time. I will not be coming back here, why would I want a gift certificate? I did not receive an apology for receiving hairy pizza and they refused to refund me for this pizza that I will NOT be eating. No other alternative solutions were offered. The tone in the manager's voice was very annoyed when he spoke, he kept saying "so do you want the gift certificate or not?" It looks like someone's pubic hairs. This is a health hazard. Came here during the grand reopening for the $4 one topping medium pizza. I feel like the only people that would actually write a review for a well-known food chain are those people that have something to bitch about. So let me write this review to say how VERY PLEASED I AM with this Domino's Pizza location. Been here a few times now, where I usually order online for carryout. The pizzas have always been top-notch quality (at least from what I'm expecting from a Domino's). The online tracker makes it super easy to keep tabs on your pizza. Staff here has been nothing but excellent. Last time I was here, I actually gave them a call and requested they delay my pizza since I wasn't going to make it there within the original time I had set for pickup. Zero problems on their end with that, by the time I got there my pizza was still nice and hot and ready to go. Not just that, but my general observations of the staff here are that they are always on the move and making sure everything is running smoothly. No goofing off or slacking around, just hustling to get pizzas in the oven and out to customers. Long story short, I'm really happy with this Domino's Pizza location. Keep it up guys! read more
