The staff members are very friendly and do a good job keeping the store and the bathrooms clean. Unlike the Panera Bread in urban locations, you do not see loiters and such in this store. The bakery products are mostly fresh, as the store donates bags of baked goods at the end of the day to charities/homeless shelters in big plastic bags. Panera's weakness has always been their espresso-based coffee drinks, and this location is no exception. This has to be one of the dirtiest Panera stores. All the tables and dinning area were gross at 8am. They opened at 8 am! The team were rude and not even responded to my good morning. The food was typical and served its purpose. read more

Ii was on way to Baltimore on I-83 south after nice comfortable stay at Quality Inn. Hunger decides when to take a stop and that's what happened .. started watching highway exit sign with choices of places to stop and eat .. there I found location with fast food Taco Bell Burger King Dunking donuts and Panera bread .. I knew needed soup and sandwich. They don't serve here 9 vegetarian soup my favorite but had corn chowder with no meat and no chicken brine just corn potatoes bits in creamy sauce. Good for meat and potato patrons.. my Mediterranean sandwich was the best I ever head !! They added bulk with arugula lettuce tomatoes cucumbers snaps plus I added Tabasco and hot mustard to put me on fire .. my mouth .. also had coffee and bear claw to go for further traveling time .. that's all folk .PS clean restrooms and great people . read more

We stopped for lunch on our way back from Railroad Bike Trail. This is pretty much standard Panera Bread located in a shopping center with other big name stores. We ordered our lunch using the kiosk and it came on time no issues at all. Food was prepared as it should like any other Panera. Good place to grab a quick meal. read more

Stopped to get something breakfast a little later than is probably breakfast time. Stood in line behind an old white man in a Trump MAGA hat. Old white man behind the counter loudly told him he liked his hat. Was called to a different register. The girl behind me was busy staring at the next cashier over. 30 seconds passed before she shook her head as if to wake herself up and asked if she could help us. We waited 30 minutes for our order. There were 5 people working behind the cooking counter - I watched them a while. No coordination. The last few times I've been here have been terrible, not sure why I continue to return. The last time I ordered from this location, I got the avocado, egg white, spinach and cheese breakfast sandwich. First word is literally avocado and my sandwich had two tiny slivers of avocado on it (along with a yummy piece of hair). I know the online pictures are not at all accurate to what you get and I didn't expect a perfectly photogenic sandwich but there was hardly anything in my sandwich at all, and for nearly $10?? I went today on my lunch break. I get a 30 minute break. I placed my order at 12:00 for drive thru and then headed out a few minutes after, expecting to join the line and get my food quick. I got there around 12:10ish and there was a lady ahead of me ordering at the speaker (mind you my order was already in 10 minutes prior). The lady got her food and was out of the line in probably less than 5 minutes. Again, my order was already in so therefore probably should've already been started on right? My order took FORTY minutes. I literally just got a soup and sandwich. No customizations. A few minutes after I got to the window, the person working opened it up to hand me my drink and told me they were a little backed up. I proceeded to sit there for another 20+ minutes and didn't get my order until 12:40, was late getting back to work and missed my entire lunch break and couldn't even eat my lunch because I had to get back to work. looks like management actually does love their student and remote working patrons because the power outlets are still open and available for use. I would give it 5 stars if they only went vegan and 100% plant based & cruelty free. The staff are all friendly and kind and they do an amazing job keeping the cafe clean. Our order is wrong almost every time. They always fix the problem and no big deal. The only time it is a problem is when, for some crazy reason, we don't check the order and get all the way home only to find out our order was made incorrectly because we don't want to drive all the way back to get the right items, so one or more of us either has to eat something we didn't order or something that was made Incorrectly. When I called and spoke to the manager (Scott) he started he couldn't simply refund for the error and if have to jump through hoops (he's going to write my name down, make a note, etc). Average Panera - I stop by frequently due to the Sip Club. Always clean and the employees are friendly. My cup is typically already ready in under 2 minutes but if not, they are easy to get one from so a quick stop for a drink! read more

Decent food, nice staff, kinda pricey for "fast food" and also pretty slow but it's better than McDonald's so can't really complain there. HOWEVER, what kind of fast food place doesn't give you utensils? It's great that they want to "save the environment" but you don't typically have to ask for a spoon in a drive thru when you order a soup. Now I'm sitting in my car trying to figure out what I can use to eat my chili lol. If you're not going to automatically give the utensils needed to eat the food you're serving, you should probably at least ask the customer when they order if they need want them or not, because who assumes they need to ask for them in a drive thru? read more

