A solid dominos location. Ordered via app with no issues. This location got my order correct and ready at the stated time for pick up. Plenty of parking for pick up. Large location that was very clean. They had enough room inside for seating. The staff here were super fast and friendly. Will have to try their delivery option next time but very satisfied with my order of 2 large pizzas from this location. This isn't the best pizza, but they have good customer service and are pretty fast. The delivery driver didn't have the sauce I paid for; he went back and got it for us. Which should be the normal thing to do, but so many places are just like oops sorry, too late now. I always get the build your own $6.99 deal, thin crust since the standard one is way too salty, but sometimes you have a craving for pizza and feeling lazy and they've come through better than other places in the area. read more

Last 2 times I ordered for delivery they messed up. Delivered wrong order. Then the next time, they said they didn't have my address to complete the delivery... Um, my name, phone number and address are already in your system? Add to that no apologies and the delivery guy thought it was funny? That's enough for me. Never ordering from them again. read more

Haven't had dominoes in almost 2 years. We moved local 3 years ago. I don't know what changed but tonight's pizza was perfect! Seasons were just right. Pizzas looked great (no bubbles or loss of cheese spots) and tasted really good. We've done papa since we last ate dominoes and that, as of late, has been bland and almost undercooked. We'll try it again (dominoes), perhaps next week, as an easy night for me and see if it was a spoof. Will update this then. Local pizzerias (not chain) seem to be hit or miss for us. We love one and the next time we go they are bad. Cost and convenience for me and todays perfect pizzas would bring me back here again. read more

So bad! I ordered a large hand tossed pizza with extra cheese, pepperoni and ham. It was overcooked, dry, and with very little cheese or sauce. The box it came in would have probably tasted better than this dry, tasteless mess. I know u can't expect much from chain pizza places these days but actually the pizzas from the Pizza Hut (located next door to this place) are better. read more

We've been ordering pizza from the Shrewsbury Domino's for 7 years (maybe more). We've very pleased with their service and overall quality control. However, the last time we ordered a couple pizzas, I'm guessing that a newbie was making it, as both pizzas were a bit burnt on the bottom, the side crust was burnt, and the sauce was oozing everywhere. However, as with any pizza place, there will be the few oddballs that creep out. We've ordered hundreds of pizzas, sandwiches, breadballs (you name it) from this Domino's, and we'll keep coming back, because probably 95% of the time, we're completely pleased. Without a doubt the worst excuse for pizza that I've ever had the misfortune to purchase! Tonight's special buy one--get one free---even the free pizza is not worth the price. Dough is totally tasteless, maybe 2 drops of sauce, and the crust and cheese "nicely" burnt to a crisp. I have 4 free coupons for any pizza they offer--better off throwing them in the recycle bin--don't think even the dogs would eat the garbage they sell. Typical chain pizza. Slightly below average pizza, only a step above frozen pizza. In an area that has not 1 but 3 local Italian places that serve pizza a million times better than this, there's no reason to ever go here. There's a better place in the shopping center right across from this Domino's; there's a place a couple miles north in the Shrewsbury shopping centers and there's another local place a couple miles west in New Freedom. I've never had any problem with the service here. It's average service, you call up and then pick up your pizza. Never had troubles or issues. The place is run well, I just can't recommend the food which is the most important part of a restaurant. read more
