Ordered a medium Philly steak pizza online for pickup. When we went to pick it up, I must have missed the great wait because three disgruntled customers were leaving as I was walking in, complaining about the wait. I walked right up to the counter, told the gentleman my name, and got my pizza. I did request extra cheese and sauce but that request must have been overlooked because the extra cheese and sauce was no where on the pizza. They're always The pizzas are either overcooked without any sauce any cheese any toppings and the manager has an attitude all the time. First of all this is my 2nd time ordering 1st time pick up. I was told the wait is 10 to 15 min but it ended up being 30 min. It was worth the wait. I try not to be negative when writing reviews. Since Domino's moved to their new location I think they left something behind. I called to place a pizza order over the phone, nothing new...It took forever for someone to answer the phone. When they finally answered we had a difficult time understanding each other. The man on the phone could not understand the phone number I was giving him. This was just the start of everything going wrong. When we finally got the numbers correct he couldn't understand that I wanted 2 orders of bone in wings. My husband gets on the phone to tell him what I wanted. After he gets that part down I start explaining to the man what type of pizza I want. OH WHY WHY WHY???? He just didn't get it. I told him that I had a coupon I would like to use then he told me to hold on so he could get a manager. He never came back to the phone. Who Does That!!!! Since he never came back I decided to drive to Domino's to place my order there. I explained what happened and the girl there was very nice and apologetic. I placed my order and she told me it would be about 30 minutes. I was ok with waiting so I left, went to another store and came back. My order was still not ready. My name was on the board saying the order was ready but that was just a lie. I was all excited that I had made it back just in time. That was so wrong. I ended up waiting for what seemed like an eternity. I don't really know how long I waited, my husband said I was gone for at least 2 hours. I don't know if they need more help but the customer service is lacking. Maybe because it was Saturday and they were very busy I can't say what the problem was. The pizza was really good it just didn't taste like it came right out of the ove. Even though I was there I feel like maybe my order was up but no one in the back realized I was still waiting on them to grab the boxes. If the review was based on the food alone I would give them a 4 star. I had to give this location a 2 star for this reason - pizza taste good and 1st time doing carryout was a pleasant experience. -2nd experience I did delivery (all 3 experiences they don't have Parmesan, and the lady on the phone told me they would send crushed red pepper) driver didn't have red pepper and said it wasn't in his notes and nobody told him.. I still tipped and called the store , spoke to the lady GM (Rebecca kozack)and she said they could send out some free of charge ( like I would've paid lol) I told her the pizza would be cold and I have hungry kids around. She said she would put a credit of my pizzas on my number and let it be know when I order I have a credit, I FELT GOOD ABOUT THEIR CUSTOMER SERVICE! -when I called a week later an tried to use my credit, they said they don't see a credit, the manager (shwanda) basically called me a liar and said she wouldn't credit 2 pizza for red peppers, and was rude (to be frank). Food is still good since the new location. I've never been physically to the location, but always use delivery! This location never delivers or even cooks your order until show up at the store. Trying to follow the process via their tracker is a lie. I had to pick up my own pizza twice from this location after it was said to have been on its way. The third time I placed a delivery order and reminded them to complete the task this time, 2 hrs and 10 mins later I just canceled the order all together. They told Me that it's sitting in front if them and I can either pick it up or have it delivered. Like really... sure I'm leaving my home for a 2hr plus old and cold pizza. We order 20+ pizzas to be picked up at at 12pm on a Sunday! Honestly with so many pizzas we didn't expect to pick up on time! They were ready right at 12pm! A phenomenal experience and amazing pizza. This is a new establishment and I was very surprised by the efficiency and courtesy of the employees. From start to finish, I had a pleasurable experience. I ordered my pizza the mobile app and I was immediately able to track my order's process through the app; when the order was received, who was preparing the pizza, when the pizza was in and out the oven, when it was being checked for quality, and when it was ready to leave the store. Once the order was ready, I received a push notification as well as a courtesy phone call letting me know that the pizza was out for delivery. (from the time I placed my order to receiving my pizza, it was all about maybe an hour) I would recommend to make an account with Domino's! That way you earn points every time you order a pizza. Once you reach 60pts, you get a free pizza. Also, when I opted in to receive updates/discount promos, I was given a coupon for 20%. I never received the pizza I paid for. I went to dominos on centerville hwy located at 3641 Centerville Hwy, Snellville, GA 30039. I received the worst customer service experience ever by associate one associate. It started around 3-4 weeks ago when I ordered a large pizza with up to 5 veggie toppings and received a pizza with sausage. The order was wrong twice and I never received correct order that I paid for. The rep stated I would have to pay for the correct pizza that they never gave me. worst cs experience. I understand mistakes happen but to not correct it was wrong and the 1 rep was terrible at handling customer service. read more

This is by far my worst experience with dominos. Dominos has been one of my favorites for years but from what I experienced today it bunked it downed . I placed an order and the lady said 20 mins so I gave them 30 then when I go up to ask they say 1 hr... unbelievable that's not even my problem the problem is that they were so unprofessional about it .