I ordered an coffee and a breakfast sandwich. I went to get my sandwich from the counter and i had to ask where my sandwich was cus what was in the plate in front of me did not look like what I ordered. The avacado was old and mushy there was no cheese on it or tomato and the egg white looked like it was cooked on a dirty piece of equipment and had brown stuff all over it. I simply said I'm not eating this. I would like a refund. So i went upfront to wait for a manager I stood there for over 10mins and had to ask a 2nd time he finally came out and I got my refund and in a sarcastic tone he said I hope you have a better day. I was having a fine day just because I am not willing to pay for or eat something that wasnt made with fresh ingriednets and made incorrectly does not mean I was having a bad day. As a customer I am not obligated to pay for or cunsume subpar or incorrectly made food. This store needs to have some serious customer service training. This store is convenient for my husband to stop on his way home from work - great for busy nights. However, it seems every time we get a take-out order something is not right with it. If we ate in the restaurant - it would be fixable. We generally order a slightly customized salad - like with extra romaine. Something simple that they offer. Tonight the Apple Fuji salad not only did not have the extra romaine I requested - but, it also did not have the dried apple pieces that it normally includes. This, unfortunately, is NOT an isolated incident. This happens consistently. My husband's Modern Greek Salad was very slim on the greens and the toppings were half in the bag. We've given them many chances and go back because 1. it's so convenient & 2. we love Panera's food - when it's done correctly. But, we are kind of fed up. read more

Food is great but their charges are out of whack. I get the same thing every time for the wife pretty much every week: "One scoop of tuna in a cup". The cost had been consistently $3.38 the 12 times I had gotten it till June. Starting in June, they said they can no longer charge me ala carte and now have to charge me for a tuna sandwich ($6.99) for the same thing. But since then I have been charged $2.11, $1.62, $2.12, and then $6.99 three times. Today I was charged over $7, so I asked well if you are charging for a sandwich, do I get the same amount of tuna? "You can have two scoops if you want" for the same price was the reply. The tuna goes bad before the wife can use two scoops but whatever sure as long as I am paying for it. My wife loves this better than store tuna for her lunch so like a good hubby I will return. But just annoying to not know what the charge will be and to have to pay for more than we want since corporate will not allow for ala carte charging (?). read more

Food is good when you can get it correct. Very inconsistent. This month went there twice on a Sunday for pick up and everyone arguing with each other and our food was wrong. Other times we get the wrong noodle bowl or salad. Either they need more employees or ones that actually care and know how to work well with others. It is a great place to eat. I am not a fan of the new "bowls". I wish that they didn't put quite so much soft ingredients in them like yogurt and hummus. Maybe get those on the side and also the dressing on the side. Because you want to stir it up and the soft ingredients should be a topper, and the. You can then decide how much you want. I love Panera Bread. It's my usual go to place. I love that the bread and pastries are baked daily. I love that the company donates a lot of their items at the end of the day to homeless shelters. Their chicken noodle soup is amazing. This particular Panera was just A-OK. My husband ordered their grilled cheese and parts of the bread were burnt. We aren't complainers so he just ripped off the parts that were burnt, but I was wondering why the checkers didn't catch this. I ordered a smoothie and the outside was dripping with the liquid, so it was kind of a mess. Nothing they can change--but the parking lot is kind of small (especially with the amount of stores and patrons that were there around lunch time). I did like their to go area--it was built into the wall, not just a book shelf that's in the way like some locations. What I found a little weird was the trash area that we went to was labelled "Trash" and "Trash". There wasn't a recycle option. This is one thing I like about Panera--they are usually environmentally conscious, so it was weird that there wasn't a recycle option. Panera is always good and high quality, but everything feels too formula driven to me. Everything tastes more or less the same. Every sandwich is *about* the bread. To me, the bread should be a supporting cast member- not the *star*. The only item I visit specifically for is that fountain green tea! Really unique and  refreshing. As for my first experience at this location- the drive through was ridiculously slow- as in 20 minutes with two cars ahead of me. Maybe they'll improve here with age. read more

Usually this establishment is not a bad place to go; all employees are kind, and considerate, and usually lenient to gluten intolerances/allergies. However, in my latest visit, a mistake was made in adding croutons to my friend's meal, and she must eat gluten free. After going up to the front and getting a new soup (or so we thought, new soup), and cashiers being extremely accommodating to it, we happily ate away. The next day, my friend is writhing in pain from her gluten allergy after consuming gluten. Now, taking that she did not eat anything else containing gluten that evening (salad was correct, with no croutons or anything of the sort), we narrow it down that croutons were merely scooped out of her soup, rather than replacing the whole bowl in itself. With people who have severe gluten allergies, it makes a difference. read more

Food is consistently incorrect. I've worked here for awhile and every time I come in my order is incorrect. Not only that, it's cold with burnt bread. While working here I've found flys all over. I've always been subject to verbal abuse from ownership. Many customers have noticed and speak up but nothing has changed. Used to like this location. Sorry to say the experience today wasn't good. Got an Italian sandwich that had two pieces of salami and one little piece of cheese and a monster roll. Very disappointing. Can get a better Italian sub at the giant for half the price. Turkey sandwich was soaked with pickle juice. The turkey sandwich was not sliced turkey, but chopped turkey. I'm only giving it a one star since you can't give 0 stars. The managers are very unprofessional. When I and my husband came in for a quick bite before our flight we could hear the managers screaming at the employees and saying these terrible things to them.
