I've never actually heard of this brewery until the other day. However, I'm glad I ran across it. They had a nice size parking area, and they have a big outdoor seating area I would have used if not so hot that day. The inside also had a good amount of seating. Looks like they host lots of fun events and have good food. We went on July 4th it was a little busy they only had one poor sole running the whole place, but he did a great job! I wanted to try a mix drink, so I ordered a tipsy mermaid, which was pretty good. My boyfriend went with a flight for $14 and got four different stouts/porters. All the beers were excellent I would for sure come back.

Great little brewery in Railroad PA. Conveniently located next to the York County Rail Trail. Stop in for a pint. I've been here a few times for beer. I always get #8. Was disappointed with the food..... expensive. No sides. Rating is for the beer. 2/3 stars on the food.

A little disappointed this time. The $5 chili cheese dog special was not honored. The price is $7 on weekends despite the flyer in the menu. Dog was very good as was the beer.

Unfortunately, I have to be one of those people but when you have been handling your two year old all day and are so excited for a nice cold drink and a good burger to find that your night is going to be ruined by the establishment that you thought would fulfill those needs. First recommendation, have servers. Second, just because the owner is in the building doesn't mean that the guests are last - WE PAY YOUR BILLS! Ordered two burgers and a kids meal - one burger and a kids meal comes out. 30 minutes later, still no second burger. The people next to us ask if we are missing food because they "work there". And I said yes my burger but no worries we notified them. Someone brings a burger to the table and instead of giving it to me gives it to the man who sat down an hour after us. I got pissed and went to the bar again to ask what the deal was. The lady at our table comes up and says what's the issue and I said "I think your husband is eating my burger so I'm just going to cancel it." Come to find out it's the OWNERS! So you not only ate my burger after I said I was missing mine but then you offer me and my fiancé a free drink to apologize LOL. I'm sorry but your skunked glass of wine is not going to solve my hunger but thank you! I'm in the guest relations industry and I can tell you that giving a free glass of wine to someone who was so pissed that they cancelled their food order is NOT the resolution lol. No wonder your Bel Air location closed. Get with it because the service you're delivering is not it. No wonder the parking lot is empty the majority of the time. Do better.

Great location! Fast service, nice selection of traditional and experimental beers, and good food. Got a Pretzel with beer cheese, and a BLT. Paired well with the beers. Very nice place overall.

Good time hanging with family at trivia night.

Great place to bring small kids with the bounce house. Beer was good. Can't speak to the food as the kitchen closed early when we went.

They have something for every palate, and I appreciate that they rotate styles so often. My personal favorites are the Polar Vortex IPA (hoppy, bitter, and seriously bold) and the Coal Car Snickerdoodle Coffee Stout--which is a phenomenal, dark dessert beer that's perfect for the colder months. The taproom is huge and welcoming, with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. It's truly family and dog-friendly, which makes it an easy choice for a Saturday afternoon. Pro tip: If you're coming from northern MD, hop on the NCR Trail near the brewery. It's a great spot to hit after a bike ride or a long walk. The team here is friendly, the glassware is always clean, and the atmosphere is relaxed.

You are literally drinking beer surrounded by the raw ingredients. The indoor taproom is great, but the outdoor space is where the magic happens, especially when they have live music on the weekend. It's a relaxed, community-focused vibe, and while they are a working farm, they've set up the guest area perfectly and they have great service and staff. Beer quality is top-notch, which makes sense when they grow their own star ingredient. Their IPAs, like the E-Z Super Soft IPA or the HZ IPA, are incredibly fresh and fragrant. But what I love most is the variety. I've had fantastic beers across the board, from a crisp Kolsch to a rich Bourbon Barrel Imperial Stout. Check their website for the food truck schedule; they always have great food to pair with the brews. Black Locust Hops is a genuine gem and a must-visit for anyone who appreciates local ingredients and high-quality, craft brewing.

The building itself is beautiful, and the indoor space is well designed with a nice atmosphere. Unfortunately, we were disappointed to learn that the playground and sand pit had been removed because, as we were told, parents were not adequately supervising their children. That was a major reason we chose this location, so it was disappointing. Another concern was the outdoor patio area, which is immediately adjacent to a steep drop-off. With young children running around, it made it difficult to relax, and we noticed that many parents weren't closely supervising their kids. Thankfully, I had brought some toys to help keep my children occupied, but the outdoor space didn't feel particularly family-friendly. If you're looking for a place to meet friends, enjoy a drink, and relax with other adults, this would be a great choice. However, if you're specifically looking for a kid-friendly destination, it no longer met our expectations.

In the barn portion, a real nice breeze kept coming through. I believe there are two bars and one food station. I ended up using only the bar in the barn as it was more convenient. Very quick service. I can't get over how the bar literally MOVES. It gave me a little motion sickness just looking at it. I feel like it's trippy, especially for those who choose to drink. They have a fridge with nonalcoholic drinks. Sprite, coke, Diet Coke, sugar cane orange soda, sugar cane black cherry soda, etc... It was not difficult to find a table at all. There were big round tables that could fit 8-10, long rectangular tables that could fit 8, and smaller tables that fit a couple. You cannot bring outdoor food or drinks! However, we talked to staff and our small cake was okay because it was a sweet. Food was better than I expected. I truly expected mediocre bar food. We ordered online but expected them to text or call when it was ready. We waited for over 30 minutes.. probably because we got caught chatting with family. No call or text. But when we explained the situation, the food was ready and it was HOT! Rayroni pizza 7/10: I wish it were a bit spicier with the hot honey but it was definitely sweet and delicious Cheesesteak egg rolls with chipotle sauce 10/10: If you only buy one thing from this place, let it be this! So crispy and crunchy. Perfect snack !! Pretzel bites with mustard and cheese 8/10: Mustard was meh but maybe that's because I'm not a mustard fan. Cheese didn't taste cheap and had a decent color. Like it wasn't a bright yellow or orange that was suspicious or anything. The pretzel bites themselves weren't too hard or soft. Last but not least, the sugar cane sodas were okay. I feel like they didn't have as much fizziness as your normal sprite or coke. I would absolutely come here again. Good vibes. It didn't leave me feeling hot and sweaty like a club. The brussels were good but nothing life changing - I do think if they cut them in half they'd have turned out more crispy and less mushy. The buffalo wings were slathered in a delicious sauce and very good. The white pizza was just OK. We asked for chicken to be added but they forgot. The crust was thin but not very crispy. I caught a glimpse of their regular pizzas which looked delicious if you are able to tolerate gluten. I also had the Wyn-mosa, their take on a mimosa.
